This paper analyzes the difficulties of teaching process monitoring in the context of a full credit system, applies the PDCA model of a quality management system to the management of third language teaching, and adopts measures such as reasonable use of information platform, test and evaluation means, and focus on feedback from multiple subjects in the two key monitoring stages of instruction and implementation (D) and inspection and evaluation (C), to provide a kind of reference standard for monitoring the process of third language teaching in colleges and universities. Abstract

In the past two decades, third language education has become increasingly important in various universities in China.
