In this connection, the task of automated formation of ontologies is\u0000 quite urgent. The most common quality criterion of the ontology is based on the\u0000 assessment of the convenience and efficiency of working with it, and the presence of a\u0000 connection between cognitive and semantic processes, which contributes to the process of\u0000 its construction and actualization. The main difference of the conducted analysis, the\u0000 results of which are presented in this work, are cognitive information technologies of\u0000 the subject area, cognitive-semantic analysis based on the theory of categories,\u0000 mathematical logic and universal algebra, construction of an ontological dictionary and\u0000 ontological constructions. The informational interaction of the intellectual environment\u0000 of the object with the subject is defined. For the formation of the concept in the\u0000 intellectual environment due to the attached information space, the possibility is\u0000 determined and the application of the concept and its features within the framework of\u0000 the problem is substantiated. The construction of ontologies is based on the connection\u0000 of cognitive processes with semantic ones and actualization – description and\u0000 identification of sources of cognitive information in intellectual environments of\u0000 subject areas. Frost resistance was evaluated by determining the amount\u0000 of water freezing at different temperatures, based on the measured adsorption isobars\u0000 and the obtained relationship between the freezing temperature of water in concrete\u0000 pores and relative humidity. A comparison of the calculated values of the frost\u0000 resistance of concrete with those got based on direct measurements showed the adequacy\u0000 of the calculation model. The proposed experimental-analytical method for evaluating the\u0000 frost resistance of concrete at different freezing temperatures allows in a small amount\u0000 of time to get more complete information about the behavior of the material in frosty\u0000 weather under real operating conditions than is provided for by existing methods. The conditions and criteria, the observance of\u0000 which ensures the investor to form an optimal investment program, are given. It is\u0000 pointed out the need to adjust the investment program when the conditions of the\u0000 external and internal environment change. Different models of investment program\u0000 formation and possibilities of their practical application are considered. The authors\u0000 proposed a model for the formation of an investment program that allows for the\u0000 reinvestment of funds received for the implementation of projects. The main optimization\u0000 problem is aimed at minimizing the capital involved, the objective function of the\u0000 auxiliary problem is to ensure the minimum deviation of the amount of actual initial\u0000 capital investments, compared to the amount provided by the investment program. The\u0000 auxiliary problem is a model of fuzzy optimization, and its solution is the maximum\u0000 intersection of membership functions of two fuzzy sets – goals and constraints. As a\u0000 vague limitation, it is proposed to take into account the variant of unfavorable\u0000 conditions for the implementation of the investment project, when significant savings on\u0000 initial capital investments will be impossible. For a vague purpose and limitation, the\u0000 type of ownership functions is substantiated and their parameters are determined, a\u0000 number of recommendations for their clarification for investors with different\u0000 propensity to risk are developed. Examples of using the proposed approach to applied\u0000 problems of investment process management are provided. An overview of the key components of the digital twin framework for\u0000 robotics, including the physical element, virtual element, middleware, service and\u0000 transport components, is provided. A technology for designing a robot using digital\u0000 twins is proposed, including the design of a computer model of a robot using a\u0000 computer-aided design system or three-dimensional graphics packages, the use of robot\u0000 simulation systems, data management, data analysis and human-machine interaction. A classification of decision support systems\u0000 regarding the choice of diet and diet is provided based on the data on the basis of\u0000 which they provide recommendations. The limitations of the linear combination of the\u0000 user's choice factors and the elements characterizing his profile are shown when\u0000 modeling a large number of hidden factors affecting the user's diet. The main focus of\u0000 the research is directed to the analysis of models and methods used in the development\u0000 of intelligent systems decision support systems about balanced nutrition. The analysis\u0000 of the advantages and disadvantages of intelligent recommendation systems showed the\u0000 relevance of developing a complete system that can provide recommendations taking into\u0000 account a large number of explicit and implicit factors affecting the user's diet and\u0000 nutrition on his health. Based on the analysis of the models and methods of artificial\u0000 intelligence already used in such systems, the perspective of the development of models\u0000 and methods of machine learning has been substantiated and the field of interest for\u0000 further research has been formed. In order to deposit the results of intellectual activity, it is\u0000 important to have the appropriate infrastructure, technologies and classification that\u0000 will ensure proper preservation, quick access and retrieval. In the proposed study, an\u0000 analysis of the most common results of intellectual activity was carried out, and it was\u0000 proposed to classify them according to four types of documents: scientific, technical,\u0000 educational and artistic. Scientific documents can be classified by topic, discipline,\u0000 type of research, type of publication, industry, and other criteria. The classification\u0000 of objects for depositing educational documents can be carried out according to the\u0000 level of education and depends on their purpose and storage terms.
