The type of research used mix method approach, namely a qualitative quantitative approach. The data analysis technique used correlation for quantitative and data triangulation for qualitative. Abstract

本研究旨在确定学生对学习质量的满意度,以及提高 LLDIKTI Wilayah IV 地区大学质量的支持和抑制因素。研究类型采用混合方法,即定性定量方法。数据分析技术在定量分析中使用了相关分析,在定性分析中使用了数据三角分析。研究结果可以归纳为:在 LLDIKTI Wilayah IV 地区随机向 350 名学生发放问卷的结果是:(1) 根据五个维度,即有形性、响应性、可靠性、移情性和保证性,学生的满意度被归类为满意;(2) 影响学生对学习满意度的支持性和抑制性因素来自 SWOT 分析,即支持性因素中存在的优势和机会,抑制性因素中存在的弱点和威胁;(3) 通过营造良好的学术氛围、增强公众对所受教育质量的信心、提高讲师和员工的素质、根据各系的集中度编制毕业生产出、做好学习过程的整合、通过最大限度地利用信息技术系统提高学术服务质量、提高学习基础设施的质量和提高认证质量来提高教育质量的策略。
