However, in a country, sometimes there is a difference in the influence of the Covid-19 pandemic on one region to another. This study aims to analyze the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the economic performance of provinces in Indonesia. The method used in this research is the descriptive statistical method using secondary data from the Central Bureau of Statistics, related ministries, previous research, and other internet sources. The population in this study were 11 Islamic commercial banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research data was obtained from the annual report for 2015-2019. The results showed that the audit committee has an effect on financial performance as measured by return on assets, while the board of directors, independent commissioners, and islamic supervisory board has no effect on financial performance as measured by return on assets. The sample size is 201 SMEs actors. Methods of data analysis using descriptive analysis, validity and reliability test, and hypothesis test. Data analysis using WarpPLS software version 7.0. The results showed that humor increases innovative work behavior and innovative output. In addition, innovative work behavior also increase innovative output. Furthermore, this study found the effect of humor on innovative output can be mediated by innovative work behavior. The population of this research were companies registered on the Indonesian Stock Exchange 2012 2018. The number of samples were 906 datas consist of 151 companies. The research sample was taken using purposive sampling technique. The datas analysis in this research used descriptive statistical analysis, a test model with the best panel data regression estimation, and multiple analysis. The model test results showed that the best panel data estimation model was the fixed effect model, while the best post data crisis estimation model was the random effect model. The hypothesis test results showed that institutional ownership did not influence with preand post-crisis company values, capital structure has a significant positive effect on preand post-crisis company values, company size had a significant negative effect on pre-crisis company values, and company size did not influence post-company value crisis. The conclusions of this research were that no contradiction about institutional ownership and capital structure to the values of the company both pre and post crisis, while the size of the company was related to the values of the company, where the pre-crisis influenced significant negative effect and post-crisis did not influence. This type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The number of samples used was 100 respondents. The sampling technique used random sampling. The analytical method used is the instrument test (validity and reliability), descriptive analysis test, regression test and path analysis with the SPSS version 23 program. Data collection methods are by means of interviews, observations and questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction and personality have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Job satisfaction and personality have a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Organizational commitment is able to mediate the relationship between job satisfaction and personality on organizational citizenship behavior. Suggestions from this research are that company management needs to reinforce rules and give verbal sanctions to gradual warning letters to employees who are often late, also applies to employees who leave work before the due time. This study used quantitative research by using a purposive sampling method and obtained 12 samples. The data obtained by the annual company financial report of JII companies during 2015-2019.  The method used is descriptive statistical analysis through the classical assumption test to analyze data and multiple linear regression. The methodology used in this study was descriptive qualitative research through the method of the marketing combination 4Ps and Porters five strategic forces theory. The outcome of the analysis provided strategic marketing strategy for all facets of the 4Ps marketing mix, such as product, price, place, and promotion. As five competitive forces are generated based on Porters, the resulting strategic marketing strategy becomes more oriented. This analysis will be useful for the company owner to take the best strategic marketing approach in particular. The results showed that the product, price, place, and promotion had a significant influence on consumer decisions even though the t test results on product, price, and promotion variables had no effect partially. This study aims to describe and analyze macroeconomics of the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI). The sample of this study consisted of 84 data consisting of all population data, namely all data on closing prices at the end of each month from exchange rates, BI Rate, inflation, world oil prices, world gold prices, and the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI) for the period January 2013 - December. 2019. The analysis technique used is the Error Correction Model (ECM). The results showed that in the short term the exchange rate variable had a significant effect on the ISSI, while the BI Rate, inflation, world oil prices and world gold prices had no effect on the ISSI. Career commitment is influenced by several factors such as psychological capital, subjective well-being, and job satisfaction. This study aims to examine the mediating effect of subjective well-being and job satisfaction in the relationship of psychological capital to career commitment. The population in this study were State Civil Servant (ASN) of Regional Secretariat in Banjarnegara. The sampling technique in this study used is saturated sampling technique with a total sample of 112 ASN. Methods of data analysis using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with analysis tools namely SmartPLS 3.0. The results of study indicate that psychological capital has a positive and significant influence on career commitment and also positive and significant on subjective well-being and job satisfaction. In addition, subjective well-being and job satisfaction also have a positive and significant effect on career commitment. Then, subjective well-being and job satisfaction mediate the effect of psychological capital on career commitment. Suggestions for the head of the department to hold training for work of an administrative nature in accordance with their position or duties and to create a pleasant work environment, for example, holding a State Civil Servant (ASN) gathering. This research was conducted in the city of Semarang, and as a population are consumers of Crocodile Junior products in Paragon Mall Semarang. The sample used amounted to 100. Data collection techniques using accidential sampling. Primary data in this study were obtained from the distribution of closed question questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression analysis with the application of SPSS 24. The results showed that the brand communication variable significantly influenced the brand image with a significance of 0,000 <0.05. Brand pronunciation has a significant effect on brand trust with a significance of 0,000 <0.05. Brand image has a significant effect on brand trust with a significance of 0,000 <0.05. Brand trust has a significant effect on brand loyalty with a significance of 0,000 <0.05. Based on the sobel test, the brand image variable can be a moderating variable between brand communication and brand trust with z sobel 6.778> z score 1.96. Besides, brand trust can be a moderating variable between brand communication and brand loyalty with z sobel 3,813> z score 1.96.
