Power supply interruption will not only cause huge economic losses to the country, but also affect people's life and social stability. With the rapid development of economy and the continuous improvement of people's living standards, the requirements of users for power supply reliability are higher and higher. Power supply reliability is not only the basic demand of power users, but also the fundamental goal of power supply enterprises. At present, China's power supply reliability evaluation mainly focuses on medium voltage (10kV) and above systems. Generally, 10kV distribution transformer is taken as the basic unit for statistics, while the power supply reliability statistics of developed countries (such as Britain and the United States) is based on low-voltage users (380 / 220 V). With the development of distribution network, the power supply reliability of medium voltage users, cannot reflect the actual power supply reliability of the majority of low-voltage users. The statistical work of power supply reliability must be extended to low-voltage users. In this paper a method for low voltage power supply reliability evaluation of distribution network is proposed which is based on the data quality governance of network operation records and blackout events. The optimal function was lowest cost and best voltage index, while the decision variables were siting and sizing of DG. Improved point estimate method was employed to calculate probabilistic power flow. Considering that PEM requires independent input variables, an improved PEM considering correlation of input variables was proposed. Based on the established model, a three-level voltage balance control method is proposed. By introducing a coefficient representing the relationship between the neutral current and the DC-link capacitor voltage difference, the reasonable value of the injected neutral current can be directly calculated according to the voltage difference between the upper and lower capacitors. At the same time, the influence of DC-link voltage difference on SAPF compensation performance can be restrained by selecting filter parameters and sampling frequency reasonably. Therefore, for a panoramic synchronous measurement system covering the power supply, power grid and load side of the power system, this paper proposes a master station structure based on multi-channel and multi database parallel. The transmission mode of different data in different communication scenarios and the data processing and access mode of three kinds of databases running side by side are designed. The problems of real-time application and storage of data under different time scale intervals and different protocols are solved. Secondly, combined with the actual measurement and application requirements of the system, the program logic architecture of the system application platform is built. On this platform, three kinds of applications are developed, including the disturbance preliminary judgment of load side (220 V), the frequency rendering which can realize the real-time estimation and display of national frequency, and the data analysis and visualization for the characteristics of frequency and harmonic data. The load capacity of the electric mining truck was analyzed. the performance of line current, line voltage drop, and line loss of different power supply system such as single-ended power supply, two-end power supply, middle single-point power supply and middle two-point power supply were compared. The results showed that under the same working conditions, the middle two-point power supply system had the advantage of small current, low line loss and high performance. The middle two-point power supply system was designed. The performance of line voltage, current, line loss, etc. under various working conditions were analyzed. The countermeasures for overload conditions were proposed. The architecture uses HTML5 technology to replace NPAPI plug-in technology, which eliminates the network security threats caused by the defects of NPAPI plug-ins, and dramatically improves the security of the system. With the help of technologies such as WebRTC and WebSocket, real-time communication of the browser is realized, the waste of terminal equipment and server performance is reduced, and the security of data transmission is improved. Compared with the traditional system architecture, the average total connection time of this system is only 10.912%, which significantly reduces the response time of the system. In this paper, we describe a new framework of shore power automatic docking, which completes from recognition to ship docking. The proposed method combines various technologies, i.e., image segmentation, contour recognition, target tracking, visual recognition to realize the automation and efficiency of the system in port operations.
