With the development of smart distribution network, more and more attention has been paid to the operation situation of distribution network. In this paper, a practical distribution network operation evaluation and prediction method is proposed. Firstly BSC (Balanced Scorecard) based KPIs are created so as to provide fully vision on distribution network situation evaluation. Then AHP method is used to determine the index weight and situation evaluation is performed. Based on the evaluation method and result, Gray theory method is applied for situation prediction of distribution network.
