This research uses QM For Windows 5.2 software application with Waiting Lines analysis tool. Waiting Lines is used to process the queue, either queue of people or goods. This type of research is descriptive statistics with a qualitative approach. The results of this study indicate that, the average time that customers get at the time served always exceeds the standard time of service applied is 5 minutes, which is where time at 09:00-10:00 ie 5,08 minutes. The object of this study is a banking company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018 using a purposive sampling technique, the authors chose 18 companies as samples. This study uses panel regression analysis data obtained from financial reports on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) website. The research period is 3 years. The object of this research is 181 the manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period. Sample selection was determined by purposive sampling method. In total, there are 24 companies that meet the research criteria. This study uses secondary data which was analyzed using panel data regression analysis and processed using application review 9. The results of this study indicate that asset growth has a positive and significant effect on the dividend payout ratio, meaning that asset growth is able to increase dividend distribution. Furthermore, the return on assets and the current ratio have a negative and significant effect, meaning that an increased return on assets and current ratio will reduce the distribution of dividends. The debt-to-asset ratio has a negative and insignificant effect, meaning that a high debt-to-asset ratio is not able to reduce dividend distribution. The audit committee has a positive and insignificant effect on the dividend payout ratio, meaning that a high audit committee is not able to increase dividend distribution. The population in this study were all permanent employees totaling 112 people. The sampling technique used the Slovin formula so that the total sample was 32 people. This study uses multiple regression analysis obtained the equation Y = 1.445 + 0.403 X1 + 0.257 X2. The correlation value (R) of 0.805 means that there is a very strong correlation between performance audit and internal control on public accountability. While the coefficient of determination test of 0.648 (64.8%) means that the contribution of performance audit and internal control affects public accountability by 64.8%. The results of the t test show that performance audit has a significant effect on public accountability and internal control has no significant effect on public accountability with a significant value of 0.041 less than 0.05 and 0.256 greater than 0.005. The results of the F test show that the performance audit and internal control together have a significant effect on public accountability with a significant F value of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05. The research uses a quantitative approach which is carried out on students of the Faculty of Economics and Business. The sample in this study amounted to 60 students who had shopped at Shopee. Data were collected by questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that partially online customer reviews have a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest. Website quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest. Simultaneously online customer reviews and website quality have a significant influence on buying interest.
