This paper presents the research results on the readiness of the educator's producer institution at Raden Intan State Islamic Institute in preparing professional teacher candidates through the Pre-service Professional Teacher training program. This study uses a qualitative approach, using observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. The inductive data analysis results obtained several conclusions: First, based on accreditation status, academic position, education level, and the ratio of lecturers and students, only three study programs have met the criteria. Second, the program for improving and developing instructional activities, partnership networks, and quality assurance has been running effectively. Third, the high interest of prospective students entering the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training IAIN Raden Intan Lampung supports preparing professional educators. Meanwhile, the student selection process that puts aside the exploration of interests and talents and applied competencies, the limitations and lack of infrastructure, and the weak socialization of policies related to Pre-service PPG are part of the many inhibiting factors LPTKs in preparing prospective professional educators.AbstrakLembaga Pendidikan Tenaga Kependidikan (LPTK) sebagai lembaga pencetak guru dituntut untuk meningkatkan kualitas program studinya agar mampu menghasilkan lulusan yang berkualitas. Tulisan ini menyajikan hasil penelitian tentang kesiapan LPTK Institut Agama Islam Negeri (IAIN) Raden Intan Lampung dalam menyiapkan calon guru profesional melalui program Pendidikan Profesi Guru (PPG) Prajabatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara mendalam dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil analisa data secara induktif didapatkan beberapa kesimpulan sebagai berikut: Pertama, berdasarkan status akreditasi, jabatan akademik, jenjang pendidikan serta rasio dosen dan mahasiswa hanya tiga program studi yang sudah memenuhi kriteria. Kedua, program peningkatan dan pengembangan aktivitas instruksional, jaringan kemitraan dan penjaminan mutu sudah berjalan dengan efektif. Ketiga, tingginya minat calon mahasiswa memasuki Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan (FTK) IAIN Raden Intan Lampung merupakan faktor pendukung sekaligus modal awal bagi LPTK dalam menyiapkan pendidik yang professional. The research was conducted at five schools in the Java region in March – August 2019 using qualitative methods. The result shows that the school under the guidance of the Directorate General of Catholic Community Guidance has a positive impact on the growth and development of children's character. Children begin to be independent by eating alone, can make a cross, pray spontaneously before eating, and even children can remind their parents if they forget to pray before eating. This is evident from the recognition of the parents who see changes in the attitudes and behavior of religious, independent, disciplined, and caring. This research recommends that the Directorate General of Catholic Community Guidance make a grand design for the Taman Seminary school and conduct socialization to the public, specifically to the hierarchy of the Catholic Church, so that this policy has full support. In addition, substantial efforts and actions are needed to increase the competence of teaching staff and improve facilities and infrastructure, including class buildings.AbstrakArtikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penerapan pendidikan karakter di Taman Seminari, jenjang pendidikan anak usia dini. Riset dilakukan pada lima sekolah di regio Jawa pada Maret – Agustus 2019 dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif. Temuannya adalah ternyata sekolah yang berada dalam binaan Ditjen Bimas Katolik ini berdampak positif terhadap pertumbuhan dan perkembangan karakter anak. Anak mulai mandiri dengan makan sendiri, dapat membuat tanda salib, berdoa spontan sebelum makan, bahkan anak dapat mengingatkan orang tuanya jika lupa berdoa sebelum makan. Hal ini terbukti dari pengakuan orang tua siswa yang melihat adanya perubahan sikap dan perilaku anak yang religius, mandiri, disiplin, peduli. Riset ini merekomendasikan agar Ditjen Bimas Katolik membuat grand design sekolah Taman Seminari dan melakukan sosialisasi kepada publik, secara khusus kepada hierarki Gereja Katolik sehingga kebijakan ini mendapat dukungan penuh. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach to the type of functional correlation with simple regression analysis, with a sample of 157 students. Data was collected using interview techniques and questionnaires with instruments in the form of interview guidelines and a psychological scale to measure each variable, namely emotional intelligence, and learning motivation. Because the phenomenon of bullying that often occurs in the school environment, especially verbal bullying, which students often do without they realize they are bullying most students when communicating with other students they do not understand very well how to choose good words and how to communicate well, therefore it is very important for educators to be aware of their role in increasing students' interpersonal intelligence from an early age so that later students are able to blend in with the surrounding community. This research is a quantitative research with survey method and using saturated sample technique. The data subjects of this study were students of class V A and class V B at SDN Teluk 02 as many as 65 students. