Research methodology: analysis, synthesis, generalisation of theoretical data from the research problem, systematisation, content analysis. The scientific novelty is the expansion of knowledge about the use of Internet resources by higher education institutions of Ukraine to create a positive image. We have formulated recommendations to improve this process. Conclusions. It has been established that today the most relevant and effective component of forming a positive image of educational institution is the presentation of its activities on the Internet. It is noted that websites and social networks are currently the most promising means that provide ample opportunities for higher educational institutions to talk about themselves and popularise information about their activities in the virtual space. It has been noted that in recent years, the websites of HEIs have given way to social networks, which are actively used by their target audience. It has been observed that most of the information that was previously posted exclusively on websites is duplicated in the social networks of HEIs. It has been established that EIs posts current news, announcements, photos, and videos from various activities, events on their social media pages. Therefore, HEIs should make great efforts to form a positive image, as the competition in the market of educational services is growing every year. In particular, it is necessary to pay considerable attention to the use of various Internet resources, among which the most effective today are the website and social networks. {"title":"Multimedia Content of the Blogosphere as a Tool for Informational Influence","authors":"M. To realise this goal, it is necessary to solve the following tasks: perform a thematic analysis of the multimedia content of the blogosphere; analyse the performance of content topics; establish a typology of visual materials; determine the productivity and artistic features of using different types of content visualisation. The research methodology lies in the use of general scientific methods of analysis, synthesis, logical generalisations, the application of which made it possible to establish the thematic focus, typology of visualisation of textual information, their role in the implementation of informational influence on users of the blogosphere of the Internet publication \"Censor.NET\". The use of synchronous slice and statistical methods made it possible to establish quantitative indicators of the leading topics of posts in the blogosphere and types of visualisation of the analysed text. The synchronous slice is formed on the basis of a sample population. Visualisation was used to present the results of the study, in particular, regarding the topic of posts in the blogosphere and the types of visualisation of the analysed text. The scientific novelty of the work consists in the synchronous monitoring of the thematic direction and forms of visualisation of the content of the online publication, which makes it possible to evaluate its possibilities of exerting an informational influence on readers. Conclusions. The content of the blogosphere on the \"Censor.NET\" platform is a combination of textual and visual information. The thematic structure of the blogs indicates the top problems that are related to the political, military, socio-economic conditions of life in the country caused by the Russian-Ukrainian war. The content of the blogs indicates a high level of social instability, the expectation of aggression, as well as the activities of the Ukrainian authorities in relation to today's complex challenges. The most common visualisation methods include photos, screenshots, and videos. The specificity of the multimedia content of the blog is determined by the features of the blog platform and the nature of the publications. A blog with an optimal ratio of text and visual information helps to attract a wide target audience of readers, to exert an informational and emotional influence on them. The methodological basis of the study is general scientific and special methods of cognition, in particular, systemic approach, analysis, synthesis, and logical method. Methods of content analysis, comparative and analytical monitoring of Internet resources of US government bodies responsible for information security are also used. The scientific novelty of the study consists in the expansion of ideas about theoretical aspects in the field of information security and the systematic analysis of instrumental, conceptual foundations and practical aspects of information security in the United States. Conclusions. The globalisation of information systems has created a completely new situation in the security field. In cyberspace the main threat to the US national security comes from states and intermediaries acting in their interests. They have the necessary skills and technologies to carry out destructive cyberattacks for military and political purposes, and also effectively use cyberespionage methods, which not only entails economic losses, but also causes great damage to strategically important industries for the US. The American concept covers such three key levels of cyber security as the state, private business and individual users. There are such defence priorities for the United States as ensuring the protection of critical infrastructure, information networks and systems; quality control of used IT equipment; formation of effective mechanisms of interlevel communication and raising awareness at all levels. An important component of the US National Cyber Strategy is international cooperation on information security issues. In this regard, at the international level the United States seeks to implement such opportunities as to encourage countries to increase responsibility for ensuring the security of information systems and networks at the national and global level; to create the legal regime necessary to ensure cross-border access to information; to form a regime of collective cyber defence within the framework of NATO and other bilateral and multilateral agreements with strategic partners; to preserve the maximum possible freedom of action in cyberspace in order to conduct all types of information operations both during military conflicts and in peacetime. The training of specialists in the field of \"Information, Library, and Archival Affairs\" at Mariupol State University takes into account the 20 years of experience of the Information Activities Department, which continues to function in a highly competitive environment due to temporary relocation to Kyiv. Therefore, the dynamics of the development of professional training in document studies at MSU depends on the competitiveness of the proposed educational programmes. The market demand