Analysis of Website Utilization for Online Motor Vehicle Insurance Purchases 网上购车保险的网站利用分析

Usually, insurance companies receive customers through insurance agents, but there are times when customers are less comfortable when dealing with insurance agents. Hence, insurance companies can take advantage of their official websites as platforms for selling insurance products. Of the 74 current general insurance companies registered in Indonesia, only 61 companies can be accessed from its website. Furthermore, of the 53 companies that sell motor vehicle insurance products, only nine general insurance companies provide online applications. This indicates sub-optimal utilization of the companies’ websites. Until recently, there has been no consensus among researchers on what the best dimensions and models are that can be used to evaluate the quality of services in college learning institutions. Even though there are more recent models, the service quality (SERVQUAL) model is often used to measure high quality of service. In this study, the effects of the dimensions of the SERQUAL model on student performance were evaluated. Questionnaires were distributed online. The structural equation model was employed to analyze the data. The results revealed no difference in student performance (Grade Average Point) between those who were selected by the PPKB-UI and SIMAK-UI. HNP patients often complain of back pain radiating to the lower limbs, especially when bending activity. Rehabilitation programs do help reduce pain. The aim of this research knew which treatment was more effective among manual therapy & Kinesio tape compared to dry needling and exercise stabilization in reducing pain for HNP patients. This study used a double-blind experimental design with an alpha value of 5%. The study was conducted at the Clinic \"Rumah Fisio.\" The sample was 18 patients with medical diagnoses HNP who undergoing physiotherapy from January to Mei 2018. They are taking with randomization techniques. The pain was measured using the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS). The results of the t-test analysis showed that dry needling & exercise stabilization (mean=4.56, SD=1.130) was more effective than manual therapy & Kinesio tape [mean = 2.78, SD = 0.972; t(16) = -3.578, p = 0.003] in reducing pain for HNP patients. The results of One-Way ANOVA showed that there was no significant difference in pain reduction produced by manual therapy & Kinesio tape frequency of treatment [F(2, 6)=1.857, p=0.236]. The study population comprised foreign tourists; the sample size was 179. Respondents were selected using the convenience sampling technique. The data was then processed and analyzed using structural equation modeling with PLS software. The results show that social media influencers, destination image, and brand image have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. Brand image has a higher correlation-coefficient value compared to destination image with regard to purchase intention. This indicates that the manager of a tourism destination should take into account the price paid by tourists for the attributes and the benefits they receive. Social creativity is one of the main keys to the continuity and sustainability of creative tourist attraction developments. The sustainability of social creativity occurs when the community is directly involved as active participants in the creative activities and also economically benefits. This study reports on the results from qualitative research that examined the dynamics of the traditional and contemporary angklung socially creative tourist attractions in Saung Angklung Udjo (SAU), Bandung, West Java. The dynamics of the angklung traditional to contemporary development were found to be caused by the continual shared individual creativity to social creativity processes that allowed the local people to benefit from the resulting product. The development of the creative tourism attractions in SAU was also a response to the spirit of the changing times that meant that the angklung attractions were attracting significant attention. A quantitative approach was used to analyze the type of humor found in dairy product advertising. A total of 840 students at both public and private schools, aged 7–12 years, completed a questionnaire. As the digitalization of broadcasting allows for the efficient use of the limited number of frequency channels, many players are able to join the broadcast industry. While many countries have had digital broadcasting for many years, Indonesia will only implement it in 2020. Broadcast migration from analog to digital is expected to have a significant impact on the broadcast industry as it shifts to digital, which has been termed disruptive digital, with the major obstacles being technology and content. Using observation and an in-depth interview with the head of technical development at the National Private Radio Association of Indonesia (PRSSNI), this research examined the readiness of the main radio industry in Indonesia to move to the digital era in 2020s. Significant opportunities and challenges emerge from digital disruption and rapid technological development. This research methodology uses the literature review to evaluate the research on the competencies required in the digital era. This study also used primary source data through in-depth interviews and questionnaires given to users to find out the users‟ point of view on competencies required to face the digital era. In Indonesia, the government has only constructed a regulation to control internal e-commerce practices through Over-the-Top (OTT) regulation draft, without paying attention to the possibility of cross-border transaction tax avoidance practices. This paper focuses on the discussion of alternate models in facing cross-border e-commerce transaction, namely Base Erosion Approach, Virtual Permanent Establishment Approach, and Refundable Withholding Approach. CSRP is expected to strengthen the quality of earnings in the financial statements of the company. This literature review analyzes studies that describe several related topics, such as the digital era, the role of the digital in environmental sustainability, CSRP, and the earnings quality in the financial reports. This work of research concludes that the digital era has a role to play in environmental sustainability and that CSRP should strengthen the quality of earnings in the financial statements. This research shows that companies with higher CSRP rank maintain their reputation, ensuring that their earnings report and financial statements are satisfactory.