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire questionnaire. This study aims to reveal the implementation of the actual curriculum in the form of a combination of the core curriculum and the hidden curriculum through the analysis of learning activities during the Covid-19 pandemic. The subjects of this study were students of grade 6 SD Negeri Kalimacan, Kalijambe District, Sragen Regency which took place in the 1st semester of the 2020-2021 academic year. This study uses a qualitative approach method that is suitable in describing the problems that occur in the field. This type of qualitative research is a case study. The case study was chosen because of its suitability with a special ongoing problem, namely the implementation of the curriculum during the Covid-19 pandemic. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, document analysis. The various data collected are then processed through the stages of data reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data validity trials were carried out through source and technique triangulation techniques. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the curriculum during the Covid-19 pandemic was carried out by adjusting learning activities. In character education, there are character values ​​that need to be integrated into each subject matter. One way to integrate character values ​​is by using the VCT model. The purpose of this study is to analyze the VCT model in integrating character values ​​in the 2013 curriculum. The method used in this study is a literature study using book sources and articles both national and international journals. The focus of the study in this study is to explain the integration of character values ​​using the VCT model to support the 2013 curriculum. The results show that the VCT model is a highly recommended model for integrating character values. The integration of character values ​​is carried out through clarifying the values ​​related to the conflicts raised in learning. The process of internalizing character values ​​through VCT will be more profound, because students choose the internalized values ​​freely. A descriptive qualitative approach was used in this research. The research subjects were aimed at school principals, librarian, teachers and fourth grade students of Public Elementary School 1 Pandowan. The methods used for data collection were interviews, questionnaires, and documentation studies. The data analysis technique uses interactive analysis (data reduction, data presentation, and verification/conclusion). The results of the study prove that the impact of literacy activities on fourth grade students of Public Elementary School 1 Pandowan results in the formation of social, curious, communicative, and fond reading characters through literacy activities that are well established. This research aimed to find a personality type that gives a better influence on the learning achievement of the fourth grade students of elementary schools in Kebumen sub-district in Academic Year 2017/2018. This research is a quantitative research with comparative method. The selected samples were taken by cluster random sampling technique with the help application of SPSS version 21. The number of samples in this research was 320 students in eleven elementary schools in Kebumen sub-district. The method of data were collected by questionnaire technique and by using document. Data were analyzed by using independent sample t test with significance level of  0.05 (5 %). In testing of independent sample t test the value of Sig. was obtained 0.000 < α (0.05), the average learning achievements of introvert students was 81.60, and the average learning achievements of extrovert students was 80,08 which means that rejected H0. This is a descriptive qualitative study. This research is a descriptive qualitative research using data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews with online questionnaires through the telegram group Guru PAK Indonesia which consists of 880 members. The distribution of questionnaires was carried out in 2 stages, in the first stage 421 PAK teachers were the main respondents and the second questionnaire was distributed as many as 581 PAK teachers to obtain supporting data. From the results of the study, it was found that the existence of PAK teachers in learning was different, some were in a situation of smooth internet access, some were in areas that were not smooth and in areas where there was no internet access. Poor internet access, limited economic capacity and limited understanding of ICT are obstacles faced by many PAK teachers in learning. House-to-house learning, assignments, taking part in online workshops, learning on their own from the internet or even asking for help from peers are efforts made by PAK teachers to remain able to carry out their responsibilities as a professional PAK teacher in carrying out learning amid Covid- 19. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan eksistensi guru PAK dalam pembelajaran di tengah pandemi Covid-19.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara dengan penyebaran kuesioner secara online melalui grup telegram Guru PAK Indonesia yang beranggotakan 880orang.Penyebaran kuesioner dilakukan dengan 2 tahapan, pada tahap pertama 421 orang guru PAK menjadi responden utama dan penyebaran kuesioner kedua sebanyak 581 orang guru PAK untuk mendapatkan data pendukung. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa keberadaan guru PAK dalam pembelajaran berbeda-beda, ada yang berada dalam situasi akses internet yang lancar, ada yang berada di daerah yang kurang lancar dan di daerah yang tidak ada akses internet. Akses internet yang kurang baik, kemampuan ekonomi yang terbatas dan pemahaman TIK yang masih terbatas menjadi kendala yang dihadapi oleh banyak guru PAK dalam pembelajaran.
