The research method used is grounded theory design which aims to emphasize conceptual thinking and theory formation from the application of constructivism theory in developing religious character in inclusive schools. This is because; (1) the limitations of children with disabilities in developing their potential, (2) constructivism theory gives students freedom in constructing ideas related to religious character, and (3) the obstacles of children with disabilities in constructing ideas, ideas and knowledge. The results of the research on students' knowledge construction process in inclusive schools are very varied. Children with cognitive disabilities and autism have difficulty constructing knowledge, but it is more a process of repeated habituation. For children with disabilities, there is no problem in constructing knowledge but difficulty in implementing it in the form of behavior. Visually impaired children need other people as sensory aids and have no problems in behavioural practice, while speech and hearing impaired children have difficulty adjusting to normal learning patterns, because they cannot hear and speak and need teachers who can sign language. Suparman","doi":"10.35445/alishlah.v15i2.3003","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.35445/alishlah.v15i2.3003","url":null,"abstract":"This paper set out to detail how using musicalization models based on poetry with a focus on local wisdom might improve students' abilities to read and write poetry in the primary school setting. The methodology of this investigation is quantitative. Nonequivalent Control Group Design was utilised for this study, making it a type of quasi-experimental research. This study was conducted at a randomly selected school in Purwakarta. The fifth-graders there split their time between two classes. Methods of data collecting, including both test and non-test methods. Students are tested using an assignment to write poetry, while knowledge is gauged using a reading comprehension form. If all of the prerequisites were met, a t-test was utilised for statistical significance in the data analysis. The study found that teaching primary school students about poetry through musicalization considerably increased their comprehension of the material. This can be shown by comparing pre-and post-test results on children's proficiency in reading and producing poetry using this framework. Students' interest in learning and their ability to write and read poetry benefit from a musical poetry model centred on local knowledge. Their vocabulary is enriched and expanded by the students' early exposure to Purwakarta's sites of local wisdom. Students found it less challenging to select appropriate diction when writing poetry. The students who enjoy making music out of their writing are given an additional creative challenge. This research explores important aspects related to the educational crisis by reviewing the conceptions and values of Islamic and Western education. The method used qualitative research. The type of research is Library Research with descriptive analysis techniques. The analysis is carried out on data or content related to the theme of discussion and problems studied from library sources such as books and scientific journals. Data used books and related research. Previous research, notably Muhammad Syafiq Mughni and Yunus Abu Bakar, compares Islamic and Western secular education. Muhammad Syafiq and Yunus Abu Bakar discussed Islamic education theory and its consequences for its development. Nur studied western and Islamic education philosophies. This research found that Islamic and Western higher education values differ by presenting evidence of a reflective and critical educational legacy, so there is a need to revive the tradition of pedagogical curiosity to inspire the dialogue of cross-views that often occurs between Islam and the West, which allows both sides to acknowledge the differences in principles and reality and the inevitability of mutual understanding. Muslim higher education institutions that are emerging gradually, such as universities that are rapidly expanding, need to promote educational ideals of openness, critique, and conversation to instill an open paradigm of thinking and being scientific. The purpose of this study to investigate the struggle and challenges were faced by students and teachers to ensure the effects on students’ learning achievement before and during distance learning. This research applied a descriptive qualitative method with some questionnaires that dealt with students’ perceptions of using distance learning. Moreover, this research applied interviews to compile the previous data from the questionnaire. The results showed that distance learning has impacts and effects. The impacts and effects were mostly negative, shown by the responses of students’ perception of using distance learning in questionnaires and interviews; namely, the networking was not good, the teaching was not clear, and it was difficult to understand the materials. On the other side, the teacher’s responses showed; that the learning process has not been completed, sometime the network is not good, the students were not disciplined either entering class or submitting assignments, and the students had a decline in motivation, interest, and enthusiasm in learning. For the effects, the students’ value of learning achievement declined significantly from good to fair. The data was taken from evaluation scoring at the end semester. A qualitatively guided phenomenological approach is used to study three teachers and students from senior high school. The research includes interviews, questionnaires, and document analysis. The researcher then analyzed the data using techniques such as data condensation, data display, and drawing conclusions or verification. The findings show that teachers used a variety of teaching strategies in teaching writing, such as demonstrating, motivating, providing feedback, and evaluating students' tasks. Moreover, the teachers used Google Meet to give students direct instruction about teaching materials, and they used collaborative teaching by assigning students tasks to complete individually or in groups or discussions. The final strategy that teachers employ is self-directed teaching, in which teachers assign students one specific material to study independently using an online source. Using those strategies, students were helped to improve their writing skills. Students need clarity about themselves and why they must entrust their lives to the Lord Jesus. The contribution of Christian educators is to strive for them to grow in faith and become mature disciples of Christ later. The process of becoming a disciple of Christ, of course, is by paying attention to the cognitive workings of each student. And it becomes an essential part of Christian pedagogy so that teaching quality hits and succeeds. Heuristic reasoning is one of the proposed models because Christ himself used this reasoning with many people, including His disciples. This study aims to describe the definition and benefits of applying heuristic reasoning as a teaching method in Christian Education (hereafter, Pendidikan Agama Kristen/ PAK). This interview-based study utilized the perceptions of 20 PAK teachers in Indonesia discussing the benefits of heuristic reasoning at different levels of education and its implication in teaching Christian education. The findings revealed heuristics help teachers make quick decisions without being bogged down by irrelevant information.
