The research was conducted from April to June 2021. Data collection techniques used interviews, and content analysis. The informants involved were all lecturers of Islamic religious education. This study found that there were variations in religious paradigms, educational background and scientific interests, access to sources and reading materials, as well as religious styles adopted. The book used contains an acute problem related to the problem of religious moderation. The discussion on the themes of monotheism and Islamic theology has a significant difference with the general attitude of the people of Banten and its surroundings. An important implication of the results of this study is that several themes on history, Islamic social and political thought, as well as the science of monotheism and the science of kalam need to be reviewed, enriched by references, and further enrich the sources of religious thought.\u0000 \u0000Abstrak\u0000Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan paradigma keagamaan dosen mata kuliah pendidikan agama Islam pada Universitas Tirtayasa Banten, dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan April hingga Juni tahun 2021. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, dan konten analisis. Informan yang terlibat adalah seluruh dosen pendidikan agama Islam. Penelitian ini menemukan adanya variasi paradigma keagamaan, latar belakang pendidikan dan minat keilmuan, akses terhadap sumber dan bahan bacaan, serta corak keagamaan yang dianut. Buku yang digunakan mengandung problem akut terkait dengan masalah moderasi beragama. Bahasan tentang tema-tema tauhid dan teologi Islam memiliki perbedaan yang signifikan dengan anutan umum masyarakat Banten dan sekitarnya. The results of the study concluded that: (a) the PPG program has a very large role in improving the quality of PAI teachers, (b). The input component has been well proven by the readiness of participants, quality of lecturers, facilities and infrastructure that support the PPG program, c ) . Components of the learning process of the online learning system (online) and face to face directly through workshops, Peer Teaching, and PPL. Everything went well, although not optimally, (d). The output component of the PPG implementation was from 90 students that had participated in the PPL it was recorded that 100% of students passed the performance test. Meanwhile, in the knowledge test 58 participants (64%) passed and 32 people (36%)\u0000 \u0000Abstrak\u0000Penelitian Implementasi Penyelenggaraan Pendidikan Profesi Guru bagi Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam di UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Serang Banten bertujuan mengetahui untuk mengetahui implementsi penyelenggaraan Program Sertifikasi Guru melalui PPG dalam jabatan bagi GPAI dengan metode kualitatip. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa: (a) Program PPG sangat besar peranannya terhadap peningkatan kualitas guru PAI, (b) Komponen input sudah baik terbukti dengan kesiapan peserta, kualitas dosen, sarana dan prasarana yang mendukung program PPG, (c) Komponen proses pembelajaran melalui sistem pembelajaran Daring (online) dan tatap muka secara langsung melalui loka karya, Peer Teaching, dan PPL. Semua berjalan dengan baik meskipun belum maksimal, d) Komponen output dari penyelenggaraan PPG adalah dari 90 mahasiswa yang telah mengikuti PPL, tercatat 100 % mahasiswa lulus dalam uji kinerja. All subjects, including Islamic Religious Education (PAI), should be able to deliver students to be able to think critically. However, critical thinking skills are not given much attention to PAI learning, especially Fiqh. Likewise, in the case of valuation, there are currently not many assessment instruments specifically developed to measure the ability to think in Fiqh learning. Therefore, this article intends to design a concept for assessing critical thinking skills by adopting the critical thinking test model developed by Watson and Glaser or commonly known as the Watson-Glaser Critical Thinking Appraisal (WGCTA). Two problems will be discussed in this paper, namely, how about critical thinking in Fiqh learning, and how is the concept of Critical Thinking Ability Assessment in Fiqh learning with WGCTA. The result of this paper is a sample assessment of critical thinking skills in Fiqh learning based on five indicators in the WGCTA test, namely inference, recognition of assumptions, deduction, interpretation, and evaluation of argument.