The research method used a case study with a qualitative research approach. The results showed that the increase in the work ethicof teachers was evident from the leadership style adopted by the headmaster, so that a significant increase was obtained according to the vision and mission of the school. Work ethic is a mental attitude that contains values related to the morale of a teacher. 摘要

本研究的目的是探讨校长的领导力如何提高学校教师的工作热情。研究方法采用了个案研究和定性研究方法。研究结果表明,教师职业道德的提高与校长所采取的领导风格有明显的关系,因此,根据学校的愿景和使命,教师职业道德有了显著的提高。职业道德是一种精神态度,包含与教师士气有关的价值观。目前,教师的工作被理解为一种专业工作,因此,教师必须具备职业道德,在意识、信心和高度承诺的层面上有积极的工作行为,以实现组织的目标、愿景和使命。
