This dissociation from the angst-producing emotion is revealed to the clinician through either detachment or a simple action. This feeling that generates both detachment and its opposite, perhaps a hypomanic reaction, proves to be “absent,” and is not perceived by the patient. In this way, angst can be avoided and indeed seems “absent,” but what is experienced is the complete range of raw emotions connected to it, such as fear, terror, panic, detachment, apathy, and anhedonia. The author sets out to clarify the terms “fear,” “anxiety,” and “angst” as they have been historically used in philosophy, psychoanalysis, psychiatry, and psychology. Ultimately, she explains her reason for her choice of the word “angst” instead of “anxiety” in her distinct and explicit handling of this subject matter.","PeriodicalId":318287,"journal":{"name":"Clínica e Investigación Relacional","volume":"12 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133456657","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Above all, she says we must place a radically asymmetrical relationship, of infinite responsibility to the other person. The ethical approach proposed by Orange derives from the ideas of Emmanuel Levinas, regarding the curvature of the intersubjective space and the total asymmetry before the face of the other, which we cannot take as an object of knowledge, and, later, that of the Danish philosopher, Knud Ejler Løgstrup, also a huge defender of that asymmetry: a person is a debtor because he or she exists and has received his life as a gift. We criticize this absolutism of moral obligation that is based on “debt”, concept very close to “guilt”, and not from “joy”. We criticize this proposed absolutism of the moral obligation that is based on \"debt\", close to \"fault\", and not from joy, and which poses what we consider a moral egocentrism. Ultimately, who is the subject of the moral mandate?","PeriodicalId":318287,"journal":{"name":"Clínica e Investigación Relacional","volume":"112 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116189473","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

We suspect, based on our clinical experience and our own data (EPIFEAP study), that in the consultations of the psychotherapists with whom we collaborate, the demands of the patients do not include these sexual dysfunctions very often. In this article we ask ourselves some questions in this sense and we use the data from the Estudio_Sex to reflect and elaborate some answers and hypotheses. We also explain the type of sexual psychotherapy we use in our practice.","PeriodicalId":318287,"journal":{"name":"Clínica e Investigación Relacional","volume":"15 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134257289","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The analysis method is based on narratology and the semiotics of the text. The results show four figures in which the narratological and semantic dilemmas are specified: sexual awakening, the difference between the sexes, denying or affirming life and the conjunction between the sexes. The narrative of possible improvement is specified in the narrator's distance from the actant mother's gaze and in the scene of supposition where he glimpses in the future forming a family. The scenes and the position of the narrator are interpreted from the construction of the semiotic subject. The results are discussed with the help of concepts in psychoanalysis, such as: constitution of the self, identifications, incest, and the role of the phallus in sexual difference. Some of these concepts are articulated with other authors. It discourses on the lability of the self and the other, as well as between the masculine-feminine, the relationship between compulsive acts of cross-dressing and the absence of incestuous prohibition. It is concluded that there is a change in the narrative and the psychic position of the narrator. And that the subjective dilemmas of the analyzed case is the expression of the current social dilemma where the diffusion of identity is at stake.","PeriodicalId":318287,"journal":{"name":"Clínica e Investigación Relacional","volume":"27 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-04-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127293520","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
