摘要

本研究旨在探讨职业教育项目的基础设施建设以及领导和管理在满足劳动力需求方面的作用。研究采用定性方法,在万隆的一所州立理工学院进行,参与者包括领导层、学习计划、讲师和教师。研究结果表明,基础设施建设以及领导和管理层的作用得到了很好的发挥,满足了劳动力的需求。然而,从行业招聘教育工作者的计划管理以及与其他各方在设施发展方面的合作需要改进。
