Subject in this study was a female student with hearing impairment who showed deficits in several aspects of social skills which caused her to experience difficulties in establishing social relationships. the intervention was carried out through the SST method which focused on developing three components of social skills, namely 1) creating positive interactions, (2) making friendship, and (3) recognizing one's emotions and ways to manage negative ones. 30 items of SSQ are used to measured social skills score before and after the intervention. Furthermore, observations were also used to described behavioral targets related to social skills that had been achieved through social skills training. The results of this study found that there was an increase in SSQ scores before and after the intervention was carried out, as well as changes in behavioral targets related to the aspects of social skills. A quantitative approach with a One Group Pretest Posttest experimental design was employed. Purposive sampling was used to select eighth-grade students as participants. Validity testing of the research instrument involved 20 statements, with 15 deemed valid and 5 invalid. The instrument demonstrated reliable validity with a Cronbach's Alpha coefficient of 0.675, surpassing the 0.60 threshold. Data analysis using the Wilcoxon test showed that 6 students experienced improved learning motivation, with an average increase of 3.50. This highlights the significant influence of group guidance with audio-visual media on students' learning motivation. Hypothesis testing revealed a significant effect, with an Asymp.Sig (2-tailed) value of 0.027 below the 0.05 significance level. This study uses the 4D development research that consists of Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. This research involved 3 lecturers of the Undiksha FIP guidance counselling study program. Researcher tested the validity of the product being developed. Based on the results of expert's assessment, it was found that the product met the requirements and was suitable for use in career guidance services found that the product met the requirements. An effectiveness test was carried out to determine the developed career guidance guide was effective in improving student career planning. The hypothesis test stated that the Handbook was effective with an Effect Size in the high category. This study utilized a comparative study design with a quantitative approach. The sample consisted of 21 students from the IPA major and 43 students from the IPS major, selected through purposive sampling. The research data were analyzed using independent sample t-tests with the assistance of SPSS Ver.26 software. The results of the analysis showed a significance value of 0.002 &amp;lt; 0.05, indicating the rejection of the null hypothesis (H0) and the acceptance of the alternative hypothesis (Ha). This suggests that there is a significant difference in the level of self esteem between students from the IPA and IPS majors in the school. Furthermore, students from the IPA major demonstrated a higher level of self esteem, with a mean score of 23.10, while students from the IPS major had a mean score of 17.53. The research and development procedure by used the 4D method (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). Tthe validity contents test of the guidebook based on three aspects, namely the usability aspect, the feasibility aspect, and the accuracy aspect. Result of the validity test by experts and practitioners were analyzed using CVI (Content Validity Index) obtained value of 0.77, this stated that the guidebook being developed had a content validity index categorized as very appropriate. To find out the effectiveness of implementation of the guidebook was obtained with through the one group pretest-posttest experimental were analyzed by applying the t-test formula. Result of the effectiveness test get Sig. Metode dalam pengembangan ini menggunakan metode R&D yang dikemukakan oleh Borg and Gall dan dimodifikasi menjadi enam tahapan pengembangan, yaitu potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan data, desain produk, validasi produk, revisi produk dan bentuk produk. Pengembangan bahan ajar teks cerita pendek berbasis nilai pendidikan karakter divalidasi oleh dua validator yakni validasi oleh ahli materi dengan perolehan skor 84,28% termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik, validasi oleh ahli desain dengan perolehan skor 94,16% termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik, penilaian guru bidang studi dengan perolehan skor 95% termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik, sehingga memperoleh nilai rata-rata mencapai 91,14% termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik. Dengan adanya proses pembiayaan maka segala sesuatu yang berhubungan dengan kemajuan pendidikan akan tercapai. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Sekolah SIT Citra Az-Zahra Jakarta Barat. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Kepala Sekolah/Wakil Kepala Sekolah,. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitan ini menunjukkan bahwa Penganggaran pembiayaan di sekolah SIT Citra Az-Zahra terlebih dahulu melakukan penyusunan anggaran yang selain disesuaikan dengan 8 standar pendidikan juga disesuaikan dengan skala prioritas utama. Kemudian menentukan jumlah dana yang dibutuhkan dalam jangka waktu satu tahun. Dari 8 standart yang telah ditentukan tersebut nantinya akan dipilih hal apa yang diprioritaskan dalam pembiayaan. Perencaan anggaran pembiayaan pendidikan di SIT Citra Az-Zahra dilakukan sebelum awal ajaran baru. Dan diikuti oleh kepala sekolah, bendahara, guru, tenaga kependidikan, yayasan, dan komite. Renacan yang disusun adalah menetukan rencana anggaran, sumber dana yang didapat, memasukkan anggaran yang telah dirancang ke dalam RAPBS dan RKAS, pelaksanaan atau penggunaan anggaran, sampai dengan pengesahan serta pengawasan penggunaan anggaran. Sumber dana yang didapat berasal dari dana pemerintah yang berupa BOSDA dan BOSREG yang digunakan untuk biaya operasional kegiatan pembelajaran dan sesuai dengan 8 standart pendidikan.
