The research method used a case study with a qualitative research approach. The results showed that the increase in the work ethicof teachers was evident from the leadership style adopted by the headmaster, so that a significant increase was obtained according to the vision and mission of the school. Work ethic is a mental attitude that contains values related to the morale of a teacher. The research method used was descriptive quantitative with 33 samples, then data analysis was carried out using the SPSS software analysis tool version 25. The research results showed that from two independent variables and one dependent variable, there was a very significant influence on the dependent variable. The results of the data that have been analyzed for the 3 variables of this research show that there is a significant influence between the principal's management on teacher performance, and the influence of teacher discipline has a significant influence on teacher performance. The object of the research is teachers in elementary schools. Evaluation was carried out using a survey method by asking teachers' evaluations of the implementation of online learning. The evaluation results show that online learning has an impact on increasing teacher skills and knowledge, mastery of technology, independence, creativity, self-reliance, increasing student knowledge and skills, learning processes and resource readiness such as teacher facilities, readiness. Meanwhile, online learning does not have a significant influence on learning completeness, effective interaction, character improvement, motivation and assessment accuracy. This research is a qualitative research by making observations through a questionnaire. Research respondents were 60 teachers of SMK Muhammadiyah in Bantul, Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Data were collected through a questionnaire and analyzed to draw conclusions. The results showed that 96.7% percent had not implemented CAR and only 3.3% of teachers had implemented CAR. Barriers to not implementing CAR include factors due to cost and time as well as the ability of teachers. The type of research used mix method approach, namely a qualitative quantitative approach. The data analysis technique used correlation for quantitative and data triangulation for qualitative. The method used in this research is bibliometrics using data sources from Crossruff with publication years from 2012 to July 2023. The initial search results using the Publish or Perish application, 1,000 publications were obtained, then after sorting the publication data, 448 articles were obtained, consisting of journal articles and proceeding articles. The results of this study show that publications on this theme have increased and even reached a significant peak in 2022 of 142 publications, this shows that studies on this theme are still interesting. The results of research mapping using Vos Viewer in this study produced 89 items which were then divided into six clusters. Each mess represents a connection between Education culture and digital transformation. The sixth cluster is digital transformation itself, education, digital literacy, digital competence and higher education. The input from the results of this research is that there is no research that clearly describes the relationship between digital transformation and educational culture. The results of the study indicated that infrastructure development and the role of leadership and management had been carried out well to meet the needs of the workforce.
