In this connection, the task of automated formation of ontologies is\u0000 quite urgent. The most common quality criterion of the ontology is based on the\u0000 assessment of the convenience and efficiency of working with it, and the presence of a\u0000 connection between cognitive and semantic processes, which contributes to the process of\u0000 its construction and actualization. The main difference of the conducted analysis, the\u0000 results of which are presented in this work, are cognitive information technologies of\u0000 the subject area, cognitive-semantic analysis based on the theory of categories,\u0000 mathematical logic and universal algebra, construction of an ontological dictionary and\u0000 ontological constructions. The informational interaction of the intellectual environment\u0000 of the object with the subject is defined. For the formation of the concept in the\u0000 intellectual environment due to the attached information space, the possibility is\u0000 determined and the application of the concept and its features within the framework of\u0000 the problem is substantiated. The construction of ontologies is based on the connection\u0000 of cognitive processes with semantic ones and actualization – description and\u0000 identification of sources of cognitive information in intellectual environments of\u0000 subject areas. Frost resistance was evaluated by determining the amount\u0000 of water freezing at different temperatures, based on the measured adsorption isobars\u0000 and the obtained relationship between the freezing temperature of water in concrete\u0000 pores and relative humidity. A comparison of the calculated values of the frost\u0000 resistance of concrete with those got based on direct measurements showed the adequacy\u0000 of the calculation model. The proposed experimental-analytical method for evaluating the\u0000 frost resistance of concrete at different freezing temperatures allows in a small amount\u0000 of time to get more complete information about the behavior of the material in frosty\u0000 weather under real operating conditions than is provided for by existing methods. The conditions and criteria, the observance of\u0000 which ensures the investor to form an optimal investment program, are given. It is\u0000 pointed out the need to adjust the investment program when the conditions of the\u0000 external and internal environment change. Different models of investment program\u0000 formation and possibilities of their practical application are considered. The authors\u0000 proposed a model for the formation of an investment program that allows for the\u0000 reinvestment of funds received for the implementation of projects. The main optimization\u0000 problem is aimed at minimizing the capital involved, the objective function of the\u0000 auxiliary problem is to ensure the minimum deviation of the amount of actual initial\u0000 capital investments, compared to the amount provided by the investment program. The\u0000 auxiliary problem is a model of fuzzy optimization, and its solution is the maximum\u0000 intersection of membership functions of two fuzzy sets – goals and constraints. As a\u0000 vague limitation, it is proposed to take into account the variant of unfavorable\u0000 conditions for the implementation of the investment project, when significant savings on\u0000 initial capital investments will be impossible. For a vague purpose and limitation, the\u0000 type of ownership functions is substantiated and their parameters are determined, a\u0000 number of recommendations for their clarification for investors with different\u0000 propensity to risk are developed. Examples of using the proposed approach to applied\u0000 problems of investment process management are provided. A technology for designing a robot using digital\u0000 twins is proposed, including the design of a computer model of a robot using a\u0000 computer-aided design system or three-dimensional graphics packages, the use of robot\u0000 simulation systems, data management, data analysis and human-machine interaction. A classification of decision support systems\u0000 regarding the choice of diet and diet is provided based on the data on the basis of\u0000 which they provide recommendations. The limitations of the linear combination of the\u0000 user's choice factors and the elements characterizing his profile are shown when\u0000 modeling a large number of hidden factors affecting the user's diet. The main focus of\u0000 the research is directed to the analysis of models and methods used in the development\u0000 of intelligent systems decision support systems about balanced nutrition. The analysis\u0000 of the advantages and disadvantages of intelligent recommendation systems showed the\u0000 relevance of developing a complete system that can provide recommendations taking into\u0000 account a large number of explicit and implicit factors affecting the user's diet and\u0000 nutrition on his health. Based on the analysis of the models and methods of artificial\u0000 intelligence already used in such systems, the perspective of the development of models\u0000 and methods of machine learning has been substantiated and the field of interest for\u0000 further research has been formed. In the proposed study, an\u0000 analysis of the most common results of intellectual activity was carried out, and it was\u0000 proposed to classify them according to four types of documents: scientific, technical,\u0000 educational and artistic. Scientific documents can be classified by topic, discipline,\u0000 type of research, type of publication, industry, and other criteria. The classification\u0000 of objects for depositing educational documents can be carried out according to the\u0000 level of education and depends on their purpose and storage terms. Challenges arising in\u0000 high-tech project teams are identified. Possible approaches for minimizing management\u0000 risks in the implementation of high-tech projects are analyzed, in particular, the\u0000 paradigm of proactive value-oriented project management and the approach of a logical\u0000 framework model are considered. Proactive management involves the use of models for\u0000 predicting results and management decisions. Management decisions are classified based\u0000 on the methods used to make them. Individual, consultative, group decisions are defined,\u0000 as well as strategic, tactical and operational decisions based on the nature of the\u0000 goal. The sequence of actions and errors regarding decision-making at the stage of\u0000 diagnosing the situation when managing problems that arise during project management are\u0000 formulated. The decision is