The focus was on integrating technology effectively into the teaching and learning process. The research addressed the limited ICT skills among lecturers and aimed to bridge the gap through targeted training and professional development initiatives. Through comprehensive data collection and analysis, the study identified lecturers' specific ICT training needs and evaluated existing training programs. The findings highlighted areas where lecturers needed more proficiency in ICT tools and identified challenges in utilizing technology in their teaching practices. Based on the results, recommendations were made for improving ICT training programs for lecturers. These recommendations included providing hands-on workshops, ongoing support and mentoring, access to relevant resources and tools, and collaboration among lecturers to share best practices. The study emphasized the significance of empowering lecturers with ICT skills in preparing future primary school teachers for the digital era. To effectively educate millennials entering the 21st century, it is crucial to implement new approaches to information technology-based teaching that caters to their unique characteristics and learning preferences. This abstract summarizes the essential findings and recommendations regarding these new approaches. A comprehensive literature review has identified that gamification, blended learning, adaptive learning technologies, and online collaboration platforms effectively engage millennial learners and maximize their learning outcomes. Gamification incorporates game elements to motivate learners through rewards and interactive experiences. Blended learning combines online and face-to-face instruction, providing flexibility and personalized learning experiences. Adaptive learning technologies customize learning based on individual needs, while online collaboration platforms promote collaboration and effective communication skills. To successfully implement these new approaches, Perbanas Institute should invest in faculty development programs, upgrade technological infrastructure, and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration. Faculty members need the training to integrate technology effectively, while students require the necessary resources and support. By embracing these new approaches, Perbanas Institute can enhance the educational experiences of millennial learners and equip them with the skills required for the 21st-century workforce. Through interviews, observations, and document analysis, the study found that integrating media technology positively influenced the teaching and learning experience. Multimedia presentations, educational websites, and digital applications enhanced students' engagement, motivation, and understanding of Islamic principles and teachings. Interactive and collaborative learning was facilitated, allowing students to participate actively in discussions and group activities. Media technology also provided opportunities for personalized learning, allowing students to explore Islamic concepts at their own pace and according to their learning styles. It fostered creativity and critical thinking skills by encouraging students to analyze and interpret religious texts through interactive media platforms. However, challenges such as limited access to technology resources, technical difficulties, and concerns about content authenticity were identified. The study emphasized the need for appropriate teacher training and support to integrate media technology into the curriculum effectively. In conclusion, the study demonstrated the effectiveness of media technology in Islamic Religious Education within an independent curriculum. It was integrating media tools enhanced engagement, motivation, and understanding among students while enabling interactive and personalized learning experiences. The training activities employed the experiential learning model, focusing on the steps of traditional APE (Anak Usia Dini Pendidikan, or Early Childhood Education) development: selecting traditional games, choosing materials, adapting games into APE, determining learning themes, and piloting APE with peers. The findings revealed several implications of the training program on the professional competence of PAUD teachers. First, there was a significant increase in teacher knowledge, particularly in traditional APE. Second, teachers became more aware of the importance of traditional APE in early childhood education. Third, teachers' understanding of professional competence was enhanced through the training, enabling them to incorporate traditional APE into their teaching practices effectively. Fourth, the development and utilization of learning themes through traditional APE became more widespread among teachers. Fifth, teachers better understood child development aspects that could be nurtured through traditional APE. Sixth, the training diversified teaching methods through traditional APE, resulting in more engaging and interactive learning experiences was essential. Seventh, teachers' ability to create stimulating learning environments improved. Finally, the training program gave teachers valuable experiences, knowledge, and motivation to enhance their instructional practices. Therefore, efforts are needed to improve students' creative thinking skills through the learning process in the classroom. This study aims to develop and determine the quality of E-Worksheet loaded with STEAM-PjBL on reaction rate material to improve students' creative thinking skills. Research conducted using 4D models (Define, Design, Development, and Disseminate). The instrument used is in the form of product quality assessment sheets and student responses. The results of the E-Worksheet assessment based on the assessment of material experts, media experts, reviewers, and student responses received an ideal percentage of 93%, 97%, 90%, and 93% in the excellent category. The participants included vital administrators, faculty members, and students from various departments within the university. The findings revealed that information technology was crucial in shaping educational human resource development strategies at Kutai Kartanegara University. The university has implemented various IT-based initiatives to enhance teaching and learning experiences, improve administrative processes, and foster professional development among faculty members. Regarding teaching and learning, the university has integrated various IT tools and platforms into the curriculum, such as learning management systems, multimedia resources, and virtual classrooms. These initiatives provided students with flexible learning opportunities, interactive course materials, and collaborative spaces for knowledge exchange. Moreover, the university has implemented IT-based professional development programs for faculty members, including training workshops, online resources, and communities of practice. Similarly, to collect primary data, the researchers interviewed 30 academics (students and lecturers) at the University of Warmadewa to learn about their perspectives and experiences in developing digital-based teaching to improve student learning outcomes during regular and throughout education. Hence, it reviewed different data sets, both in the form of secondary source data from various publications connected to Technology and instruction and data that the researchers questioned academics to find answers to. The researchers could simplify the development of digital teaching to improve the quality of student learning in the Revolution 4.0 era at Warmadewa University. It has resulted several new understandings, such as Technology has innovated the learning process as the digital application have helped academics in solving learning challenge and bring more benefits. The researchers used survey approach in quantitative descriptive investigations. The data collection method used questionnaire, and the data analysis used descriptive statistics with percentages. Quota sampling was used to determine the population in this study, which totaled 40 PJOK teachers in West Nias District. The number of samples was based on the number of people visited by the researchers of 40 PJOK teachers in West Nias District. The instrument used a reliability level of 0.975 which is relatively high. The result showed that the teachers with keywords have moderate perceptions of the implementation of independent curriculum learning in West Nias Regency in 2023. The results of distributing questionnaires at the SMP level in West Nias Regency have a percentage of 5% or 2 teachers have categories very positive, the percentage of 3% or 1 teacher has a positive category, the percentage of 80% or 32 teachers has a moderate category, the percentage of 12% or 5 teachers has a negative category and the percentage of 0% or 0 teachers has a very negative category. It is phenomenology research that was conducted on elementary school students with a total of 15 students. The data collection techniques used documentation and interviews. Because of the form of the data obtained descriptive, the analysis was carried out qualitatively, namely by coding with the flow of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results showed that the students apply critical thinking and problem-solving concepts in making paper airplane toys. Several other factors were students planning and designing carefully, measuring in detail with mathematical concepts and estimating what allows paper airplanes to fly for a long time or even for a short time. The result showed that there were three moral values actualized in Sun Ngawiti's poem in the leadership of Kiai Achmad Sa'dulloh Majdi, namely discipline, patience and perseverance. The actualization of these three education moral values has made Sun Ngawiti's poem in the leadership of Kiai Achmad Sa'dulloh Majdi as a person who can prove the harmony between written, oral and deeds.
