Energy losses are the amount of energy lost in the energy flow process from the substation or distribution substation to the consumer. This is caused by two factors, namely technical and non-technical factors. Technical factors caused by distribution network problems. The study carried out was a study of energy loss on feeders, namely the Lohbene feeder, this name is an aid to the name of the feeder from ULP Indramayu. The object specification data for this study were obtained based on data from ULP Indramayu and the Indramayu Service Unit. After conducting the research, it can be concluded that the technical losses in the Lohben feeder are 1120.94 kW, while the non-technical losses are 189.96 kW. The annual losses in the Lohben feeder are 8,315,678.42 kWh. reduced to 482.69kW, which was previously 875.486kW. The VAWT can be pointed in any direction, meaning it doesn't need to be pointed into the wind to generate power. Thus, there is potential for large power plants using VAWTs as their size can be significantly increased. However, there are also some drawbacks to the VAWT. VAWT has the characteristics of self-starting. But still, an additional power source is needed to start the turbine rotation until a certain rotation speed is reached or it must operate at high wind speeds. The main objective of our work is to create a 5 W VAWT model (helical type) to optimize self-starting of vertical axis wind turbines. The outline of this report is regarding the design of our VAWT model, which will have self-starting characteristics. To increase the self-starting status, our efforts are to optimize the type, dimensions and material of the turbine blades. We also optimized the rotor dimensions. As a result, a model helical three-blade turbine was built and tested. The blade turbine made of composites has been balanced with the rotor prior to testing. Then the Bad Smell defects with a total of 879 defects, a percentage of defects obtained by 28.2%, the type of defective packaging torn with a total of 423 defects, a percentage of defects of 13.6%. it is known that the diagram (p-chart) with the type of product defect still has 13 points exceeding the upper control limit or UCL and there are 12 points exceeding the lower control limit or LCL with a proportion of 0.148. Through assessment, instructors may evaluate the learners' achievement. In a large class setup, holding an assessment and checking the learners' work leads to a tiresome job if done manually. Therefore, the use of an automated procedure, such as a computerized solution is advised. However, the question types that can be automatically checked does not cover essay question. It is very unfortunate for mathematical-based courses where evaluating the reasoning of the learners is essential, hence adopting question types such as Multiple Choice Questions, True/False; or even Numeric, which ask the learner to input a single number as an answer, would be inadequate. In this paper, we describe the implementation of the STACK, a MOODLE plugin that supports the assessment of mathematical expressions. The preliminary results show that with the correct way of introducing the commands to the learners, instructors can author questions with adequate discrimination index and efficiency. \u0000 \u0000Penilaian merupakan bagian integral dari pendidikan. Melalui penilaian, instruktur dapat mengevaluasi prestasi peserta didik. Dalam pengaturan kelas besar, mengadakan penilaian dan memeriksa hasil kerja siswa akan menjadi pekerjaan yang melelahkan jika dilakukan secara manual. Oleh karena itu, disarankan untuk menggunakan prosedur otomatis, seperti solusi terkomputerisasi. Namun, jenis soal yang dapat diperiksa secara otomatis tidak mencakup soal esai. Sangat disayangkan untuk kursus berbasis matematika di mana mengevaluasi penalaran peserta didik sangat penting, sehingga mengadopsi jenis pertanyaan seperti Pertanyaan Pilihan Ganda, Benar/Salah; atau bahkan Numerik, yang meminta pembelajar untuk memasukkan satu angka sebagai jawaban, tidak akan memadai. For example, the problems that occur in an institution are the limited number and capacity of rooms, few exam supervisors, and limited exam time. So far, exam scheduling is done manually, so it is pretty time-consuming. Until now, no algorithm can solve this problem in polynomial time. So that in the optimization world, the problem of scheduling exams is an NP-Hard problem. Solving this problem can be done using a heuristic algorithm to produce a reasonably good solution fairly quickly. Currently, the algorithm has been developed in various ways with a hyper-heuristic approach. This study will discuss the scheduling of exams using carter benchmark datasets. The charter dataset is a dataset of real-world exam scheduling problems. The trials carried out in this study were to apply hyper-heuristics by combining a move acceptance algorithm, namely late acceptance hill