for graduates of the department, the volume and quality of training, the ability to implement a new strategy of internationalisation of MSU, including the introduction of the unique educational and professional programme \"Management of Documentation Processes and Development of the Digital Community\" from 2023, indicate the potential for further improvement of professional training for document studies. The research is aimed at revealing methods, techniques and best practices in the application of project management for the successful development of the media space of the library, in particular at studying the processes of planning, implementation and evaluation of projects in the context of innovative initiatives. The research methodology is based on a set of general scientific methods of generalisation, systematisation and forecasting. In order to identify approaches to the forms and content of project management components in modern libraries, an aspect-by-aspect analysis of specialised literature was applied. The method of information diagnostics was used to study the state of the media space of libraries and innovative projects that have already been implemented or are planned in the library field. Scientific novelty. Emphasis is placed on changes in library practice in the context of growing demands for digital library services, and the need to integrate project management as a key tool for solving the problems of innovative library development and improving the quality of user service is actualised. Conclusions. It was found that the application of the project management methodology in libraries is due to the innovativeness, integration and complexity of tasks related to the introduction of modern digital technologies, the dynamic external environment of the modern library, the need to coordinate various types of resources (financial, time, professional) and to meet deadlines project. The necessity of integrating project management into library practice for effective formation of innovative media space in libraries, implementation of new digital initiatives for further development of the user service sphere was considered and proved. The research methodology is based on the use of a functional method, which made it possible to outline the importance of social advertising in ensuring the stable development of civil society; methods of analysis and synthesis – in order to identify the role of speech media in socio-advertising communication; the generalisation method – in order to record the general features of social advertising texts and, based on them, to determine the lexical-semantic and stylistic techniques that exert the influence predicted by the advertiser on the audience. The scientific novelty of the article lies in the fact that it highlights and argues the speech components that affect the effectiveness of social advertising as a tool that allows you to direct the attention of society to important problems and adjust its actions in solving them. Conclusions. Social advertising as an important component of mass communication requires its own approach (different from other types of advertising) to the structuring of texts, which is due to its pragmatic goal – to form public opinion on various issues relevant to society. It is important to form the texts of social advertising in accordance with the linguistic mentality of the recipients, their psycho-emotional experience and expectations. The objects for the pragmatic influence of social advertising texts are primarily the subconscious states of a person, their deep needs, the change of which becomes a driving force for actions – conscious reactions. Reference to the opinion of an authoritative person; tolerant coverage of discussed topics; brevity, capacity, and comprehensibility of the text of the appeal; appropriate use of the lexical-grammatical and stylistic arsenal of the language: parts of speech and their forms, thematically marked, related lexemes, synonyms, antonyms, as well as metaphors, comparisons, repetitions, wordplay – taking into account these aspects when structuring social advertising texts will contribute to the optimisation of this type of mass communication, increasing its effectiveness. The research methodology consists of methods of analysis, synthesis, abstraction, generalisation, observation, information monitoring, and diagnostics. The scientific novelty consists in summarising the existing and obtaining new knowledge about information content in media Internet-resources on the basis of theoretical analysis and practical research of popular media organisations represented in the digital environment. Conclusions. In today's media and digital environment, information content is an important element of an organisation's information policy. After analysing the regulatory sources, we see that the legislative framework for content in Ukraine is currently not sufficiently regulated. Theoretical analysis has shown that a significant challenge in working with content is the lack of a single definition of the term “content”. However, most researchers treat content as information content of any communication platform in order to meet the needs of users. In the digital environment, the key media for presenting information content are Internet-resources. It has been determined that the most effective channel and way to promote content is social networks, as they provide a wide coverage of the target audience. Today, a feature of the content are teaser headlines. They are a mandatory component of the media that seek to increase their audience and popularity. A properly chosen and original teaser title can help attract new audiences and preserve the existing one. The importance of the teaser headline for the media cannot be underestimated as it is one of the important factors in the successful functioning of virtual media. The scientific novelty of the performed work consists in expanding ideas about the quality of local history content in the libraries of Vinnytsia, which is posted on the websites of institutions and forms an understanding of national identity and self-awareness. Conclusions. In the process of research, it was found that the libraries of Vinnytsia play a significant role in the preservation and dissemination of local history content. Local history work occupies an important place in the activities of Vinnytsia libraries: it is familiarization with the history of the native region, instilling interest in history, popularization of local history publications and a local history attribute in the design of libraries, formation of a local history fund and its popularization. Local history content covers diverse types of information about history, culture, nature and people living in Vinnytsia.
