Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan banyaknya sampel yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini ada 36 orang dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan membagikan kuesioner.  Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu Kompetensi SDM berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Bank Sulut Go Cabang Amurang, Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Bank Sulut Go Cabang Amurang, Kompetensi SDM dan Lingkungan Kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Bank Sulut Go Cabang Amurang.\u0000 \u0000The purpose of this study, namely to determine and analyze the effect of human resource competence and work environment on employee performance at PT Bank SulutGo Amurang Branch. This study uses quantitative methods and the number of samples studied in this study were 36 people with data collection techniques carried out by distributing questionnaires. Populasi pada penelitian yaitu seluruh karyawan di PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa, Tbk. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 85 responden yang diambil dari rumus slovin. Pengumpulan data melalui observasi disertai penyebaran kuesioner, uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji model, uji asumsi klasik dan uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari pengukuran menunjukkan bahwa pengawasan dan motivasi kerja secara individual tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan lingkungan kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa, Tbk. Kata kunci: kinerja, lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja, pengawasan  ABSTRACT The study aims to measure the influence of supervision, work environment, and work motivation on the performance of employees of PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa, Tbk. The population in the study was all employees at PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa, Tbk.   The research sample was 85 respondents taken from the slovin formula. Data collection through observation is accompanied by the dissemination of questionnaires, validity and reliability tests, model tests, classical assumption tests and multiple linear regression tests. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang diambil melalui website resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia (www.idx.co.id) dan menggunakan metode asosiatif yang bersifat kuantitatif. sampel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 16 perusahaan sektor aneka industry yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama 6 tahun, yaitu dari tahun 2015-2020. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi data panel dengan Random Effect Model (REM) sebagai model yang terpilih. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Struktur Modal (DER) berpengaruh negative dan signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen (DPR) hasil penelitian ini didukung oleh teori keagenan. Pertumbuhan perusahaan (Aset/Growth) berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen (DPR) hasil penelitian ini didukung oleh signalling Theory.\u0000 \u0000The purpose of this study is to analyze and determine the effect of capital structure and company growth on dividend policy. The data used in this study is secondary data taken through the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (www.idx.co.id) and using quantitative associative methods. The sample in this study consisted of 16 companies in the various industrial sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 6 years. The analytical method used in this study uses panel data regression analysis with the Random Effect Model (REM) as the chosen model. The results show that capital structure (DER) has a negative and significant effect on Dividend Policy (DPR). The results of this study are supported by agency theory. Company growth (Assets/Growth) has a positive and insignificant effect on dividend policy (DPR). This includes wooden batik centers in the DIY Province, namely in Putat Village, Gunung Kidul Regency, and Sendangsari Village, Bantul Regency. However, the development activities of SMEs in industrial centers in Indonesia were not optimal, one of the reasons is the management strategy. Therefore, this article contains a comparative study of management styles of development activities, using qualitative research methods, with multiple cases.  The results showed that there was a different management style of SMEs development activities in the wooden batik center, where the management style of the wooden batik center SMEs development activity in Putat Village which was applied by the management of Kopinkra Sumber Rejeki Makmur as a center development institution was authoritarian, so the management system tends to be closed. The samples taken in the study were 100 handicraft Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Malang, Indonesia. The data was collected using a quantitative approach by distributing a survey. Validity and reliability tests have been passed before testing the actual data analysis with SEM-PLS. The results indicate that innovation significantly mediates resource-based view strategy and entrepreneurial orientation on competitive advantage. If SMEs strive to achieve a highly competitive advantage through resource-based view strategies and entrepreneurial orientation, the ability to innovate has an essential role in this relationship. Hence, SMEs need to have good resources and adequate skills to enhance attitudes such as continuously developing innovative products, being brave in taking existing risks, and always making innovations. The objects used in this study are all bond issuer companies that have been recorded in PT Pefindo and have complete financial reports on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2019 - 2021. There are 11 bond issuer companies used as samples with 3 years of observation so that a sample of 33 is obtained. Sampling is determined by using a purposive sampling, while the insightful strategy utilized is calculated relapse examination. The result shows that liquidity (CR), leverage (DER), profitability (ROA), bond securities and maturity affect on the bond rating. Implementation of good multi-channel integration increases satisfaction and has an impact on long term relationships with customers, one of which is customer loyalty. This research was conducted in a retail department store in the city of Palembang, namely Matahari Department Store (MDS). This study distributed questionnaires to 200 respondents who were buyers at MDS on at least two channels owned by MDS. The data analysis technique uses path analysis with the help of SPSS. Perkembangan industri perbankan sangat pesat di era disrupsi. Penting bagi organisasi untuk memperhatikan kinerja karyawannya agar tetap menjaga eksistensi dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan yang berada di industri perbankan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mencari artikel di berbagai situs penyedia jurnal seperti Scopus, Mendeley, Proquest, Google Scholar, Emerald, dan Sciencedirect. Total artikel yang berkaitan dengan penelitian ini didapatkan sejumlah 21 artikel. Hasil dari penelitian ini terdapat 24 faktor yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di industri perbankan dengan faktor work motivation, job satisfaction, organizational culture, dan work engagement yang paling banyak diteliti. Kata kunci: bank, budaya organisasi, kepuasan kerja, keterlibatan kerja, motivasi kerja  ABSTRACT The banking industry is important to move the economy of a country. The development of the banking industry is very rapid in the era of disruption. It is important for organizations to pay attention to the performance of their employees in order to maintain their existence in achieving organizational goals. This study aims to find out the factors that affect the performance of employees in the banking industry. This research was conducted by searching for articles on various journal provider sites such as Scopus, Mendeley, Proquest, Google Scholar, Emerald, and Sciencedirect. A total of 21 articles related to this research were obtained. Preliminary survey conducted at Unand Hospital on health workers, doctor job satisfaction is lower than other health workers. Low job satisfaction among doctors can cause a decrease in hospital service quality. The purpose of this research is to analyze the factors related to the job satisfaction of doctors during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used is the quantitative method. Dependent variable in this study is overall job satisfaction, the independent variables are salary, promotion, fringe benefit, supervision, contingent reward, operating conditions, co-workers, nature of work, and communication. The sampling using census conducted on all doctors at Unand Hospital, where 71 doctors met the inclusion criteria. Data was collected by distributing job satisfaction survey (JSS) questionnaires. Univariate and bivariate analysis was used in this study.
