This downstream process is based on the Randal Goldsmith model which consists of 3 stages: investigation,  development/validation, commercialization. In Indonesia, this downstream process has been carried out a lot, but it has not produced many significant business products. The purpose of this study is to improve the model, especially at the validation stage, including production tests, market tests, and sales tests. After the improvement of the model was implemented in several institutions, it was found that more inventions of research results could be used as business products compared to before. This study provides novelty to the relationship between the two variables by adding moderating variables of information technology and religiosity. This study took a sample of 94 SME owners in Banyumas Regency. The results show that the influence of investment risk-taking and information technology has no significant results. The higher level of religiosity of the SME owners will be able to improve the company's performance. The moderating relationship between information technology and investment risk-taking shows significantly positive results. The new situation is the impact of the pandemic that can affect business continuity. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of Cognitive Dissonance on Business Longevity and the effect of Cognitive Dissonance on Business Longevity moderated by Spiritual Values. The research method used is quantitative method and purposive sampling as sampling. The data obtained were then processed with SPSS. This study has a sample of 120 respondents who are business practices in Badung, Bali. The results showed that Cognitive Dissonance had a significant effect on Business Longevity. Moreover, there is no moderating effect exerted by Spiritual Value in the relationship between Cognitive Dissonance and Business Longevity. Jadi maksud penelitian ini untuk pemahaman dan jalan keluar mengenai tentang bagaimana cara mempertahankan dan menaikkan kemampuan karyawan dalam untuk bersaing di tingkat Asia maupun internasional. Dalam penelitian ingin menjelaskan tentang pengaruh stress kerja dan motivasi serta akibatnya  pada kinerja karyawan Kwarnas (Kwartir Nasional) Pramuka. Hasil penelitian mendapatkan bahwa stress kerja dan motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Kwartir Nasional Gerakan Pramuka. Adapun masukan yang penulis sampaikan yaitu diharapkan adanya pembagian beban tugas antar karyawan dan unit kerja dapat dibagi sesuai jabatan dan tanggung jawab semua karyawan agar menimbulkan pengaruh yang positif, karena di antara para karyawan menjadi saling mendukung dan diharapkan peraturan perusahaan dapat lebih fleksibel mengatur pemberian reward sesuai dengan kompetensi dan kinerja agar karyawan merasa diperlakukan secara adil. Kata kunci: kinerja karyawan, motivasi kerja, stress kerja  ABSTRACT The resilience of a company or organization is largely determined by the success of employees who will be the main pillar for the solid establishment of the company or organization. So the purpose of this research is to understand and find solutions regarding how to maintain and increase the ability of employees to compete at the Asian and international levels. In this research, we want to explain the effect of work stress and motivation and its consequences on the performance of Scout Kwarnas (National Kwartir) employees. The results of the study found that work stress and work motivation together had a significant effect on employee performance in the National Scout Movement Kwartir. Dalam kondisi demikian, tentulah terkendala dalam upaya meningkatkan kesejahteraan rakyat yang berjalan seiring dengan meningkatnya kewenangan daerah. Hal ini tidak sejalan dengan apa yang dicita-citakan dari dilaksanakannya otonomi daerah. Modus-modus bagi tindak pidana korupsi juga semakin menjalar di daerah, jika kita melihat laporan KPK, trend korupsi menjadi semakin beragam. Penulisan artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi penyebab utama dalam permasalahan desentralisasi fiskal serta memberikan rekomendasi kebijakan dalam penguatan tata kelola pemerintahan daerah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan artikel ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan yuridis normatif. Rekomendasi yang diberikan dari penelitian ini adalah penguatan Aparat Pengawas Internal Pemerintah, akuntabilitas, dan transparansi serta penguatan tata kelola pemerintahan yang mengedepankan supremasi hukum. Kata kunci: desentralisasi fiskal, korupsi, otonomi daerah  ABSTRACT The magnitude of the authority possessed by the regions through the through political and fiscal decentralization, which should have resulted in better public services and increased people's welfare, has in fact produced more local “aristocrats” in local development which tends to be elitist. In such conditions, of course, there are obstacles in efforts to improve people's welfare which goes hand in hand with increasing regional authority. This is not in line with what is aspired from the implementation of regional autonomy. The modes of corruption are also increasingly spreading in the regions, if we look at the KPK report, the trend of corruption is becoming increasingly diverse. This paper aims to identify the main causes of fiscal decentralization problems and provide policy recommendations in strengthening local governance. The method used in this paper is qualitative with a normative juridical approach. Kasus penutupan sekolah, pengurangan karyawan, penutupan berbagai toko adalah beberapa dampak negatif dari situasi ini. Berbagai cara telah dilakukan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Para pengusaha wanita memulai usahanya dari rumah selama masa lockdown dengan berbagai jenis usaha yang dikembangkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi motivasi dan pilihan usaha para pengusaha wanita tersebut, terhadap usaha yang dijalankannya di masa Pandemi Covid-19. Sampel dalam penelitian ini akan diambil secara acak sederhana (Random Sampling Method), yaitu sebanyak 100 entrepreneur wanita yang memulai usaha dari tahun 2020. Jenis data yang akan digunakan adalah data kualitatif dan kuantitatif yang bersumber dari data primer. