Setiap tahun banyak calon mahasiswa baru yang mendaftarkan diri di UNSRAT, baik yang berasal dari dalam maupun dari luar Sulawesi Utara. Calon mahasiswa baru yang berasal dari berbagai daerah tentunya banyak yang mencari informasi mengenai wilayah kampus, seperti letak fakultas, jurusan, program studi, kondisi kelas, dan lain sebagainya. Pandemi COVID-19 yang terjadi sejak tahun 2020 membuat kegiatan perkuliahan dilaksanakan secara daring. Perkembangan teknologi semakin hari semakin pesat, sehingga memunculkan banyak inovasi baru. Berkat perkembangan teknologi ini, calon mahasiswa baru bisa mendapatkan informasi mengenai wilayah kampus tanpa harus datang berkunjung secara langsung. Salah satu inovasi baru dari teknologi yaitu Realitas Maya atau lebih dikenal dengan sebutan Virtual Reality. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat sebuah aplikasi Virtual Reality Universitas Sam Ratulangi yang dalam pengembangannya menggunakan metode MDLC (Multimedia Development Life Cycle). Dalam aplikasi Virtual Reality ini, pengguna dapat mencari informasi mengenai wilayah Universitas Sam Ratulangi lebih rinci dengan informasi berupa gambar panorama 360 dan pengguna juga dapat berjalan-jalan ke berbagai lokasi dan melihat informasi nama gedung. Khususnya di daerah Sulut sendiri sejauh ini memiliki 10 tokoh resmi pahlawan nasional yang jarang dibahas secara luas. Game dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai media edukasi yang interaktif, dan berdampak pada meningkatnya minat seseorang untuk mempelajari serta menyerap topik yang diangkat. Oleh karena faktor inilah media game menjadi salah satu wadah yang tepat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) dan dikembangkan menggunakan software game engine Unity. Sistem monitoring ini memanfaatkan aplikasi android sehingga dapat dipantau setiap saat. Dengan pertumbuhan beban listrik menimbulkan permasalahan tersendiri karena penambahan beban listrik sesaat sering dilakukan dengan sambungan langsung pada jaringan instalasi secara tak terencana sehingga dapat menyebabkan ketidakmerataan pembebanan untuk masing-masing fasa R, S dan T. Penelitian ini bertujuan membuat alat untuk memonitor penambahan beban yang terjadi, kemudian besaran tegangan dan arus yang terukur akan diinformasikan ke operator melalui aplikasi android. Metode yang digunakan adalah riset development sehingga menghasilkan alat pendeteksi beban listrik dengan menggunakan aplikasi android. Langkah penelitian yang dilakukan meliputi; perancangan hardware, perancangan software, pengujian kerja alat, dan analisa hasil. When buying foodstuffs, they usually ask for help from their close relations to shop together to help them choose which foodstuffs to buy. This study aims to build a mobile application that can recognize fresh and rotten foodstuffs to be purchased with the help of machine learning model so that it can help users with color blindness disabilities to correctly choose which foodstuffs to buy. The model used is based on ResNet50 and MobileNet and data augmentation for data balancing, and uses a confusion matrix for evaluating the trained model. The result of this study achieved a model that can classify images taken with a recorded performance of 98% accuracy in the multi-class classification.Abstrak — Penderita gangguan buta warna memiliki kesulitan saat membeli bahan makanan, di mana mereka tidak dapat mengenali perbedaan warna bahan makanan yang segar dan busuk dalam sekali lihat. Mereka biasanya meminta pertolongan orang dekat untuk berbelanja bersama-sama dengan mereka agar dapat membantu mereka memilih bahan makanan yang akan dibeli. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membuat aplikasi pada platform mobile Android yang dapat mengenali bahan makanan segar dan busuk mana yang akan dibeli dengan bantuan model machine learning agar dapat membantu pengguna yang memiliki keterbatasan untuk membedakan warna agar tidak salah memilih bahan makanan yang akan dibeli. Model yang digunakan memiliki dasar arsitektur ResNet50 dan MobileNet dengan melakukan augmentasi untuk melakukan penyeimbangan pada data, dan menggunakan confusion matrix untuk mengevaluasi performa model yang dilatih. Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman, kebudayaan yang ada di Indonesia pada saat ini secara perlahan mulai terlupakan. Dengan berkembangnya zaman kita dapat membuat sesuatu yang menarik yang dapat mengenalkan budaya kita yang beragam salah satunya budaya Minahasa yang ada di Sulawesi Utara, dalam hal ini lewat pengembangan game. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat game 3D kebudayaan Minahasa dengan mengimplementasikan Algoritma A* (A Star) yang diterapkan pada enemy sebagai NPC (Non-Player Character). Game ini ditujukan untuk semua yang memiliki keinginan untuk menambah wawasannya atau mengenal kebudayaan suku Minahasa. Diharapkan pada saat bermain game, bukan hanya mendapat kesenangannya saja, tetapi juga mendapat ilmu. Game ini dikembangkan dengan metode GDLC (Game Development Life Cycle) yang terdiri dari tahap inisiasi, pra-produksi, produksi, pengujian, beta, dan rilis. Game ini diberi nama Toar Adventure dengan genre aksi dan petualangan. Pengujian penggunaan game ini melibatkan 14 orang yang terdiri dari sebagian mahasiswa program studi Teknik Informatika Universitas Sam Ratulangi dan sebagian masyarakat daerah suku Minahasa. Teknik Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan yaitu metode studi literatur, observasi, dan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini adalah berhasil dalam membuat dan menghasilkan game 3D kebudayaan Minahasa dengan mengimplementasikan Algoritma A* (A Star) yang diterapkan pada enemy sebagai NPC (NonPlayer Character), dengan hasil pengujian penggunaan game yaitu 77,69% dan termasuk dalam kategori Baik. Determination of majors should be done by considering the capabilities possessed. Therefore, this application was created which aims to design an expert system that can provide an overview for prospective students about what majors are suitable or in accordance with their abilities. The method used in making this expert system is Forward Chaining, where the facts related to determining the direction are stated first, then draw an appropriate conclusion. This industry is a national vital object categorized as a zone 1 and zone 2 hazardous area. There is a source of danger that has the potential to cause damage to equipment and people. The electrical installation used is a lightning protection system with reference to the NFPA 780-2017 standard concerning the Standard for the Installation of Lightning Protection Systems. The rolling sphere method is used to calculate the need for a lightning protection system. To calculate the need for a grounding electrode, a rod electrode grounding system is used. Construction MGS Balongan (Hazardous Construction) has a value of direct lightning strike frequency (Nd) of 0.03 lightning strikes per year with an equivalent area of building lightning strikes (Ae) of 1082.95 m2. The value (Ng) of the intensity of lightning strikes to the ground is 27.6 lightning strikes per km2 per year, the protection level is level II with a radius of 30 meters and the earth resistance value is 0.344 Ω. This research is expected to be used as a lesson for the creation of a low-voltage electric power distribution network with suitable and environmentally friendly construction and with low investment costs. collected data by visiting the location to conduct a survey and obtain accurate data related to the state of the research location. The stages in planning the Low Voltage Electricity Distribution Network begin with a field survey to obtain the required data. The installed power for each unit is 1.300 VA, so the total installed power is 122,200 VA and the spare power is 5% of the installed power so that the total installed power is 128.310 VA. during peak load times it is estimated that power consumption will only absorb 80% or 97,760VA. The required substation is a Portal Type Pole with a transformator capacity is 160kVA. Dried crickets have a longer shelf life, more stable nutritional content, and a lower risk of contamination. Therefore, the use of an efficient and controlled cricket dryer is important to achieve optimal results. The main objective of the design of a cricket dryer with PID control is to create a system that can adjust the drying temperature automatically. With this control system, it is expected to be able to overcome the problem of the drying process which is constrained by weather factors. The PID controller (from the English abbreviation: Proportional–Integral–Derivative controller) is a feedback mechanism controller that is usually used in industrial control systems. The control system is an inseparable part of processes in the field of industrial engineering, because with the help of control systems, desired results can be realized. The control system is needed to improve the response of the dynamic system so that the output signal is obtained as desired. A good control system has a good response to various input signals. Tools made with this system can dry raw materials with low moisture content, so that the dried raw materials can be directly processed into other forms, and the production process is not hampered by a shortage of raw materials. This tool is capable of producing temperatures up to 100 degrees Celsius.
