Language courses can be assessed from more dimensions with the aid of internet. This study probes to the evaluation of a certain English course, and surveys the satisfaction of the teachers who give instruction to the students based on the course syllabus. To make the findings scientific and convincing, this study takes an empirical approach to assess an English course conducted simultaneously in several Junior Middle Schools through different indexes and dimensions. The major instrument of research is online questionnaire and offline semi-structured interview. Validity and reliability of the questionnaire and the data collected online are analyzed through statistics software, such as SPSS. It is found that teachers are generally satisfied with the specified course and reflect an active and positive learning experience of their students. This paper analyzes the difficulties of teaching process monitoring in the context of a full credit system, applies the PDCA model of a quality management system to the management of third language teaching, and adopts measures such as reasonable use of information platform, test and evaluation means, and focus on feedback from multiple subjects in the two key monitoring stages of instruction and implementation (D) and inspection and evaluation (C), to provide a kind of reference standard for monitoring the process of third language teaching in colleges and universities. However, in terms of remote consultation, there are still few doctors and it is difficult to pay. The penetration rate of scene is only 21%, and the penetration rate of online drug purchase is 31%. At present, the penetration rate of disease management scenarios is only 8%. Patients with chronic diseases and severe diseases have high demand for disease management services, but the penetration rate of the former (about 10%) is much lower than that of the latter (20% - 30%).
