This interactive e-module research and development activity adopts the Borg Gall (2003) model which consists of 7 stages (needs analysis stage, initial draft development, validity test, draft revision, group trial, and revision stage). The results of research and development show that this Interactive e-module discusses three learning module units containing Economics material with the sub-subject of Basic Accounting Equations which is equipped with several interesting interactive features such as QR Code, music, YouTube videos, quiz applications, and games as support. students learn. The descriptive quantitative approach was employed, using secondary data from Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS). The data used include the main job status, economic sector, type of work, and constant price GRDP. The statistical data obtained describe the characteristics of the employment situation in the Province of West Sumatra. Information on the results of data analysis is visualized in the form of tables, graphs, and descriptions. Calculations are carried out to determine the value of labor productivity and elasticity. This method is carried out by calculating the ratio between the growth of employment opportunities and the growth of GRDP from different time points. The results of this study indicate that employment status in West Sumatra is dominated by formal workers. The primary and tertiary business sectors absorb more labor than the secondary sector. The agricultural, forestry, hunting, and fishery business workers are very dominant in absorbing labor in West Sumatra Province in 2018-2020. Total labor productivity decreased in 2020 due to a decrease in regional income in several sectors/business fields during the Covid-19 pandemic. This labeling that is subordinate and negative needs to be changed so that equality between women and men is realized. Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta (UMS) as a higher education institution that integrates scientific values based on Islamic values, needs to contribute to helping women's struggles to remove negative labeling for them through education with a gender perspective. The aim of the study was to describe the perceptions of UMS students about gender stereotypes through a review of welfare equality, access, awareness, participation and control on the UMS campus. This research is a case study research with a qualitative approach, which collects data using closed and open questionnaires on UMS student respondents from all faculties. Data were analyzed using Sara Longwe's gender analysis model. This research method uses correlational with a total population of 254 students who take part in the business student community. The number of samples in this study was 120 students with a sample taking technique using a probability sampling technique. Data analysis using path analysis techniques. The results of the analysis show that the use of digital technology and resilience affects business independence. The level of student business independence in the moderate category is 45%, while the student entrepreneurial resilience has a high category of 47%. The use of digital technology is needed to create product innovations to become independent prospective entrepreneurs. This research was conducted at SMA PGRI 2 Jambi City in February-April 2022, with the subjects of this research being students of class X IPS 2. This type of research was classroom action research which was conducted six times. The data were obtained using questionnaires, observations, interviews, documentation studies, and field notes which were then analyzed through qualitative descriptive techniques. The results showed that the application of the podcast-based inquiry learning model to history subjects had gone well. The test results showed that the average value of learning outcomes had increased from 70.5 in cycle I to 83.3 in cycle VI. The average student creativity scores also increased from cycle I, with a score of 70.5 to 84.2 in cycle VI. College students from 3T zones are more likely to struggle with literacy and numeracy skills. Literacy and numeracy skills are, in fact, one of the success variables for students when they graduate and begin their careers. Literacy and numeracy skills are essential to learning, even university students, to receive learning effectively. The objective of this research is to examine the effect of literacy and numeracy skills on the success of students in higher education based on their GPA, particularly students from the 3T zone. The sample in this study were 57 students of Teachers Training and Education Faculty, Sanata Dharma University. Data were analyzed using simple regression. The results showed that numeracy skills have a positive and significant effect on student GPA but in the weak category with R=0.278. The regression equation Y= 2.429 + 0.033X. Literacy skills have a positive and significant effect on GPA but in moderate category with R=0.488. The regression equation for this effect is Y = 1.911 + 0.076X. This scale consists of five latent factors with 23 manifest variable items. The target population is Indonesian accounting teachers in Central Java who are members of the Accounting Subject Teachers' Conference (MGMP), totaling 1747 people. From the total population, 351 respondents were selected. The data analysis technique of this research was CFA and model fit analysis. The results showed that the proposed model was proven to be valid where the ATPI loading factor for the five factors had a value of more than 0.70. In contrast, the latent sub-construct variable in the manifest variable had a loading factor of more than 0.50. Revision of the model was done by eliminating one latent variable, APC3, a manifest variable from active in professional communities. The results of the model revision indicated that the overall loading factor value increased with the better model fit. Therefore, this ATPIS can be utilized as an instrument to measure the professional identity of accounting teachers. This research uses research and development (RD) methods, the product developed is a homeroom teacher leadership training module. The development steps use a modified RD step, namely preliminary studies, development, and testing. Data collection techniques using documentary studies, observations and interviews. The data analysis technique used qualitative and quantitative approaches. The subjects of this study were homeroom teachers at SMK Negeri 3 Kasihan. The results achieved in this study were the homeroom teacher leadership training module which was developed based on the analysis of the principal strengthening training module. The developed module meets the valid criteria based on the validation test of material experts and learning experts with an average value of 71%. The results of the assessment analysis of the module trial participants showed that the module met the practical criteria with an average score of 96%, then based on data analysis using the t-test showed that the value of Sig.
