Focus on the problem of mid-long term deviation settlement when spot market operation intermittently in the month, two assessment methods are proposed, i.e. net electricity assessment method and full electricity assessment method, and the application scenarios of the methods are analysed. Focus on the problem of dual-track fluctuating electricity caused by different liberalization degrees of the generation and demand side, based on the basic principle of “demand determine the generation”, a base contract double-correction settlement method is proposed, and thus fluctuating electricity is segmented accurately on both the day-ahead market and the real-time market. Finally, case study is conducted to verify the proposed method.","PeriodicalId":321188,"journal":{"name":"2020 4th International Conference on Power and Energy Engineering (ICPEE)","volume":"31 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-11-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125375100","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

With the development of smart distribution network, more and more attention has been paid to the operation situation of distribution network. In this paper, a practical distribution network operation evaluation and prediction method is proposed. Firstly BSC (Balanced Scorecard) based KPIs are created so as to provide fully vision on distribution network situation evaluation. Then AHP method is used to determine the index weight and situation evaluation is performed. Based on the evaluation method and result, Gray theory method is applied for situation prediction of distribution network. The proposed evaluation method in this paper can help operators grasp the operation situation of distribution network and provide effective guidance for decision support.","PeriodicalId":321188,"journal":{"name":"2020 4th International Conference on Power and Energy Engineering (ICPEE)","volume":"29 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-11-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114280135","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

We present in this paper a multilayer perceptron neural network model for short-time load forecasting with 15-min time intervals under the microgrid scenario. Specifically, a feature selection approach is proposed to improve the forecast results which considering lagged power value information. A case study of a real microgrid is performed, the proposed model is applied to load power prediction taking into account the penetration of renewable energy sources, and the obtained average prediction error was evaluated. The integrated energy system is a new form of energy utilization that organically combines multiple energy resources such as cold, heat and electric power. It has the advantages of high comprehensive efficiency, better economic benefits, and less pollution emissions. In this paper, a medium and long-term load forecasting method for integrated energy systems based on source-load evolutionary game is presented. With the help of Stackelberg game and alternate iteration strategy, this method can model the multi-energy coupling relationship and the evolution behavior of source-load, so as to realize the accurate prediction of various loads. Numerical studies have demonstrated that the proposed method can appropriately describe the internal mechanism of IES and obtain higher prediction accuracy.","PeriodicalId":321188,"journal":{"name":"2020 4th International Conference on Power and Energy Engineering (ICPEE)","volume":"42 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-11-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131042602","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Aiming at conducting comprehensive optimization for the integrated system which consists of electric power loads, heating and cooling loads, this paper established an optimization model with the objective of the lowest power supply costs, while considering the priority of renewable energy consumption and the role of time-of use electricity prices of power grid, and taking into account different operational constraints, such as supply and demand balance of electricity, heating and cooling, CCHP outputs, etc.. An example system was selected to study the operational economics of the integrated energy system having interaction with the power grid or with the battery storage system. The amount of production of new energy passenger car reached 0.94 million in 2019, which increased 191.95% compared to the amount of 2016. Meanwhile, the corporate average fuel consumption decreased to 5.73L/100km for domestic production companies and 6.91L/100km for import companies in recent years, and the average annual decreasing rate reached 4.16% and 4.62% per year. In this paper, the development of passenger car's CAFC-NEV dual Credits in China has been discussed including both domestic production and import companies. Results showed that the qualification rate of CAFC for either domestic production or import companies decreased continuously in recent years, which indicated that the difficulties for CAFC compliance were highlighted gradually, especially for the sino-foreign joint companies.","PeriodicalId":321188,"journal":{"name":"2020 4th International Conference on Power and Energy Engineering (ICPEE)","volume":"15 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-11-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134383240","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In the existing researches on energy flow calculation, only the friction head loss is considered and the influence of local head loss is not involved because of the complexity of the pipe structure. The local head loss occurring at abrupt flow boundary changes, such as variable section pipes, pipe inlet and outlet, and pipe connections is inevitable. The output of units and energy flow distribution in the IES will be affected by energy consumption caused by local head loss, so it is necessary to calculate the energy flow with local head loss in mind. In this paper, a local head loss energy model at pipe connection is first established, then a solution model for the energy flow of the electricity-heat IES with local head loss model is established, and the model can be solved by N-R method. Finally, the effectiveness of the model and the influence of local head loss on the whole system are verified through case comparison. The result shows that energy loss caused by local head loss should be avoided although it's a small amount of energy for the whole system.","PeriodicalId":321188,"journal":{"name":"2020 4th International Conference on Power and Energy Engineering (ICPEE)","volume":"113 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-11-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121151728","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
