The objective is to design and develop a dynamic content delivery system that (1) enables content owners to deliver their multimedia content to a large number of heterogeneous receivers, and (2) enables receivers to continuously receive that content, independent of their location and the network they connect to. Previous investigations into this topic have shown that multimedia content can be efficiently distributed through an overlay network that consists of multiple distributed proxy servers. In this paper, we extend this concept to the distribution of live and scheduled multimedia content through multiple aggregators. An aggregator is an intermediary content provider that aggregates live multimedia content from various content sources and delivers it to mobile users through a pool of proxy servers. The availability of the same content through multiple aggregators enables mobile users to switch from one aggregator to another, thus alternately receiving the same content from different aggregators. The service area of an aggregator may be restricted to a certain set of networks, in which case switching to such an aggregator also requires mobile hosts to handoff to a network that is part of the aggregator's service area. To support roaming users, aggregators establish application-level roaming agreements between each other. These agreements enable users to receive channels from multiple aggregators while having a subscription with only a few of them. The system transparently switches mobile hosts from one aggregator to another and executes handoffs on the mobile host's network interfaces. The system switches a mobile host to the aggregator that provides a certain channel in the best configuration, where `best' is defined by the preferences of the end-user. Our analysis consists of two parts: (1) a heuristic analysis of the application and network-level delay components involved in a typical switch and an estimation of their best-case values, and (2) an empirical analysis of the delay introduced by SIP transactions under various 802.11 network conditions. The analysis shows that the ALIVE system usually experiences little delay, except at the very edge of an 802.11 cell. BLDC motors are highly used in industries. These motors do not use brushes for commutation, instead of that, they are electronically commutated. As compared to Brushed DC motor and Induction motor, BLDC motors have many advantages. The aim of this paper is to show for how much extent the harmonics are reduced by employing a feedback in the closed loop simulation model as compared to without any feedback. We have, here, therefore used the speed feedback strategy. Also a combined feedback method is studied. For this purpose, the performance of BLDC system is simulated. It is very important for the driver to know how close the tailgating vehicle. It is equally important to know the vicinity of the other vehicles and objects while parking or taking vehicle from the parking lots. The main objective of this paper is to accurately estimate the distance of a specific object by approximating the camera to be an ideal pinhole camera. In this method we use triangle similarity to estimate the distance after obtaining the focal length (in pixels) of the camera. Using image processing techniques we detect the object for which we want to estimate the distance. We input the known width of the object and using the calculated focal length, the algorithm calculates the distance after identifying the object. The work aims at developing a noise robust circuit with high frequency response and the same can be implemented in a dynamic logic system with reduced number of transistor and also the dynamic logic will have the probability of signal switching activity to be low which will subsequently reduce the power of the system. The circuits have been constructed using cadence ADE and the same has been simulated with Spectre using 45nm GPDK technology. Its application pervade in the whole world, as perceived in video surveillance, anomaly detection, human action analysis etc. Nevertheless some drawbacks are there, as there is large storage required for storing the data and retrieval of a particular data and from the colossal storage it is very difficult or in some case it is even impractical by human resources. In such cases it is important to search for systems with high security and efficiency. This paper focuses on such a processing method. This paper describes how the edges of moving objects in the video will be found out. The first step is to detect the moving object, the result of which will contain some noises, which can be removed to a large extend by using morphological operation. The edges of the resultant output will give a clear picture of the moving object in the video. This network utilizes available spectrum efficiently using frequency reuse technique. Due to frequency reuse the HCN network suffers from inter-cellular interference. To reduce interference and to maintain QoS of pico and femto cell users, Time Domain Resource partitioning was used which improves QoS of pico and femto video users by compensating the macrocell quality. To improve the overall performance of the complete HCN, in this paper a new technique called user specific resource allocation (USR) and power control is proposed. With this scheme, the users are divided into groups based on the Signal-leakage-plus-noise ratio(SLNR) metric. Users with low SLNR are grouped as interfering users for them a semi-orthogonal resource allocation strategy is developed which reduces interference and improves the video quality of the pico and femto without degrading the macrocell video quality. In order to get the complete knowledge of dataset, the imputation technique is required to fill the missing data. A measure has been taken to improve the accuracy of the imputation by considering new imputation method with four other existing methods with six existing classifiers for various amount of missing values ranging from 5 to 55%. This paper explores an idea of how the different imputation method influences the performance of classifiers that are subsequently used with the imputed data. This experiment focuses on discrete data. So as to improve the quality of imputation(1.545% reduced the classification error), Few well known classifiers LSVM, RIPPER, C4.5, SVMR, SVMP, and KNN have been utilized to improve the imputation accuracy. Due to this pregnant women suffer a lot in these areas. One of the important devices in prenatal healthcare that would benefit pregnant women is the ultra sound scanner. In this research work we implement the Peripheral Communication Interface Device for integration into the Front End Processing Module in of an ultrasound scanning system to be used in prenatal healthcare. We focus on the design, implementation, and verification of PCI protocol suitable for ultrasound scanning system. This is synthesized to fit into a Xilinx FPGA. The proposed interface device serves as a data regulator module for communication to control and regulate data transfer among various modules. It is used for data bandwidth handling purposes when the CPU needs to communicate with memory, Ultra scanner front end, and other devices in system. The design is implemented in Verilog HDL, verification carried out using Questasim and synthesized using the Xilinx ISE. This provides the easiness in operations and also helpful to elder and decibel people. This is useful for people who cannot operate the peripheral devices using our normal muscular body parts. The proposed system aims to control home appliances (like bulb, fan etc.) with the help of Human Attention Level which comes under non-invasive method of brains signal measurement. This attention is being measured by NeuroSky Headset. Attention level values are ranges from 1 to 100. Attention means user's level of mental focus which occurs during intense concentration and directed (but stable) mental activity. So to get attention values user should observe the object (or focus onto the object).
