摘要

本研究旨在探讨燃油价格与服务关税对顾客满意度的相关性。这项研究是在燃料价格变化后进行的。本研究的样本采用简单随机抽样作为86名受访者。结果表明,对顾客满意度影响最大的因素是服务费率变量。研究结果强调了燃料价格和服务关税对消费者服务或所谓的客户满意度的重要和积极影响。
