One of the developments in the field of education is electronic teaching materials. The data obtained in this study were obtained from observation and analysis of the needs of teachers and students at three state elementary schools in west sumatra. The method to be used in this research activity uses Research and Development (RD) using the 4D model. The 4-D model consists of four stages, namely defining design, development and implementation. Prior to performance, the product first goes through the validity stage by experts in their respective fields, researching using aspects of language, content, presentation and graphics to carry out validity. However, because some of the constraints of this research only extend to development, after expert validation tests and practicality of students and teachers have been carried out, it can be concluded that thematic teaching materials using the inquiry method-based Flipbook application are categorized as very valid and can be implemented.","PeriodicalId":32470,"journal":{"name":"AlIshlah Jurnal Pendidikan","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-06","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"47495083","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This impacts students' psychology and reduces the quality of students' skills, which is then suspected of learning loss. This research aimed to analyze the relationship between distance learning methods and the numeracy learning loss of elementary school students in high grades. This quantitative research uses a simple correlation method toward 150 elementary school students. Determination of the sample using a purposive sampling technique. The independent variable in this study is the distance learning method (X), and the dependent variable is the loss of learning numeracy (Y). Data were analysed by correlation test (Pearson Correlation), determination of the correlation coefficient with the R square model and t-test. Pre-analysis test includes a normality test using Kolmogorov Smirnov. The instrument in this research is questionnaires with a Likert scale. The research analysis results show a positive relationship between the independent variable (distance learning method) and the dependent variable (learning loss of numeration). Based on the coefficient of determination, the effect size is 46.2%, while the other 54.8% is affected by other factors besides the learning method.","PeriodicalId":32470,"journal":{"name":"AlIshlah Jurnal Pendidikan","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-06","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"47098135","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

On the other hand, students' critical thinking skills need to be developed. One of the efforts is to develop students' thinking skills by writing scientific articles by optimizing digital and information literacy use. Scientific articles are used as student assignments in learning conservation and environmental knowledge through the group investigation learning model. This study aims to determine the effect of writing scientific articles through optimizing digital and information literacy on students' critical thinking skills. The method used in this research is quantitative with a non-experimental explanatory design. Data collection using a questionnaire with a Five Point Likert Scale. There were 43 respondents, of which 100 percent of the completed questionnaire was usable for further analysis. Data analysis in this study used a structural equation model with a partial less square analysis technique (SEM-PLS) using smart-pls 3.2.7 software at a significance level of 5% to predict the hypothesis. Structural Equation Modeling Estimation Shows that Digital Literacy, Information Literacy, and Article Writing Affect Students' Critical Thinking Skills. These findings indicate that writing scientific articles through optimizing digital and information literacy has an effect on students' critical thinking skills. Therefore, writing scientific articles through optimizing digital and information literacy is one method to improve students' critical thinking skills. The implication in the world of education, writing scientific articles through optimizing digital and information literacy can be used as an alternative task for students to improve critical thinking skills.","PeriodicalId":32470,"journal":{"name":"AlIshlah Jurnal Pendidikan","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-06","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"45720769","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This study identifies the interrelation of art, technology, education, and mathematics for elementary school students. A new style of education that incorporates both the arts and the sciences is also considered in this research: interactive learning. Using netnography, this investigation takes a multi-site qualitative approach. Furthermore, the study was conducted by conducting netnographic observations on the YouTube channel with the keyword \"Elementary School Mathematics (language: Indonesian)\" during July 2021 and analyzed by conducting a theoretical exploration of art, psychological, and philosophical interrelationship technology education. The results show that the interrelation that occurs begins with elaborating aspects of the STEAM approach, which at each point is in learning through art technology on YouTube. This contributes psychologically and affects children's critical thinking skills. Furthermore, there is a postphenomenological aspect as an outcome of the interrelation that occurs.","PeriodicalId":32470,"journal":{"name":"AlIshlah Jurnal Pendidikan","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"45169503","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