considered as a product of management work, and its adoption\u0000 as a process that leads to the appearance of this product. The effectiveness of\u0000 proactive project management tools in identifying and working out options for solving\u0000 unique problems that require a creative approach and creative search has been\u0000 demonstrated. The special importance of building constant interaction of the project\u0000 manager with various members of the project team is emphasized, which conditions the\u0000 inclusion of the team in the project management process and includes solving project\u0000 problems and tasks, planning, discussing interdependencies between tasks, monitoring,\u0000 analysis of key indicators of project performance, risk management, etc. others A\u0000 detailed analysis of the implementation of the technology adoption model as a research\u0000 framework model, which is fully reflected by the P2M knowledge system, is provided. The\u0000 constituent components of such a model are defined: perceived value (usefulness); ease\u0000 of use of the innovation; intent and motivation of use; perceived risk. The approach of\u0000 the logical framework model, which is a key approach used by many international\u0000 organizations and donors when implementing projects, is considered. This approach is\u0000 proposed as a tool that promotes the motivation of the process of analytical thinking in\u0000 the project team, helps to structure and optimize information in the project, take into\u0000 account problematic issues and related risks, identify weaknesses of the selected\u0000 project implementation scenario, involve key specialists in the regular process of\u0000 discussion and updating logical matrix of the project. Using fractal modeling for\u0000 dynamic stochastic systems made it possible to single out two statistical multipliers,\u0000 GN and FZ, based on the difference between the ways of particle interaction (GN) and\u0000 considering the system’s motion as such in the phase space (FZ). These multipliers form\u0000 the basis of physical statistics based on a deep understanding of the types of\u0000 interactions and their consequences. In addition, it is shown that the physical\u0000 statistics multipliers GN and FZ have different content when applied to systems with a\u0000 quantum nature of interactions or other phase space elements. As a result, the idea\u0000 arose about the possibility of forming fragmented physical statistics, which would\u0000 differentiate both the interactions between the particles of systems and individual\u0000 elements of the phase space, aiming to highlight the general patterns inherent in their\u0000 particular states. The present paper is devoted to forming such fragmented physical\u0000 statistics and the individual results of its application. The main asset of the proposed\u0000 method for considering statistical problems is the rethinking of the phase space of\u0000 dynamic stochastic systems, in which one can single out (as a separate element of the\u0000 phase space) the space of solid angles of orientation of momenta (or wave vectors) of\u0000 system particles. Accordingly, an additional component of the entropy of systems in\u0000 certain states appears – the orientational component of entropy. The only reason for the\u0000 appearance of an additional orientation component of entropy in all cases is the\u0000 mechanism of mono energization of the particle spectrum, the physical nature of which\u0000 can be very diverse. However, the statistical result is always the same: a sharp\u0000 increase in the orientation component of entropy with the emergence of a direction\u0000 distinguished in the system. The selected direction can be inherent in the system or\u0000 imposed on it by external influence – then we will call such ordering in systems\u0000 generation. If the selected direction arises spontaneously, then we will call it\u0000 self-ordering process. Often such a self-ordering process is also stochastic, such as\u0000 turbulence. The geometry of the turboimpat separator with a radial\u0000 guide jet element consists of a first stage and a separator, consists of a plate with a\u0000 diameter of 250 mm, on a diameter of 97 mm of which there is a corrugated separation\u0000 element, the dimensions of which vary from 10 to 40 mm, depending on the working\u0000 geometry. At the bottom of the first stage of the separator are grooves of rectangular\u0000 shape 3x2 mm at a distance of 27 mm. In the second stage of the separator at a diameter\u0000 of 270, 240 and 180 mm respectively there are through rectangular grooves 5x10 mm. In a\u0000 turboimpact separator with a radial coagulation element, a uniform velocity distribution\u0000 was observed, the maximum of which is 43.7 m / s, which indicates a uniform turboimpact\u0000 particle transfer. The turboimpact separator with a radial guide jet element is\u0000 characterized by the close location of the corrugated mesh element to the jet cleaning\u0000 zone. Preversal of flow, in the channel nered grid element forms a vortex zones, which\u0000 will further lead to the displacement of undeposited particles to the lower wall of the\u0000 channel. In the first stage of purification turboimpact separator with radial\u0000 coagulation element after passing through the working medium of the jet cleaning zone,\u0000 the flow was evenly distributed throughout the entire section of the channel, which\u0000 contributes to the uniform distribution of the polydisperse phase in the working medium\u0000 in front of the mesh element. A wide class of shells is considered: of constant and smooth-variable\u0000 thickness, with ribs and cover plates, channels and cavities, holes, sharp bends of the\u0000 mid-surface, and with a multilayer structure of the material. The method is based on the\u0000 positions of the 3D geometrically nonlinear theory of thermoelasticity without the use\u0000 of simplifying hypotheses of the theory of shells. The development of the computational\u0000 model is based on the use of a universal isoparametric spatial finite element with\u0000 multilinear shape functions, which is the same for all sections of the shell with\u0000 stepwise variable thickness. The governing equations are constructed in accordance with\u0000 the requirements of the finite element moment scheme. The mid-surface of the shell’s\u0000 casing is taken as a single reference surface. All matrices of governing equations for a\u0000 universal spatial multilayer finite element are obtained in explicit form by analytical\u0000 integration. This speeds up the execution of calculations in the algorithmic\u0000 implementation of the method.