\u0000 \u0000Abstrak\u0000Salah satu kompetensi yang menjadi tujuan utama dalam kurikulum 2013 adalah berpikir kritis. Semua mata pelajaran, tak terkecuali PAI, hendaknya dapat mengantarkan peserta didik untuk mampu berpikir kritis. Meski demikian, kemampuan berpikir kritis tampaknya tidak banyak menjadi perhatian dalam pembelajaran PAI, khususnya fikih. Begitu pula, dalam hal penilaian, saat ini banyak instrumen penilaian yang secara khusus dikembangkan untuk mengukur kemampuan berpikir dalam bidang fikih. Oleh karena itu, artikel ini bermaksud untuk merancang sebuah konsep penilaian kemampuan berpikir kritis dengan mengadopsi model tes critical thinking yang dikembangkan oleh Watson dan Glaser atau lazim disebut dengan Watson-Glaser Critical Thinking Appraisal (WGCTA). Ada dua permasalahan yang akan dibahas dalam tulisan ini yakni, bagaimana kemampuan berpikir kritis dalam pembelajaran fikih, dan bagaimana penilaian kemampuan berpikir kritis dalam pembelajaran fikih dengan WGCTA. The significance of home-based materials was motivated by the paralysis of the school's function in serving the learning process, including children's religious education, when the COVID-19 outbreak hit the world. This article comes from research and development involving education stakeholders, especially teachers, supervisors, and parents. The activities in focus group discussions were carried out in three places, namely in Bandung, Serpong, and Surabaya. Awareness of the importance of minimal material for parents at home to teach and educate their children about Islam is one of the reasons why this research was conducted. The main question is, what is the minimum content of Islamic religious education that parents should teach at home. After going through a series of discussions at three workshop locations, it was concluded that the material for Islamic religious education at home should be more straightforward and complementary to the subject matter of Islamic religion at school. The materials include the creed of monotheism, aqidah (theology), which discusses Allah SWT; worship (ritual) includes prayer, fasting; muamalat, which includes the introduction of buying and selling and transactions in Islam; and morality.\u0000 \u0000Abstrak\u0000Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendiskusikan pengembangan materi minimal pendidikan agama Islam yang dapat digunakan oleh orang tua dan pendidik di rumah. Ini dilatarbelakangi oleh lumpuhnya fungsi sekolah dalam melayani proses pembelajaran termasuk pembelajaran pendidikan agama anak saat wabah covid-19 melanda dunia. Artikel ini berasal dari riset dan pengembangan yang melibatkan stake-holders pendidikan khususnya guru pendidikan agama Islam, pengawas pendidikan agama Islam, dan orang tua. Kegiatan pengembangan berbentuk fokus grup diskusi dilakukan pada tiga tempat yakni di kota Bandung, kota Serpong dan kota Surabaya. Kesadaran tentang pentingnya materi minimal bagi para orang tua di rumah untuk mengajar dan mendidik anaknya tentang agama Islam menjadi salah satu alasan mengapa riset ini dilakukan. Pertanyaan utamanya adalah, apa konten minimal pendidikan agama Islam yang harus diajarkan oleh orang tua di rumah. Setelah melewati serangkaian diskusi pada tiga lokasi workhop, disimpulkan bahwa materi pendidikan agama Islam di rumah mesti lebih sederhana, dan bersifat komplementer dengan materi pelajaran agama Islam di sekolah. The initial assumption is the teacher's lack of knowledge regarding the RKAM , the level of participation in determining the RKAM and the factors that influence it . The study used a survey method of data collection techniques in the form of a questionnaire in the form of an attitude scales/scaled distributed among/over 301 respondents , strengthened by documentation studies and FGDs with key informants and informants. The results showed (1) teachers ' understanding of RKAM both in the aspect of activity planning, budgeting and operation of the e-RKAM system was very low; (2)Teacher participation in determining the RKAM both in determining the vision, mission, values, goals, targets is low; (3) The lack of socialization of the RKAM, the limited opportunities given to teachers to participate, in addition, the internal factors of teachers related to age, tenure and employee status and limitations in operating the e-budget have an impact on the low participation of teachers in determining the RKAM. For this reason, it is recommended that madrasas should socialize and provide opportunities for teachers to participate in RKAM, and the government will create a teacher participation system in RKAM.\u0000 \u0000Abstrak\u0000Minimnya partisipasi guru dalam penyusunan RKAM berdampak pada pencairan dana BOS di Madrasah Ibitdaiyyah Swasta di Kabupaten Karawang. Asumsi awal adalah kurangnya pengetahuan guru terkait RKAM, tingkat partisipasi dalam penetapan RKAM dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Penelitian menggunakan metode survei dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa angket dalam bentuk skala sikap yang disebar terhadap 301 responden, diperkuat dengan studi dokumentasi dan FGD dengan informan dan narasumber kunci. