Preliminary survey conducted at Unand Hospital on health workers, doctor job satisfaction is lower than other health workers. Low job satisfaction among doctors can cause a decrease in hospital service quality. The purpose of this research is to analyze the factors related to the job satisfaction of doctors during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used is the quantitative method. Dependent variable in this study is overall job satisfaction, the independent variables are salary, promotion, fringe benefit, supervision, contingent reward, operating conditions, co-workers, nature of work, and communication. The sampling using census conducted on all doctors at Unand Hospital, where 71 doctors met the inclusion criteria. Data was collected by distributing job satisfaction survey (JSS) questionnaires. Univariate and bivariate analysis was used in this study. 摘要

新冠肺炎疫情导致医生的工作满意度较前一时期有所下降。在Unand医院对卫生工作者进行的初步调查显示,医生的工作满意度低于其他卫生工作者。医生工作满意度低会导致医院服务质量下降。本研究的目的是分析Covid-19大流行期间医生工作满意度的相关因素。所采用的研究方法是定量方法。因变量为整体工作满意度,自变量为工资、晋升、福利、监督、偶然奖励、工作条件、同事、工作性质、沟通。抽样使用人口普查对乌南医院的所有医生进行,其中71名医生符合纳入标准。通过发放工作满意度调查(JSS)问卷收集数据。本研究采用单因素和双因素分析。本研究结果显示,在九个工作满意度因素中,薪酬、福利和手术程序的平均满意度最低,医院管理层应重视这方面,以保持医生的工作满意度。
