This study investigates the effects of boredom on teachers’ psychological disorders during online learning. This correlational study used an explanatory design, involving 113 teachers from different educational levels (junior, senior, and vocational schools) in Malang, Indonesia. The participants were selected through cluster random sampling technique. The data collection process was carried out using two standardized instruments, the DASS 21 (Depression, Anxiety, and Stress Scale) and ABS-10 (Academic Boredom Scale). The obtained data were analyzed using correlation and linear regression analysis to examine the relationship and degree of contribution of predictor variable toward the dependent variable. The results indicate that boredom has a significant relationship with teachers’ psychological disorders. The boredom toward the online learning routine is a predictor carrying significant contribution toward teachers’ psychological disorders. The findings conclude that the psychological help and coping strategy enhancement to face boredom are essential for teachers.Abstrak: Kegiatan mengajar secara daring (dalam jaringan) yang dilakukan secara terus menerus berpotensi memunculkan kejenuhan pada guru dan berdampak negatif pada kesehatan psikologis mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hubungan kejenuhan terhadap gangguan psikologis yang dialami oleh guru selama pelaksanaan kegiatan pembelajaran daring. Penelitian korelasional dengan desain eksplanatori digunakan untuk menjawab tujuan penelitian. Seratus tiga belas guru dari tiga jenjang pendidikan yang berbeda (sekolah menengah pertama, sekolah menengah atas, dan sekolah menengah kejuruan) di kota dan kabupaten Malang, Indonesia dipilih menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan dua instrument terstandard, yaitu DASS 21 (Depression, Anxiety and Stress Scale) dan ABS-10 (Academic Boredom Scale). Data yang telah terkumpul lantas dianalisis menggunakan analisis korelasi dan regresi linier untuk mengetahui hubungan dan besaran kontribusi dari variabel prediktor terhadap variabel dependen. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kejenuhan berhubungan signifikan dengan gangguan psikologis yang dialami oleh guru. Kejenuhan terhadap rutinitas selama kegiatan pembelajaran daring merupakan prediktor yang berkontribusi signifikan terhadap gangguan psikologis guru. Teachers must understand that to create interaction in the classroom, they must first understand the grit level that can help make learning fun. The purpose of this study was to determine the grit level of high school students in Bangka Belitung Province, Indonesia. This research is survey research conducted in Bangka Belitung Province and involves 770 respondents. The results showed that (1) 25 percent of respondents were distracted by a new idea or activity, (2) 47 percent of respondents who did not give up in achieving their goals even though they experienced failure, (3) 23 percent of respondents did not pursue other goals after setting goals, (4) 39 percent of respondents are persistent in their business or work, (5) 25 percent of respondents cannot maintain their focus when carrying out long activities, (6) 46 percent of respondents always try to complete each of their activities, (7) 35 percent of respondents have interests that change every year, (8) 32 percent of respondents is diligent and do not give up easily, (9) 23 percent of respondents were obsessed with activity but it did not last long, (10) 41 percent of respondents have experienced failure in conquering important challenges.Abstrak: Proses pendidikan di Indonesia telah dilaksanakan menggunakan berbagai alat yang modern, tetapi perlu dipahami bahwa kualitas aktivitas belajar di dalam kelas juga dipengaruhi oleh interaksi yang terjadi di dalam kelas. Para guru harus memahami bahwa untuk menciptakan interaksi di dalam kelas, mereka harus terlebih dahulu memahami tingkatan grit yang dapat membantu menciptakan pembelajaran yang menyenangkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkatan grit peserta didik sekolah menengah atas Provinsi Bangka Belitung, Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei yang dilaksanakan di Provinsi Bangka Belitung dan melibatkan 770 responden. The research method used is the Borg and Gall development research method. The research procedure was carried out by conducting a literature review and preliminary study, planning, developing, validating, revising, testing on research subjects, revising, and finalizing and socializing the application specialization model. The research instrument used is a rating scale. Data analysis was carried out by averaging expert judgments on applying the specialization model that had been developed. In addition, data were also obtained from the results of student interest. The expert test results showed that the application of the specialization model for the majors of high school students that was developed was feasible to be used to provide recommendations for students’ specialization. Data from students when using the specialization model is grouped into two types of data, namely appropriate and inappropriate. The results of the trial using the specialization model by students showed that 97 percent of the subjects stated that the conclusions of the specialization model were in accordance with their interests.