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) Pemahaman guru terhadap RKAM baik pada aspek rencana kegiatan, penganggaran dan pengoperasian sistem e-RKAM sangat rendah; (2) Partisipasi guru dalam penetapan RKAM baik dalam penetapan visi, misi, nilai, tujuan, sasaran rendah. (3) Kurangnya sosialisasi RKAM, terbatasnya kesempatan yang diberikan pada guru untuk berpartisipasi, selain, faktor internal guru terkait usia, masa kerja dan status pegawai dan keterbatasan dalam pengoperasian e-anggaran berdampak terhadap rendahnya partisipasi guru dalam penetapan RKAM. The method used is descriptive with a positivistic approach. The data were obtained through questionnaires to widyaiswara in Bandung Religious Education and Training Center. The Data analysis uses statistics by a-means of SPSS version 21. The results of the t-test and probability test on the hypothesis showed that simplicity (X1) affected widyaiswara's behavior in using Simlitbangdiklat (Y) with R equal to 0.493 and the coefficient of determination was 0.243. At the same time, the usefulness of Simlitbangdiklat (X2) affected Y with an R of 0.397 and a determination coefficient of 0.158. Furthermore, X1X2 simultaneously influences Y with R of 0.586 and the determination coefficient of 0.343. So, this study concludes that Simlitbangdiklat simplicity and usefulness significantly influence the behavior of widyaiswara to use it.AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini untuk menemukan pengaruh kemudahan dan kebermanfaatan Simlitbangdiklat terhadap perilaku widyaiswara. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan positivistik. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner terhadap widyaiswara di Balai Diklat Keagamaan Bandung. Analisis data menggunakan statistik berbantu SPSS versi 21. Hasil penelitian dan uji t serta uji probabilitas terhadap hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa kemudahan Simlitbangdiklat (X1) berpengaruh terhadap perilaku widyaiswara dalam penggunaan Simlitbangdiklat (Y) dengan nilai R 0.493 dan nilai koefisien determinasi 0.243. Sedangkan kebermanfaatan Simlitbangdiklat (X2) berpengaruh terhadap Y dengan R sebesar 0.397 dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0.158. Dan X1X2 secara bersamaan berpengaruh terhadap Y dengan R sebesar 0.586 serta koefisien determinasinya sebesar 0.343. Jadi, hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kemudahan dan kebermanfaatan Simlitbangdiklat berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku widyaiswara dalam penggunaannya. The business cycle that has been carried out has not yet reached the maximum utilization of vital resources. Its economic potential has not been appropriately explored and sustainably. The two Islamic boarding schools that are the locus of this research have been accelerated. Using a qualitative approach, this study explored the development of human resources, optimization of production processes, and good marketing strategies at Pesantren-preneur. The data was collected through interviews, discussions, and observations. Data analysis used a cross-case analysis technique that describe the same characteristics from the two research locations. The study's findings include: first, the strategy of developing human resources for pesantren-preneur includes Internalization of values, human resource management, and support systems. Second, the production process of the entrepreneurial boarding school starts from potential analysis, supplier selection, product differentiation to innovation and control. Third, the marketing approach uses an open marketing system and a closed system.AbstrakPraktik pengelolaan ekonomi pondok pesantren selama ini hanya berfungsi sebagai supporting system. Siklus bisnis yang dijalankan belum sampai pada pemanfaatan sumber daya vital secara maksimal. Potensi ekonominya belum dieksplor secara baik dan berkelanjutan. Dua pondok pesantren yang menjadi lokus penelitian ini telah melakukan akselerasi ekonomi dengan baik. Penelitian ini maksudkan untuk mengeksplorasi pengembangan sumber daya manusia kompeten, Optimasi proses produksi dengan standar yang terukur, dan Penggunaan strategi dan pendekatan marketing yang baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, diskusi dan observasi. Analisis data yang digunakan dengan teknik analisis lintas kasus yang mengabstraksi karakteristik yang sama dari dua lokasi penelitian. Temuan penelitian ini meliputi: pertama, strategi pengembangan sumber daya manusia pesantrenprenuer meliputi: Internalisasi nilai, Manajemen sumber daya manusia, dan support system. Kedua, proses produksi pesantrenprenuer dimulai dari analisa potensi, pemilihan suplier, deferensiasi produk, hingga inovasi dan pengendalian. The study using a qualitative approach. The data were obtained through observation, documentation, and semi-structured interview with Diniyah Institution’s managers in Dayah Babussalam. The data collected were analyzed descriptively. The results showed that the presence of the Formal Diniyah Education program was a solution for Dayah Babussalam to improve the quality of her education. In practice, the presence of the Formal Diniyah Education program makes the existing traditional curriculum more developed. In addition, with the Imtiḥan Waṭoni (IW) examination, the quality of students also increases. Likewise, the presence of the Formal Diniyah Education program has also made modern education management integrated with Dayah Babussalam. The motivation of students to study in the dayah is also increasing where the Formal Diniyah Education diploma is very effective in \"binding\" the students to stay and endure in the dayah. Meanwhile, the challenge faced is the lack of expert teachers in teaching subjects in the Formal Diniyah Education curriculum.AbstrakPenelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan tujuan membahas peran program Pendidikan Diniyah Formal (PDF) dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan dayah tradisional di Aceh. Data penelitian ini diperoleh melalui observasi, dokumentasi serta wawancara semi terstruktur dengan pengelola PDF di Dayah Babussalam. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hadirnya program PDF menjadi solusi bagi Dayah Babussalam dalam upaya peningkatan mutu pendidikannya. Dalam pelaksanaannya, kehadiran program PDF membuat kurikulum tradisional yang sudah lebih dahulu ada menjadi lebih berkembang. Selain itu, dengan soal Imtiḥan Waṭani (IW) atau ujian nasional PDF yang berbahasa Arab membuat kualitas santri juga meningkat. Begitu juga, kehadiran program PDF juga membuat terintegrasinya manajemen pendidikan modern di Dayah Babussalam. Motivasi santri untuk belajar di dayah juga semakin meningkat dimana ijazah formal PDF ini sangat efektif “mengikat” para santri untuk bertahan di dayah. Sementara tantangan yang dihadapi yaitu kurangnya guru pakar dalam mengajarkan mata pelajaran dalam kurikulum PDF. Data analysis in this study used cross-case data analysis, namely comparing the findings obtained from each case and location. This article aims to describe and analyze the moderate Islamic value in Islamic education learning at the University of Muhammadiyah Malang and the Islamic University of Malang. The results of this article are: The first moderate Islamic values developed are tolerance, tajdid, tajrīd, al tawasuth, al muwājahah, al tawāzun, al i'tidāl, musyārakah, harmony, togetherness, honesty and discipline, al muhāfadzotu 'ala qodīmi al sholeh wa al akhdzu bi jadīdi al ashlah. The implications of PAI learning are embedded in some moderate thinking about students and the entire academic community, the inherent shohihah aqidah and ahlussunnah wa al jamā'ah, and the absence of radical Islamic organizations at universities, and not allowed to cover the face (niqob) for women.AbstrakArtikel ini menggunakan jenis kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus dan desain rancangan multikasus. Tempat penelitian ini di Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang (UMM) dan Universitas Islam Malang (UNISMA). Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data lintas situs, yaitu membandingkan temuan-temuan yang diperoleh dari masing-masing lokasi. Tujuan dari artikel ini adalah mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis nilai Islam moderat dalam pembelajaran PAI di Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang dan Universitas Islam Malang. Hasil artikel ini adalah: Nilai Islam moderat pertama yang dikembangkan adalah toleransi, tajdid, tajrīd, al tawasuth, al muwājahah, al tawāzun, al i'tidāl, musyārakah, harmoni, kebersamaan, kejujuran dan disiplin, al muhāfadzotu 'ala qodīmi al sholeh wa al akhdzu bi jadīdi al ashlah. This study aims to determine the implementation of learning from home policy and the readiness of madrasas to conduct face-to-face learning in the New Normal era. This research was conducted using an online survey method in 2021. The results showed that 85% of madrasas carried out the learning process online, of which 86.8% were carried out through the assignment method from the teacher. In the learning process at home, only 28.7% of students were accompanied, reminded, supervised, and assisted by their parents. It means that the role of parents in learning from home is minimal. However, 86.5% provide internet access. Regarding the readiness of madrasas in face-to-face learning, 62.24% were not ready to carry out face-to-face learning. This unreadiness relates to the difficulties in fulfillment of aspects that are required for face-to-face learning.AbstrakPada masa pandemi, pemerintah mengeluarkan kebijakan belajar dari rumah, lalu disusul dengan kebijakan untuk membuka pembelajaran tatap muka di era New normal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi kebijakan belajar dari rumah dan kesiapan madrasah untuk melakukan pembelajaran tatap muka di era New normal. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode survei dalam jaringan (daring) pada tahun 2021. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 85,0% madrasah melakukan proses pembelajaran dalam bentuk daring, di mana 86,8% dilakukan melalui metode penugasan dari guru. Dalam proses pembelajaran di rumah, hanya 28,7% siswa yang didampingi, diingatkan, diawasi, dan dibantu oleh orang tuanya. Hal ini mengindikasikan peran orang tua dalam pembelajaran dari rumah terlihat minim. Namun demikian sebesar 86,5% menyediakan akses internet. Terkait dengan kesiapan madrasah dalam pembelajaran tatap muka, dari 2040 madrasah yang disurvei sebesar 62,2% tidak siap melaksanakan pembelajaran tatap muka). Ketidaksiapan tersebut berkaitan dengan pemenuhan aspek yang menjadi syarat pembelajaran tatap muka.
