{"title":"PERENCANAAN STRATEGI USAHA KECIL MENENGAH KERIPIK SINGKONG DENGAN MATRIX STRATEGIC POSITION AND ACTION EVALUATION","authors":"Lila Bismala","doi":"10.23917/dayasaing.v24i1.12714","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.23917/dayasaing.v24i1.12714","url":null,"abstract":"Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh ukm keripik singkong yang menjadi obyek penelitian di antaranya adalah tidak banyak melakukan inovasi, tidak ada manajemen keuangan, tingkat turn over yang cukup tinggi, ukm terdampak ketika terjadi peningkatan harga bahan baku, wilayah pemasaran yang terbatas, belum ada sertifikasi halal. Adapun pertanyaan penelitian adalah (1) factor-faktor internal dan eksternal apa sajakah yang menjadi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman untuk ukm keripik singkong, (2) bagaimana strategi yang dirumuskan berdasarkan pada matriks SPACE, dan (3) bagaimanakah rekomendasi efektif yang dapat dijalankan oleh ukm keripik singkong. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif secara bersamaan, di mana dilakukan pemberian bobot dan rating untuk setiap instrument. Bobot masing-masing faktor tersebut mulai dari 0,0 (tidak penting) hingga 1,0 (sangat penting), yang menggambarkan signifikansi relative dari kekuatan, kelemahan bagi ukm. Skor diberikan dengan nilai antara 1 hingga 4 pada setiap faktor di mana hal ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor itu sangat lemah (peringkat = 1), lemah (peringkat = 2), kuat (peringkat = 3) atau sangat kuat (peringkat = 4). The population in this study is the employee of PLTU Air Anyir Bangka who are using Oppo Smartphone product. The sampling method is saturated sample (census technique) with 92 respondents. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Demi mencapai tujuannya, perusahaan perlu mendayagunakan setiap potensi optimal dari setiap karyawan yang dimilikinya. Proses ini dapat memicu berbagai aksi reaksi dari diri karyawan secara psikologis, yang tersirat pada sikap kerja karyawan. Keinginan keluar, sebagai prediksi utama turnover, perlu diperhatikan sebagai salah satu faktor yang esensial karena dampaknya yang kompleks bagi perusahaan. Sikap kerja negatif dapat diakibatkan oleh tingginya sikap kerja negatif dan rendahnya sikap kerja positif dari para karyawan dalam perusahaan, tak terkecuali pada institusi pendidikan. Penelitian ini melibatkan 47 orang tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan pada Fakultas Bisnis Universitas Z. Metodologi utama yang diaplikasikan ialah regresi secara linier serta berganda. Hasil riset ini membuktikan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh positif pada keinginan untuk keluar, beban kerja tidak berpengaruh positif pada keinginan untuk keluar, dan work-life balance tidak berpengaruh negatif bagi keinginan untuk keluar. This study uses quantitative research. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method so that the samples obtained were 7 out of 14 BUS. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis, but before being analyzed using regression analysis, it must meet the criteria for the classical assumption test. The results showed that the FDR variable had a negative and significant effect on the growth of mudharabah deposits, Profit sharing ratio had a positive and significant effect on the growth of mudharabah deposits, while inflation had no effect on the growth of mudharabah deposits. After being tested together, FDR, profit sharing ratio and inflation have a significant effect on the growth of mudharabah deposits. Variabel yang digunakan adalah konversi bank riau,persepsi nasabah,kualitas aset dan kepuasan nasabah. This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality on customer loyalty, either directly or indirectly. This research approach is quantitative type of causality. The research population is Balai Besar Karantina Pertanian (BBKP) Tanjung Priok customers, both for export-import and domestic purposes. The data collection technique used a survey with a closed questionnaire research instrument using a Likert Scale 1-6. The data analysis technique uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), in this case Partial Least Square (PLS), and path analysis. The results showed that service quality had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty on BBKP Tanjung Priok.. The results of this study mean that the higher the level of Service Quality, the more Customer Loyalty at BBKP Tanjung Priok. Secara khusus, penelitian ini menguji hubungan antara narsisme CEO dan sejauh mana praktik manajemen laba yang dilakukan perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan non keuangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2019. Dalam penelitian ini, teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 259 perusahaan non keuangan. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa Narsisme CEO tidak berpengaruh terhadap praktik manajemen laba perusahaan. Jenjang Jabatan Akademik merupakan salah satu prediktor untuk mengukur kepuasan kerja dosen. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis apakah ada perbedaan kepuasan kerja berdasarkan Jenjang Jabatan Akademik. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah dosen di salah satu perguruan tinggi swasta di Bandung, pengambilan sampel memakai probability sampling dengan simple random sampling. Metode studi literatur, survei dengan kuesioner, wawancara, dan juga focus group discussion (FGD) sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Uji instrumen memakai uji validitas dan reliabilitas, serta analisis data memakai ANOVA. Simpulannya, ada perbedaan kepuasan kerja berdasarkan Jenjang Jabatan Akademik, semakin tinggi Jenjang Jabatan Akademik, semakin tinggi pula kepuasan kerjanya. Berdasarkan mean, kepuasan kerja Lektor Kepala sebesar 4.568, Lektor 4.038, Asisten Ahli 3.505, dan yang belum memiliki Jenjang Jabatan Akademik 2.673. Facet kepuasan kerja yang tertinggi dari Lektor Kepala yaitu mereka memiliki kesempatan untuk bekerja sendiri di tempat kerja, puas terhadap gaji apabila dibandingkan dengan jumlah pekerjaan yang mereka lakukan, dan kebebasan untuk menggunakan penilaian mereka sendiri. Secara keseluruhan, facet yang paling kecil nilai kepuasan kerjanya adalah kesempatan untuk menjadi “seseorang” di komunitas, maka saran bagi manajemen perguruan tinggi adalah melibatkan dosen dalam pengambilan keputusan, terutama aspek yang memiliki pengaruh langsung pada kinerja dan tingkat kepuasan mereka. Apabila manajemen perguruan tinggi melakukan hal ini, kemungkinan para dosen akan merasa bahwa eksistensi mereka dihargai. Hal ini dapat membuka jalan ke hubungan yang lebih berbasis kepercayaan antara manajemen perguruan tinggi dan para dosen.
