Bangkara, Khasanah Khasanah, Aunurrahman Aunurrahman","doi":"10.25217/ji.v8i1.2931","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.25217/ji.v8i1.2931","url":null,"abstract":"Through interviews with several academic activities and campus management at the University of Bengkulu, we have managed to obtain several data which are also backed up by secondary data from the publications we reviewed to answer the study themes which aim to respond to digital-based learning trends in efforts to improve millennial student learning outcomes. The author understands that the trend of using digital in learning is familiar. However, to gain new knowledge, we try to get direct data through conversations with staff and decision-making at the University of Bengkulu. We can analyze the results of both the interview data and the review of various sources under a phenomenological approach, in which, among other things, we coded data and revised the data to interpret the data. The latest data contains elements of validity and reliability that can be relied upon. Based on the study's results and available data, the University of Bengkulu believes that digital-based learning is a practical, transformative, and productive solution to improving the learning outcomes of Indonesian students who are said to be millennials. The success of this online learning platform is influenced by student satisfaction. Students who are satisfied then they will be comfortable with using online learning. The success of the online learning system can be seen in student satisfaction when using the LMS and online learning software. So, this study aims to analyse student satisfaction with the online learning system. The sample of this research is students of the Tarbiyah Faculty of UIN Sukarno Fatmawati Bengkulu. The sampling technique used is convenience sampling. The independent variables used were computer self-efficacy (CSE), perceived usefulness (PU), and perceived ease of use (PEU). The dependent variable in this study was student satisfaction (SAT). This data analysis technique used Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with SmartPLS software. The results of this study indicated that the computer self-efficacy had a significant positive effect on the perceived ease of use and the perceived usefulness. This study uses a quantitative approach with research subjects in vocational schools in the field of mechanical engineering expertise. Data collection using questionnaires, tests, and documentation. Pearson Product Moment correlation analysis technique, t-test, and F test, using SPSS software. The results of this study are divided into two, namely: single regression and multiple regression will be explained as follows. 1) Single regression includes: a) learning motivation variable with learning outcomes (R) value of 0.465, value (r2) of 0.217 meaning that there is a relationship with the medium category of learning motivation with learning outcomes, (b) learning habit with learning outcomes (R) value of 0.484, the value (r2) is 0.235, meaning that there is a relationship with the medium category between learning motivation and learning outcomes. 2) Multiple regression between the variables of learning motivation and learning habit simultaneously provides a positive and significant relationship with learning outcomes. This is indicated by the value (R) of 0.550, and the value (r2) is 0.302 which means that there is a relationship with a moderate category between learning motivation and learning habit on the learning outcomes of vocational school students in the practice of lathe machining grade 11th class in the new normal era. A sample of 102 participants was collected from a specific population and cultural context, and religiosity and perceived teacher management skills were measured using adapted and validated scales. Results of a regression analysis showed that there is a weak but statistically significant relationship between religiosity and perceived teacher management skills, with religiosity explaining a small percentage of the variance in perceived teacher management skills. These findings suggest that religiosity may play a small role in shaping students' perceptions of their teachers' management skills, but it is not the only factor. Overall, the study suggests that guidance and counseling practice should consider other factors such as the teachers' personal characteristics, teaching methods and environmental factors when working with teachers. The graduates have a study period is less than five years getting the highest point in the assessment matrix for criterion 9, namely tri-dharma outputs and achievements. However, most study program graduates from various universities in Indonesia completed their studies more than 4 years. This case also happened to graduates of Mathematics Education at IAIN Bukittinggi. There were 70% of graduates who completed their studies more than 4 years. The aim of this research was to determine factors that influence the graduates’ study period and their characteristics who were able to complete their studies for 4 years. This research was descriptive quantitative with a correlation study of 10 independent variable factors that affect the study period. By using total sampling, there were 340 graduates of Mathematics Education as a sample of this research. Documentation and questionnaires were used to collect the data. Then, the CHAID method was used to analyze the data. The result showed that, first, there were 5 independent variables that affect the graduates’ study period, namely the period of thesis completion, the gender, the major of high school, the mother’s occupation, and the track of university entrance. Parents play an important role in the task and are responsible for the formation of children's character both physically and spiritually. As educators, teachers are the main actors who walk side by side with parents and other important elements. This research analyzes the teachers' perception about English online learning design and the parents' perception about English online learning design at SMP Negeri 01 Seputih Surabaya. This research used a qualitative approach. This research was a field research at the IAIMNU PAI Study Program. The sources of data are the leaders, lecturers and the documents such as vision, mission, goals, curriculum. Collecting data used observation guide sheets, interview guidelines, and documentation. A total of 606 students from a large public university in the Indonesia completed a survey that included measures of demographical variables (such as gender, age, living area, siblings, spending in a month, part-time job, and living arrangement) and coping strategies (such as problem focused, emotional focused, and disengagement). The results of the study indicated that having a part-time job was significantly correlated with coping strategies, in particularly problem-focused coping and emotion-focused coping. While gender, age, living area, siblings, spending in a month, and living arrangement, were not observed to be significantly correlated with coping strategies. The findings of this study have a crucial implications for understanding the relationship of demographical factors affect coping strategy in university students. Furthermore, these findings may inform the development of interventions to support university students’ mental health. One crucial factor is to present a variety of teacher-teaching methods. Teachers very much need these factors and are more creative in carrying out more interesting learning so that students like the teacher and the content taught. Applying a Jigsaw approach or cooperative learning for students so that they have significant responsibility in learning can inspire students to speak in front of the class. This study aims to determine students' understanding of social studies through learning with the Jigsaw method of choice in class X SMK Negeri 3 Manado. With a qualitative design and a descriptive approach strategy, this study is expected to understand the level of mastery of social studies content using the Jigsaw method and approach. Data collection techniques are data analysis from a series of teacher interviews and direct observations in the classroom. A single case study because it only chose one location. The case study is anchored because it has focused on the problem under study before researching the field. The procedure for implementing qualitative research is flexible according to the field's needs, situations, and conditions. In general, the results of qualitative research show that it is closely related to achieving effective and efficient learning objectives. The relationship between the material and the tasks carried out by students needs to be clarified so that each group and its members need clarification about the discussion material and its objectives. Many studies have been carried out in developing higher education human resources, but they are related to something other than the independent curriculum. We obtained meaningful input and extracted information from several related literatures through semi-structured interviews with teaching staff and university leaders. As for the process, other than interviews, we obtained data through an electronic search on several scientific publications discussing higher education human resources issues. After processing the data and discussing it, we can conclude that the efforts of Islamic state universities have taken several strategies to optimize their HR management; among others, they are taking digitalization and automation systems as well as developing learning all these things in order to make their campuses leading in the area.
