The common BIST loopback method is easy to setup and time-saving but can not promise an acceptable confidence level for current faster and faster high-speed devices. On the other hand, to fully measure jitter related specs with industry standard instruments will lead to excessive cost of test (e.g., capital investment, time-to-market, test time). This paper proposes one solution for at-speed jitter performance testing on ATE, which covers jitter histogram, random jitter/deterministic jitter separation and jitter spectrum decomposition (stardust). This solution has been implemented in production of real devices and the result shows its high accuracy and cost effectiveness.","PeriodicalId":321964,"journal":{"name":"IEEE 2011 10th International Conference on Electronic Measurement & Instruments","volume":"6 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2011-10-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128566409","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this study, an algorithm based on storage array was proposed on the basis of the previous research to eliminate T-type fracture. Addressing the deficiency of previous protocols, this paper presents a rate convergence scalable congestion control (RSTCP) for deployment in high speed and long distance networks. Without the need to revise the current end-to-end architecture, the performance of RSTCP showed to be efficient when the network has available bandwidth, to be fair when many flows compete for the same bottleneck, to be friendly when deployed with the AIMD-TCP, to be robust when there are oscillations in network.","PeriodicalId":321964,"journal":{"name":"IEEE 2011 10th International Conference on Electronic Measurement & Instruments","volume":"21 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2011-10-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129969442","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Detailed analysis of physical model can hardly get analytic solution, while some usual simplification of model will lead to the loss of physical meaning. First a helical coordinate system is proposed in this paper. A semi-analytical finite element method is applied to elastodynamics equation for the calculation of wavenumbers. The displacement, strain and stress vectors are obtained by tensor analysis. And the relationship among them is deduced. The result shows the disperse behavior of guided wave in helix wire, which is depended on lay angle. That is different from straight wire, which is owed to its particular helix geometry structure.","PeriodicalId":321964,"journal":{"name":"IEEE 2011 10th International Conference on Electronic Measurement & Instruments","volume":"4 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2011-10-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129094473","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This method changes gate-source voltage by micro-controller so as to simulate the resistance. Compares resistance value measured by data-acquisition unit with the simulated resistances to calibrate the performance of the data-acquisition unit. Take DT50 data-acquisition unit in CAWS600 AWS for an example. By software commands, output current and A/D sample duration time of the data-acquisition unit temperature channel are changed to resolve the problem of parameters mismatch, then this data-acquisition unit is calibrated effectively. So the infrared imaging system with high quality real-time image processing becomes more important. In this paper, a new way for the exploration of the infrared real-time imaging system is developed. The infrared imaging system is designed based on virtual instrument. A Non-Uniformity Correction (NUC) is applied by using two-point linear correction algorithm. Meanwhile, in order to enhance the contrast, the author preprocesses the image with the liner gray stretch on the premise of NUC. Through the test of UL 01011 320×240 and the analysis of the data by the imaging system, the results show that: the system can provide the real-time imaging, non-uniformity correction and gay stretch successfully. The infrared image is characterized by good uniformity and contrast.","PeriodicalId":321964,"journal":{"name":"IEEE 2011 10th International Conference on Electronic Measurement & Instruments","volume":"22 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2011-10-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132984772","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
