Research on the influence of sports competition participation on College Students' social adaptability based on Excel software and SPSS statistical software

Abstract

How to adapt to this changing pattern of the times tests every young man in the new era. Under the background of integration of physical education, based on the literature review at home and abroad, 669 college students were investigated by questionnaire survey and logical induction. The factors that influence the social adaptability of college students, such as gender, native place and frequency of participation in the competitions, were analyzed with independent-samples t test by using sports statistics and Excel software and SPSS statistical software and the single factor variance analysis method. It is concluded that participating in sports competitions can promote the cultivation of college students' team cooperation ability, adaptability and comprehensive ability.
