This research aims to investigate the perceptions of Geography teachers in Langkat Regency regarding using AR media in hydrosphere material to enhance critical thinking skills and explore the difficulties of geography teachers in implementing AR in Geography learning. This research uses quantitative descriptive research with survey methods. The research sample consisted of 43 geography teachers in Langkat Regency. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. Based on the research results, geography teachers in Langkat Regency positively perceive the use of AR in Geography learning. Most teachers know AR's opportunities to improve students' critical thinking skills and are interested in using AR as a medium for learning hydrosphere material. The investigation results also show obstacles to integrating AR in Geography learning, namely the availability of school infrastructure and limited venues for holding activities to increase teacher competency","PeriodicalId":32427,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Pendidikan Ilmu Sosial","volume":"58 2","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-12-04","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139011950","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In addition, after conducting preliminary studies and observations at SMKN 1 Lamongan in class X MP 1 and 2 they tend to be passive because the learning model delivered still often uses a teacher-centered learning model using the lecture method. Thus, there is a need for learning innovation to make students more active in teaching and learning activities. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there were differences in student learning outcomes using the Auditory, Intellectually Repetition (AIR) learning model in the Basics of Office Management and Business Services in class X MP 1 and 2 at SMKN 1 Lamongan. This type of research uses experimental research. The design of this experimental research is Quasi Experimental Design, the type of quasi experimental design used is Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The subjects of this study were students of class X MP 1 as the control class, and students of class X MP 2 as the experimental class. Data collection techniques used documentation, observation, tests and research instruments in the form of pretest and posttest learning outcomes test sheets. The results showed that ttest 0.05, namely 0.000 0.05 and tcount 6.140 ttable 1.994. In these results it is known that Hα is accepted and H0 is rejected. The significant increase in learning outcomes in the experimental class was 19.71 while in the control class there was an increase in learning outcomes of 11.94. So it can be concluded that there are differences in student learning outcomes using the Auditory, Intellectually Repetition (AIR) learning model which is applied to the Basics of Office Management and Business Services in class X MP SMKN 1 Lamongan. The purpose of this study was to determine the feasibility of project-based learning textbooks for export-import subjects, to determine the practicality of project-based learning textbooks for export-import subjects, to determine the effectiveness of project-based learning textbooks for export-import subjects. This research method uses 4-D. Data collection techniques were carried out using validation techniques and questionnaires with instruments in the form of language validation sheets, graphic validation sheets, material validation sheets and student response questionnaires. Technology Readiness Stage or Technology Readiness Level (TRL) is 3. The technology measured in this study is textbooks with ISBNs with the TRL indicator category being the Social Humanities and Education sector. The conclusion from this study is that the process of developing export-import textbooks uses the Research and Development model, the feasibility results of export-import textbooks are obtained from the validation of a team of experts namely material experts, linguists, and media experts who are included in the very feasible category, the practicality of export textbooks -import the results of student responses in the very feasible category, the average student learning outcomes in using this textbook increased by 9.56.","PeriodicalId":32427,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Pendidikan Ilmu Sosial","volume":"40 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"86615562","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Data were collected through questionnaires to 30 teachers in three secondary schools in West Sumatra. This research focuses on entrepreneurship teachers at MAN Insan Cendekia Padang Pariaman, SMK N 2 Pariaman City, and MAN 1 Bukittinggi regarding the differentiated learning system in the independent curriculum—the technique of collecting data using questionnaires reinforced by observation and interviews. The data analysis technique uses descriptive statistics by calculating the mean for each item and the overall score of the questionnaire. This study found that secondary school teachers' readiness for differentiated learning in content, process, product, and learning environment is good. Where differentiation in content is 4.44, teachers have used small groups to teach skills students, differentiation in the process is 3.82, teachers give students Flexibility in the results of the homework assigned, differentiation in products is 4.28, teachers have designed learning in favour of students. Differentiation in the learning environment is 4.27; teachers have helped students understand that some students need to move to learn while others prefer to sit quietly. As well as the challenges teachers face regarding differentiated learning in the independent curriculum in entrepreneurship subjects have not been maximized, but in reality, in the classroom, it is still found that teachers have difficulty managing the class.","PeriodicalId":32427,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Pendidikan Ilmu Sosial","volume":"1 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"76508964","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