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah metode regresi linier berganda, yaitu uji-t dan uji-F dengan  menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Dari hasil analisis data, ada 3 faktor yang mempengaruhi motivasi mereka dalam menjalankan usaha, yaitu terdampak Covid-19, usaha mandiri, dan dukungan keluarga. Selanjutnya ada 5 faktor yang mempengaruhi pengusaha wanita dalam memilih jenis usaha di masa pandemi Covid-19, yaitu passion, bakat, modal, trend, dan maintenance. Kata kunci: Covid-19, entrepreneur wanita, motivasi, pilihan usaha  ABSTRACT Since 2020, the Covid-19 outbreak has entered Indonesia, affecting various sectors such as health, education, business, and other sectors. Cases. School closures, reduction of employees, closing of various shops are some of the negative impacts of this situation. Various ways have been done to overcome this problem. Women entrepreneurs started their businesses from home during the lockdown period with various types of businesses being developed. The purpose of this study is to find out what factors influence the motivation and business choices of these women entrepreneurs, for the businesses they run during the Covid-19 Pandemic. The sample in this study will be taken at a simple random (Random Sampling Method), namely as many as 100 female entrepreneurs who start a business from 2020. The type of data that will be used is qualitative and quantitative data sourced from primary data. The data analysis method in this research is multiple linear regression method, namely t-test and F-test using the SPSS application. From the results of data analysis, there are 3 factors that influence their motivation to run a business, namely being affected by Covid-19, independent business, and family support. Dalam menyampaikan laporan  keuangan seringkali perusahaan mengalami keterlambatan atau disebut sebagai audit delay. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi audit delay, melalui variabel profitabilitas, solvabilitas, dan ukuran perusahaan sebagai variabel moderasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktir yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2016-2020. Melalui teknik purposive sampling didapat sampel sebanyak 110 data penelitian. Metode penelitian menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda dan Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas dan solvabilitas berpengaruh negatif terhadap audit delay. Hasil uji MRA menunjukkan bahwa ukuran perusahaan hanya memperkuat pengaruh solvabilitas terhadap audit delay, sedangkan untuk variabel profitabilitas tidak dimoderasi oleh ukuran perusahaan. Kata kunci: audit delay, profitabilitas, solvabilitas ABSTRACT Accuracy of financial statements is needed by companies to give confidence to financial stakeholders. In submitting financial reports, companies often experience delays or referred to as audit delays. This study aims to determine the factors that affect audit delay, through the variables of profitability, solvency, and firm size as moderating variables. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. Through purposive sampling technique obtained a sample of 110 research data. The research method uses multiple linear regression and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results showed that profitability and solvency had a negative effect on audit delay. Adapun metodenya adalah mengumpulkan data melalui kuesioner yang disebar ke 67 responden dan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Metode analisis data dengan Smart PLS 3.3.3 dengan outer model, inner model, dan  uji hipotesis. Hasil analisis menyatakan stres kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention, lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention, dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnoverintention. Nilai R-square sebesar 0.429 atau 42.9% yang berarti turnover intention dipengaruhi oleh stres kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan komitmen organisasi sebesar 42.9% , sisanya 57.1% dipengaruhi dengan variable lain diluar penelitian ini. Kata kunci: : komitmen organisasi, lingkungan kerja, stres kerja, turnover intention ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work stress on turnover intention, the effect of the work environment on turnover intention, and the effect of organizational commitment on turnover intention at PT Uniflex Packaging. The method used for data collection was a questionnaire distributed to 67 respondents and the sampling method used a saturated sample. The data analysis method utilized SmartPLS 3.3.3 with the outer model, inner model and hypothesis testing.