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan aplikasi model peminatan untuk penjurusan siswa sekolah menengah atas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian pengembangan Borg dan Gall. Prosedur penelitian yang dilakukan adalah melakukan kajian pustaka dan studi pendahuluan, perencanaan, pengembangan, validasi, revisi, uji coba kepada subjek penelitian, revisi, dan finalisasi serta sosialisasi aplikasi model peminatan. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah skala penilaian. Analisis data dilakukan dengan merata-rata penilaian ahli terhadap aplikasi model peminatan yang telah dikembangkan. Selain itu, data juga diperoleh dari hasil peminatan siswa. Hasil dari uji ahli menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi model peminatan untuk penjurusan siswa sekolah menengah atas yang dikembangkan, layak digunakan untuk memberi rekomendasi peminatan siswa. Data dari siswa saat menggunakan aplikasi model peminatan dikelompokan menjadi dua jenis data, yaitu sesuai dan tidak sesuai. Excessive information that has not been verified can cause anxiety. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the solution-focused brief therapy approach to reducing anxiety experienced by Generation Z in the era of disruption. This research is an experimental research type of single-subject research. The research subjects were three counselees who were selected using purposive sampling with the initials NI, TS, and WD. The data collection technique in this study was obtained based on the self-assessment sheet that was conducted at the UPT LBK (counseling services center) at Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. Individual counseling is conducted over two sessions using various techniques in solution-focused brief therapy, including scaling questions and miracle questions. The data analysis technique used quantitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that the anxiety experienced by the counselee could be reduced from very high to very low. Counseling with the solution-focused brief therapy approach has proven to be effective in reducing anxiety experienced by counselees because it offers a more concise and constructive counseling session, according to the characteristics of Generation Z.Abstrak: Penggunaan teknologi oleh generasi Z yang tidak terelakkan membuat mereka mendapat banyak informasi dari berbagai penjuru dunia. Informasi berlebihan yang belum teruji kebenarannya, dapat menimbulkan kecemasan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan pendekatan solution-focused brief therapy terhadap penurunan kecemasan yang dialami oleh generasi Z di era disrupsi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen jenis single subject research. Subjek penelitian merupakan 3 orang konseli yang dipilih menggunakan purposive sampling dengan inisial NI, TS, dan WD. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh berdasarkan isian lembar self-assessment yang dilakukan di UPT LBK (counseling services center) di Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. Konseling individu dilakukan selama dua sesi dengan menggunakan berbagai teknik dalam solution-focused brief therapy, diantaranya adalah scaling questions dan miracle questions. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kecemasan yang dialami oleh konseli dapat berkurang dari sangat tinggi menjadi sangat rendah. The method used in this study is a qualitative phenomenological method. Phenomenological studies are used to understand phenomena at the level of subjective reality. Respondents in this study were five families with Javanese ethnic background domiciled in Kebumen and Banyumas regencies, Central Java and three families with Sundanese cultural background domiciled in Pangandaran and Sumedang regencies, West Java. The data collection method using in-depth interviews based on the concept of family resilience from Walsh describes three aspects of the belief system. The research data was analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model, which consists of three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions with the help of qualitative data analysis software, namely Nvivo 12 Plus. The results show that families with Javanese and Sundanese backgrounds have a belief system in facing life’s trials which are manifested in the ability to interpret life’s difficulties, have a positive outlook, and the value of religiosity. The results of this study can be used as part of an assessment in schools and information on family resilience can be used as a counselor’s consideration in implementing family counseling and multicultural counseling services. Abstrak : Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui resiliensi keluarga berdasarkan sistem keyakinan pada keluarga dengan latar belakang budaya Jawa dan Sunda. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif fenomenologi. Studi fenomenologi digunakan untuk memahami fenomena pada tingkat realitas subjektif. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah lima keluarga berlatar belakang etnis Jawa yang berdomisili di Kabupaten Kebumen dan Banyumas, Jawa Tengah dan tiga keluarga berlatar belakang budaya Sunda yang berdomisili di Kabupaten Pangandaran dan Sumedang, Jawa Barat. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara mendalam berdasarkan konsep resiliensi keluarga dari Walsh yang menggambarkan tiga aspek sistem keyakinan. Data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman yang terdiri dari tiga tahapan yakni reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan dengan bantuan software analisis data kualitatif yakni Nvivo 12 Plus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keluarga dengan latar belakang Suku Jawa dan Sunda memiliki sistem keyakinan dalam menghadapi cobaan hidup yang diwujudkan dalam kemampuan untuk memaknai kesulitan hidup, memiliki pandangan yang positif, dan nilai religiusitas. Consequently, during the pandemic, the school guidance and counseling services should be conducted online. Therefore, this study seeks to identify the types of online media frequently used by school counselors in classical guidance and individual or group counseling, as well as the rationale. This descriptive quantitative study involved 106 school counselors and used an Online Media Usage questionnaire to obtain the data. The results suggest that Google Form and Google Classroom have become the most used applications in classical guidance, while WhatsApp is the most popular application for individual or group counseling. These applications are selected due to the limited internet access, students’ technological literacy, students’ financial state, and privacy assurance, primarily for the counseling process. Therefore, the school counselors mainly provide asynchronous rather than synchronous services during the Covid-19 pandemic. Besides, these results can be the foundation for online guidance and counseling services development. Abstrak : Pandemi Covid-19 memaksa kita untuk menyesuaikan diri agar tetap dapat beraktivitas walau dalam keterbatasan. Dalam bimbingan dan konseling, layanan yang diberikan oleh konselor sekolah saat ini harus dilakukan secara daring karena alasan kesehatan. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui macam media online yang sering digunakan oleh konselor sekolah untuk pelayanan bimbingan klasikal dan konseling individual atau kelompok serta kondisi-kondisi yang melandasi pemilihannya. Penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan desain survei ini melibatkan 106 konselor sekolah sebagai responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan Angket Survei Penggunaan Media Online. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi Google Classroom dan Google Form sering digunakan sebagai media untuk bimbingan klasikal, dan aplikasi WhatsApp untuk konseling individual/kelompok. Sementara kondisi-kondisi yang melandasi pemilihan media online adalah keterbatasan jaringan internet, kemampuan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi peserta didik, kemampuan finansial peserta didik, dan terjaminnya kerahasiaan khususnya untuk konseling. Dari hasil studi ini, dapat diketahui bahwa pada masa pandemi Covid 19 ini pelayanan konselor sekolah cenderung lebih banyak asynchronous daripada synchronous . In this situation, college students have to survive with excellent resilience amid various restraints. This study investigates the poor college students’ resilience phase in online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. With the qualitative inquiry narrative method, this study involved 30 college students from Universitas Mulawarman as the participants. The participants were selected through the purposive sampling technique and interviewed via phone call. The analysis process was carried out using the induction and deduction process, while the analysis was completed based on the field data and referred to the theory in the deduction process. The research results show that college students experience three resilience phases in online learning: survival, adaptation, and recovery. The survival stage occurs in the initial months of online learning, while the adaptation phase occurs in the first six months of online learning. From the tenths month of online learning, students have reached the recovery stage. Following this research finding, guidance and counseling services in the universities are required to facilitate poor students to enhance their survivability during this pandemic. Abstrak : Selama satu tahun pandemi Covid-19 di Indonesia, pembelajaran daring masih dilaksanakan dengan berbagai kendala. Kondisi ini membuat mahasiswa harus bertahan di tengah berbagai keterbatasan. Pada kondisi tersebut, dibutuhkan resiliensi yang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti bagaimana fase resiliensi mahasiswa miskin selama pembelajaran daring di masa pandemi Covid-19. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian kualitatif inkuiri naratif. Subjek penelitian dipilih menggunakan purposive sampling dengan mewawancarai 30 mahasiswa Universitas Mulawarman melalui telepon. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan proses induksi dan deduksi khas inkuiri naratif, dengan tetap berpatokan pada data lapangan namun juga mengacu pada teori sebagai bagian dari proses deduksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa melalui tiga fase dalam menghadapi pembelajaran daring, yaitu survival , adaptation , dan recovery . Masa survival dilalui ketika satu bulan pertama pembelajaran daring. Fase adaptation dilalui ketika telah melalui enam bulan pertama. Di bulan kesepuluh, mahasiswa mencapai fase recovery . The research employed research and development design proposed by Borg and Gall model, which includes identifying aggressive needs and problems, drafting a hypothetical product, and expert and user assessment of the product. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis to describe the level of aggressiveness. In addition, this study uses Cohens Kappa’s inter-rater reliability (IRR) coefficient to identify expert and user agreement on product feasibility. The results of the descriptive analysis show that aggressiveness needs more attention from school counselors, one of which is by implementing peace guidance. The developed guidebook received an assessment from two guidance and counseling experts who have a track record in developing guidance and counseling media. User ratings were obtained from two school counselors who already have educator certificates. Based on expert and user assessments, the peace guidance manual is categorized as suitable for use by school counselors to reduce student aggressiveness. The results of this study should be used as material and consideration for further research to empirically test the peace guidance guidebook’s effectiveness in reducing student aggressiveness. Abstrak : Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengembangkan buku panduan bimbingan kedamaian sebagai media bagi konselor sekolah dalam mereduksi agresivitas siswa. Penelitian menggunakan tahapan penelitian dan pengembangan dengan mengadaptasi model Borg dan Gall yang mencakup tiga tahap, yaitu identifikasi kebutuhan dan permasalahan agresivitas, menyusun draf hipotetik produk, dan penilaian ahli serta pengguna terhadap produk. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif untuk mendeskripsikan tingkat agresivitas. Selain itu, penelitian ini menggunakan inter-rater reliability ( IRR ) koefisien Cohens’s Kappa untuk mengidentifikasi kesepakatan ahli dan pengguna terhadap kelayakan produk. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa agresivitas perlu mendapat perhatian lebih dari konselor sekolah, salah satunya dengan mengimplementasikan bimbingan kedamaian. Buku panduan yang dikembangkan mendapat penilaian dari dua ahli bimbingan dan konseling yang memiliki rekam jejak di pengembangan media bimbingan dan konseling. Penilaian dari pengguna diperoleh dari dua konselor sekolah yang telah memiliki sertifikat pendidik. Berdasarkan penilaian ahli dan pengguna, buku panduan bimbingan kedamaian dikategorikan layak digunakan oleh konselor sekolah untuk mereduksi agresivitas siswa. This study aims to examine the effect of career exploration behavior and parent-child career congruence on career adaptability simultaneously and to see which variables contribute more to career adaptability. The participants involved in this study were final semester college students, starting from sixth semester in four Indonesian cities, namely Jakarta, Bogor, Tangerang, Bekasi, with a total of 538 students. This study used a non-experimental cross-sectional research design because data was only taken once, and non-probability convenience sampling was used. The measuring instruments used are Career Adapt-Abilities Scale, Career Exploration Behavior, and The Adolescent-Parent Career Congruence. The data obtained were then analyzed using a multiple regression test. The results showed that there was a simultaneous significant effect of career exploration behavior and parent-child career congruence on career adaptability. The results also show that career exploration behavior contributes more to career adaptability than parent-child career congruence. The research results can be used for college students to improve the ability of career adaptability through exploration and congruence activities. Abstrak : Adaptabilitas karier dapat membantu mahasiswa untuk menghadapi tugas yang akan muncul pada dunia kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh perilaku eksplorasi karier dan kongruensi karier orang tua-anak pada adaptabilitas karier secara bersamaan dan melihat variabel mana yang lebih berkontribusi pada adaptabilitas karier. Partisipan yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini merupakan mahasiswa semester akhir, mulai dari semester enam di empat kota Indonesia, yakni Jakarta, Bogor, Tangerang, Bekasi, dengan jumlah total 538 mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian non experimental cross-sectional karena pengambilan data hanya diambil sekali, serta menggunakan teknik non-probability convenience sampling . Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah Career Adapt-Abilities Scale , Career Exploration Behavior , dan The Adolescent-Parent Career Congruence . Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara bersamaan perilaku eksplorasi karier dan kongruensi karier orang tua-anak pada adaptabilitas karier. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa kontribusi perilaku eksplorasi karier lebih besar pada adaptabilitas karier dibandingkan kongruensi karier orang tua-anak. That behavior indicates the counselors lack impartial character. Thus, this study aims to develop a guidance and counseling media of Badranaya (multicultural counseling board game) that promote unbiased character, referring to Semar’s great characters. It used modified Borg and Gall development procedures, while its data were obtained through valid and reliable experts assessment questionnaire and impartial character scale. The numerical data analysis results from guidance and counseling experts, as well as educational media development experts, signify that this media is highly feasible to be used. Meanwhile, the qualitative data from experts in the related fields also confirms the media’s feasibility to be adopted as a new educational media breaktrough, primarily in prospective counselors’ education.
