Hal ini menjadikan setiap perusahaan harus menyiapkan sumber daya manusia yang handal. Agar mampu bersaing di industri tersebut, perlu adanya pengelolaan sumber daya manusia yang baik sehingga kinerja yang diharapkan oleh perusahaan mampu dihadirkan oleh karyawannya. Penelitian ini mengambil Sampel sebanyak 115 karyawan. Variabel yang digunakan adalah Motivasi, Budaya Organisasi, Kepuasan Kerja Dan Kinerja. Peran utama perawat adalah memenuhi kebutuhan pasien, meminta pertanggungjawaban pasien, dan memberikan pelayanan perawatan kepada orang sakit , termasuk perawat. Beban kerja juga dapat diartikan sebagai total waktu keperawatan yang dibutuhkan secara langsung maupun tidak langsung untuk memberikan pelayanan keperawatan yang dibutuhkan pasien. Beban kerja yang berat bagi perawat dapat menyebabkan kelelahan dan kelelahan. Tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja terhadap motivasi kerja perawat di rumah sakit. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan regresi linier sederhana. Beban kerja berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja perawat. Hal ini didapatkan dari nilai F hitung F tabel (18,152 3,49) dengan signifikansi 0,05 (0,000). Alat tersebut memerlukan pengembangan tertentu dengan mencari strateginya yang terbaik sesuai visi-misi Pesantren. Oleh karena itu, untuk menentukan strategi terbaik maka menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan kasus dan analisis SWOT dan AHP untuk mengkajinya secara mendalam. Hasilnya menunjukkan strategi utama yang harus dikembangkan untuk membuat alat evaluasi yang dibutuhkan adalah dengan mengembangkan sumber daya manusia yang dimiliki melalui pendidikan kilat, pelatihan dan semisalnya untuk menghindari human error dan menciptakan SDM unggul, memperbaiki manajemen evaluasi yang ada, seperti menambah indikator dan model evaluasi lainnya dan mengembangkan alat evaluasi seperti membuat perangkat laporan dan evaluasi kuantitatif. Hal ini sesuai hasil AHP pengembangan SDM sebesar 0,355, manajemen evaluasi 0,333 dan alat evaluasi 0,312. Semunay tidak akan berhasil kecuali dengan melaksanakan tanggungjawab, pembentukan karakter dan disiplin. It is debatable if CSR disclosure influences corporate profitability. This study aims to demonstrate the relationship between CSR disclosure and the profitability of Dar es Salaam Stock Exchange-listed firms (DSE). The research used mixed methods with an explanatory sequential design on 21 publicly traded firms from 2006 to 2021. DSE and annual reports were mined for data. Interviews produced qualitative information. Using the Random Effect model with three estimates (1, 2, 3) and theme analysis, quantitative and qualitative data were analysed. Analysis revealed that CSR disclosure has a significant positive effect on firm profitability measured by ROA and ROE. Findings signify legitimacy and stakeholder theory in relation to CSR disclosure practices. CSR disclosure benefits the image, business, and public trust of a firm, as well as its sales. Managers should encourage CSR for image and commercial enhancement. Community and the firm rely on one another. CSR disclosure enhances community-business connections. Srikandhi Jayatama Indonesia. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian analisis deskriptif. Data didapat melalui hasil wawancara secara langsung oleh pemilik dari PT. Srikandhi Jayatama Indonesia. Analisis pemberian motivasi didasarkan pada teori David McClelland. Adapun hasilnya adalah klasifikasi memberi, pemberian bonus, rumah, dan reward akan menaikkan kebutuhan prestasi. PT. SJI menyediakan complaint member center untuk member terkait dengan perilaku leader yang tidak sesuai dengan SOP, member bisa langsung melaporkan ke perusahaan dan adanya pertemuan berkala antar para member. Kebutuhan akan kekuasaan diberikan oleh PT. SJI untuk leader-leader seperti pelatihan focus meeting, pelatihan leadership program dan seminar penjualan untuk menginspirasi orang lain. Implikasinya pemberian motivasi yang dilakukan bukan hanya untuk meningkatkan kinerja tetapi untuk tetap mempertahankan kinerja yang tinggi dari member PT.SJI.Kata Kunci : Motivasi, Member, PT. The purpose of this study is to find out more deeply about consumer perceptions of marketing activities carried out based on social marketing and to know whether social marketing can be a model for improving the brand image of a business. This research was carried out using qualitative methods by conducting in-depth interviews with grated coconut business owners and grated coconut consumers which in this study were taken from several Grated Coconut SMEs in Semarang City. By finding a new social marketing model, namely (SOMETING) as a basis for initiating an increase in MSME brand image or an effort to increase MSME awareness of the environment and make it easier for MSMEs to carry out social marketing to improve their business brand image. In retail companies, distributors of viral beauty products also have a life cycle center at the age of the viral period of a product that cannot be predicted. So that business owners must prepare alternative strategies for development through their internal and external resources through the provision of their strengths, weaknesses, challenges, and threats (SWOT). This research was conducted on one of the viral products owned by a beauty product company / store. Data collection is carried out by the method of observation, interviews and the study of company documents. The analysis method uses an internal analysis matrix of external SWOT (Strenghts, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats). This analysis is used to find out the external internal potential possessed by the company. The next analysis method is to use the principle of product life cycle (PLC). From these 2 SWOT and PLC analyses, several alternative strategies were produced to develop sales as well as control over the life cycle of viral products based on the PLC study conducted. This research is focused on companies in the field of beauty products with special cases on products that go viral or rise periodically. Employee job satisfaction can arise from this success which then leads to the establishment of their loyal attitude towards the company. This study aims to determine how supportive and directive leadership together with job satisfaction have an impact on employee loyalty at PT. PJB UBJOM PLTU PACITAN. By applying quantitative research methods, the sample of this study involves the entire population of 120 employees of PT. PJB UBJOM PLTU PACITAN. Research data were collected through questionnaires distributed online and analyzed using multiple linear regression and Sobel tests.
