Abstract

With the introduction of ‘port electricity layout plan’ by the ministry of transport of China and the enhancement of people's awareness of environmental protection, the technology of ship shore power has been gradually popularized to major ports in recent years, but its efficiency in practical application is not high. In this paper, we describe a new framework of shore power automatic docking, which completes from recognition to ship docking. The proposed method combines various technologies, i.e., image segmentation, contour recognition, target tracking, visual recognition to realize the automation and efficiency of the system in port operations. 岸电与船舶自动对接新模式
随着中国交通运输部《港口电力布局规划》的出台和人们环保意识的增强,近年来船舶岸电技术在各大港口逐步普及,但实际应用效率并不高。本文提出了一种新的岸电自动对接框架,完成了从识别到船舶对接的全过程。该方法结合了图像分割、轮廓识别、目标跟踪、视觉识别等多种技术,实现了港口作业系统的自动化和高效化。这种新模式对降低码头作业成本、提高效率、增强码头系统自动化程度、促进岸电技术的普及具有现实意义。
