As the main force of national skilled talents, students of vocational colleges have become the main force of researching technical skills. The integration of intellectual literacy into the study of technical skills has become a major issue that urgently needs to be solved. The intelligent literacy training of computer majors in vocational colleges will play a leading and exemplary role in popularization. By investigating the status quo of the development of artificial intelligence in various industries and analyzing the talent demand report, the following four aspects are given to strengthen the cultivation of its intellectual literacy. One is to extend the development of each course to the application and popularization of artificial intelligence technology. Cultivate knowledge and theoretical knowledge; the second is to strengthen the design and training of “artificial intelligence programming thinking” to cultivate intelligent thinking. The third is to strengthen the study of big data information security and improve the security awareness of artificial intelligence. The fourth is to strengthen smart training and promote the learning and application of smart technologies. Under the background of integration of physical education, based on the literature review at home and abroad, 669 college students were investigated by questionnaire survey and logical induction. The factors that influence the social adaptability of college students, such as gender, native place and frequency of participation in the competitions, were analyzed with independent-samples t test by using sports statistics and Excel software and SPSS statistical software and the single factor variance analysis method. Taking environmental design as an example, based on the analysis of online teaching characteristics, this research uses the Delphi method to construct a digital monitoring system for online teaching quality of engineering design courses, and uses the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weights of the monitoring system indicators. Finally, the teaching data is extracted and quantitatively analyzed through online teaching empirical cases to verify the effectiveness of the monitoring system. For new media, paper media has a high cost, imaginary and interactive defects. Paper media should take up a place in such a situation, and must find the way to find their own development according to their own advantages and market factors. In the context of the Internet New Media Age, this paper analyzes the dilemma of paper media. It is a general trend to propose traditional media and new media.