climbing, with several heuristic selection algorithms to get the heuristic selection algorithm with the best performance to be combined. The result is the combination of Reinforcement Learning with Late Acceptance Hill Climbing can outperform the results of the comparison algorithm in most of the datasets. \u0000Key words — Carter Datasets; Examination Timetabling; Hyper-Heuristics; Late Acceptance Hill Climbing; Reinforcement Learning; Tabu Search \u0000 \u0000Abstrak — Penjadwalan ujian merupakan salah satu contoh permasalahan dalam riset operasi serta permasalahan yang menarik untuk dihadapi di pergurugan tinggi. Sebagai contoh, permasalahan yang terjadi di sebuah perguruan tinggi yaitu terbatasnya jumlah dan kapasitas ruangan, terbatasnya pengawas ujian, serta terbatasnya waktu ujian. Selama ini, penjadwalan ujian dilakukan secara manual sehingga cukup memakan waktu. Hingga saat ini belum ada algoritma yang dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut dalam waktu polinomial. Sehingga dalam dunia optimasi, permasalahan penjadwalan ujian merupakan NP-Hard problem. Penyelesaian permasalahan ini dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan algoritma heuristic untuk menghasilkan solusi yang cukup baik dengan waktu yang cukup singkat. Saat ini algoritma telah berkembang secara variatif dengan pendekatan hyper-heuristics. Penelitian ini akan membahas penjadwalan ujian menggunakan benchmark dataset carter. Dataset carter merupakan dataset permasalahan penjadwalan ujian real-world. Uji coba yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini yaitu menerapkan hyper-heuristics dengan mengombinasikan sebuah algoritma move acceptance yaitu late acceptance hill climbing dengan beberapa algoritma heuristic selection untuk mendapatkan algoritma heuristic selection dengan performa terbaik untuk dikombinasikan. The rapid development of technology makes various types of technology emerged that can be used as educational tools, for example games. This study aims to create a game that can introduce historical buildings in South Minahasa using the MDLC (Multimedia Development Life Cycle) method. This game is made in 3 dimensions and an adventure genre. In addition, the working temperature of solar panels is also crucial. The ideal solar panel temperature is 25 C, which means that the solar panel will work optimally at that condition. When the temperature rises, the solar cell performance will decrease. This study aims to design a solar panel cooling system with active and passive methods using a way of flowing water over the surface of the solar panel and adding wet coconut coir on the back of the solar panel. The purpose of providing this treatment is to keep the surface temperature of the solar panel from overheating. This study uses a 100 WP solar panel and the results obtained that the average power generated is 69 W with an average voltage value of 15.47 V and an average current of 4.5 A. Di pembangkitan energi listrik generator sinkron merupakan komponen utama yang menghasilkan energi lsitrik, sehingga keandalannya perlu benar-benar dijaga. Kerusakan pada bearing merupakan salah satu jenis kerusakan yang sering ditemui pada generator sinkron. Kerusakan bearing dapat menyebabkan getaran berlebih, gangguan putaran rotor, dan dapat menimbulkan ketidakseimbangan poros rotor yang mengakibatkan daya yang dihasilkan tidak maksimal. Dalam penelitian ini, kami membahas teknik mendeteksi kerusakan bearing generator sinkron melalui sinyal arus stator pada kondisi steady state. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan didasarkan pada metode Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) sebagai pemrosesan sinyal untuk mendapatkan generator dalam kondisi sehat atau rusak. Variasi beban dilakukan pada generator untuk mendapatkan hasil analisis terperinci. Sedangkan untuk level kerusakan bearing adalah memberikan kecacatan pada bagian inner race bearing dengan variasi diameter lubang yang berbeda, yakni diameter 3 mm, 4,5 mm, dan 6 mm. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menghitung indeks keandalan SAIFI, SAIDI, CAIFI, CAIDI, ASAI, ASUI, ASIFI dan ASIDI sistem distribusi 20 kV di PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Yogyakarta. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis perhiungan matematis untuk mendapatkan hasil indeks keandalan serta menganalisis penyebab gangguan sampai terjadinya pemadaman. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan yang telah dilakukan nilai keandalan di Rayon UP3 Yogyakarta yaitu SAIFI = 0,98 kali/gangguan/tahun, SAIDI = 0,96 jam/gangguan/tahun, CAIFI = 1,07 kali/gangguan/tahun, CAIDI = 1,005 kali/gangguan/tahun, ASAI = 0,99989 atau 99,989%, ASUI = 0,00010, ASIFI = 10,52 kali/gangguan/tahun dan ASIDI = 14,52 jam/gangguan/tahun. Hal ini dapat dikatakan bahwa nilai SAIFI dan SAIDI masih dikatakan andal sesuai standarisasi SPLN 68-2 : 1986.
