This research used the partial least square-structural equation model (PLS-SEM) to test the proposed hypothesis. Participants in this study included 367 respondents as the employees in Indonesia.  The data collected in this research used a surveyed approached to get responses from participants. The results of data analysis in this research revealed that corporate social media had a significant direct effect on jobs accomplishment and jobs interconnections. In addition, the information technologies competencies had also showed to have an essential direct role in jobs accomplishment and jobs interconnections. Jobs interconnections had also showed to have a significant direct influence on jobs accomplishment. This study aimed to examine a different approach, evaluating R&D premium and cross-sectional variability of equity returns, a particular case for the Indian healthcare industry. The primary motivation for this study arrived from the size of the healthcare industry, the world's third-largest and India's largest industry, and the investment made in R&D activities. Results demonstrated that India's annualized R&D premium was significantly greater than the current value, investment, profitability, and momentum premiums. It indicated that the new R&D risk factor in pricing models is a primary reference for Indian equity investors, particularly for companies with R&D spending. Results were robust in evaluating portfolio return using univariate and multivariate tests. Findings suggested that R&D augmented models outperformed conventional pricing models, denoting that the R&D factor undoubtedly revealed priced element and vital risk factor in designing pricing models for emerging countries like India. Investments can be made easily on a variety of digital platforms that provide easy access to information in investment decisions. Information media is expanding to promote investment decision making, boosting the rise and development of investor financial behavior bias. This study attempts to fill a knowledge gap in behavioral finance by concentrating on behavioral biases such as Herd Instinct Bias, Emotional Biases, and Information Processing Biases in capital market investment decisions. PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling) was used to evaluate the data of 205 Indonesian capital market investors who are members of securities companies. Changes occur in the workplace on a daily basis. Workers and companies are facing difficulties in surviving the pandemic. The purpose of this study was to assess the link between entrepreneurial self-efficacy, entrepreneurial passion, and entrepreneurial resilience in young nascent entrepreneurs during the COVID-19 pandemic. There were 216 sampels of young nascent entrepreneurs of age 19 to 22 to support this research. SPSS Software was used for data analysis and processing. The result showed during the pandemic, the entrepreneurial self-efficacy variable had a positive significant influence on the entrepreneurial resilience, and the entrepreneurial passion had a positive significant influence on the entrepreneurial resilience. Based on the study and analysis, hypotheses 1 and hypothesis 2 were accepted since they had a substantial effect on the entrepreneurial resilience variable, either partially or simultaneously. During the pandemic, a young nascent entrepreneur needed to remain inventive and able to create opportunities in operating their businesses. Pada penelitian ini pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kuesioner dan teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda pada 100 responden yang sudah berstatus sebagai mahasiswa Program Studi Manajemen di STIE IPWIJA. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan SPSS versi 16. Teknik yang digunakan untuk mencari sampel adalah insidental sampling, dan  data penelitian yang diuji meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, dan analisis regresi liner berganda, untuk menguji dan membuktikan hipotesis penelitian menggunakan uji f. Hasil penelitian bahwa variabel motivasi tidak ada pengaruh sedangkan variabel persepsi dan sikap konsumen ada pengaruh terhadap keputusan untuk menjadi mahasiswa baru pada Program Studi Sarjana Manajemen STIE IPWIJA. Kata kunci: keputusan, motivasi, persepsi, sikap konsumen ABSTRACT This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of consumer motivation, perception, and attitude on the decision to become a student of the STIE IPWIJA Bachelor of Management Program. The data collection method used a questionnaire and the analysis technique used was multiple linear regression on 100 respondents who were already students of the STIE IPWIJA Management Undergraduate Program. Data analysis in this study used SPSS version 16. The sampling technique used was incidental sampling and data testing techniques used in this study included validity testing with correlation between scores, reliability testing with Cronbach alpha, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression analysis, to test and prove the research hypothesis. Metodologi penelitian menggunakan kuantitatif. Responden penelitian ini yaitu UKM bidang pertanian di Kabupaten Bogor. Pengambilan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive random sampling. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada keterkaitan program CSR dengan orientasi kewirausahaan dan inovasi UKM. Ditemukan juga bahwa orientasi kewirausahaan berkorelasi secara signifikan dengan inovasi UKM. Program CSR juga berdampak pada inovasi UKM dengan melibatkan orientasi kewirausahaan untuk memperkuat program CSR pada inovasi UKM. Kata kunci: corporate social responsibility, inovasi UKM, orientasi kewirausahaan  ABSTRACT The purpose of the study was to determine the role of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Program on SME innovation through entrepreneurial orientation. Research methodology using quantitative. The respondents of this research are SMEs in the field of agriculture in Bogor Regency. The sampling of this research used purposive random sampling technique. The results of the study indicate that there is a relationship between CSR programs and SME entrepreneurship and innovation orientation. It was also found that entrepreneurship orientation was significantly correlated with SME innovation. Data dalam penelitian menggunakan data sekunder dari 15 perusahaan sektor industri dasar dan kimia yang terdaftar di BEI. Teknik analisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda yang diolah menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini ialah keputusan investasi berdampak positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sementara kebijakan dividen dan struktur modal berdampak positif tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata kunci: kebijakan dividen, keputusan investasi, nilai perusahaan, struktur modal  ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the impact of firm value on investment decisions, capital structure and dividend policy on basic and chemical industrial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2020 period. The data in this study uses secondary data from 15 basic and chemical industrial sector companies listed on the IDX. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression which is processed using SPSS. Penelitian dilakukan  menganalisis apakah ada pengaruh budaya kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai Dinas Penanaman Modal serta Pelayanan Terpadu Kota Depok. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan populasi adalah keseluruhan karyawan Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayayan Terpadu yang berjumlah 60 pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik total sampling dengan sensus. Populasi diambil secara keseluruhan dijadikan sebagai responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil  bahwa budaya kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai demikian juga dengan hasil lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja. Dapat disimpulkan secara simultan mempunyai pengaruh yang positif di antara variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Kata kunci: budaya kerja, lingkungan kerja, prestasi kerja ABSTRACT This research was conducted because of the alleged problems that exist in The Investment and Integrated Service Department in Depok, West Java. The study was conducted to analyze whether there is an influence of work culture and work environment on the work performance of the employees of The Investment Office and Integrated Services in Depok. The research method used is a quantitative approach, using multiple regression analysis, with the population consisting of 60 employees of the integrated investment and service department. This study uses a total sampling technique, with a census. The population is taken as a whole as respondents. The results of this study indicate that work culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance as well as the results of the work environment having a positive and significant effect on work performance. Artha Gunung Batu and to find out human resource management strategies in an effort to develop human resources to improve employee performance at PT. Artha Gunung Batu in Andeo Village, Lasolo District, North Konawe Regency. The data analysis technique used a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The location of this research at PT. Artha Gunung Batu in Andeo Village, Lasolo District, North Konawe Regency.  The results of this study indicate that the recruitment process has been in accordance with recruitment procedures in general using the decision theory method of recruitment, for employee selection applying application letter selection, interviews 1 and 2, acceptance decisions and placement of employees who pass the selection.
