The population in this study was Bukalapak consumers with a sample number of 98 respondents. Sampling methods use convenience sampling techniques. Sample analysis method using Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS 3.0 program. The results showed that e-service quality had a significant and positive effect on trust and satisfaction. Experiential marketing has a significant and positive effect on trust, but experiential marketing has no significant effect on satisfaction. Over the few decades, the concept ‘corporate entrepreneurship’ has gained notable attention among researchers and practitioners as a salient competitive strategy that evokes a firm’s performance. Additionally, the resource-based view of the firm claims that human resources are the prominent enablers of competitive advantage. Notably, a limited but rising body of research has empirically examined the relationship between human resource management practices and corporate entrepreneurship. However, researchers wanting to draw conclusions confront a significant obstacle, as corporate entrepreneurship is not a one-dimensional concept. The overriding purpose of the study is to investigate the relationship between human resource management practices and corporate entrepreneurship. This paper uses a quantitative design; a questionnaire survey method was used to assess human resource management practices and corporate entrepreneurship. Data have been collected through a purposively chosen sample of 169 employees from various SMEs in Sri Lanka. Hypotheses were tested using a partial least squares structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM). The findings show that out of four HRM practices, three practices, viz., employee acquisition, technical training, compensation and incentives system, positively impact corporate entrepreneurship. Ironically, no significant association was found between performance appraisal and corporate entrepreneurship. The total of 82 respondents as sample selected using purposive random sampling techniques. Data collection method in this study uses questionnaire and processed by SPSS Statictics 24. Data are analysed by multiple linear regression analysis, goodness of fit test, and coefficient of determination. Determination coefficient shows that teacher performance at junior high school teacher isriati Ngaliyan Semarang is 87,2% affected by Islamic work ethic, principal's leadership style, motivation. The rest 12,8% is explained by other variables outside this study. Then, Islamic work ethic, principal's leadership style, motivation have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at junior high school teacher isriati ngaliyan Semarang either simultaneously or partially. Previous research generally used big brands as the research context. content distributed by big brands loses credibility, because there are questions whether they are viral because of the brand or the content itself. This study tries to fill the gap by examining the effect of satisfaction on small business content on brand trust and purchase intention. This research was conducted in Surakarta and Yogyakarta during the end of 2021. The respondents were Millennials and Gen- z. These two generations have a high intensity on social media so they are considered reliable to fill out the questionnaire. Samples were taken by non-probability sampling method. The type of non-probability sampling technique used is purposive sampling because there are certain criteria that are required in order to fill out the questionnaire in this study. This research is carried out with a quantitative approach because it intends to test the relationship between variables. Data testing was carried out using the SEM-PLS method. PLS was chosen because this study tested a new model. In this day of globalization, the rapid growth of internet technology brings numerous benefits to its users, one of which is the ability to conduct sales and purchases online. As a result, there is fierce competition among MSMEs, and business actors must devise strategies that satisfy customers. One way to gratify customers is to improve service quality. Mutiareads is an example of an MSMEs that uses the internet to market its products, including new and secondhand books worth reading. Customer satisfaction is measured in this study using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Importance Performance Analysis (CSI) techniques based on the dimensions of reliability, empathy, tangibles, responsiveness, and assurance. The results that will be obtained from the CSI method are the overall satisfaction level of Mutiareads consumers by 86%. Methods of data collection by distributing questionnaires to the RSI Magelang City. The questionnaire was obtained and then tested as many as 80 respondents with the purposive sampling method. The data was then tested using multiple regression analysis and moderated analysis Regression (MRA) to determine the effect of the independent variable and the effect of moderation on the dependent variable with the help of the SPSS version 23 application. The aim of this paper is to analyze the effect of investor herding behavior in extreme market conditions during Covid-19 pandemic on the Indonesia Stock Market. The data used in this study is cross-sectional absolute deviation of stock return and market return. The samples included in the research criteria were 80 companies. The samples were analyzed using CCK2000 method and robustness test using Tan 2008 method with help of the Eviews 12 application. The empirical results of this study found the effect of investor herding behavior during extreme conditions of Covid-19 pandemic (general model) and during bearish market period. Meanwhile, no effect of herding behavior was found during bullish market period on the Indonesian Stock Market. This research was conducted through a survey of 179 employees at one of the consumer goods industrial companies in Bekasi, Indonesia in November 2021, who had worked for more than one year from staff to management positions, by distributing questions electronically. The Smart PLS structural equation model is used to analyze the data. The results of the analysis show that servant leadership and organizational culture had positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior,  servant leadership has an indirect relationship in increasing innovative work behavior, organizational culture and organizational citizenship behavior had positive effect to increase innovative work behavior in consumer goods industry employees. The object of this research is a health center in Magelang Regency. The sample used in this study was 119 respondents with a total sampling technique. The analysis used is descriptive and statistical analysis using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of the study show that work environment ethics has a significant effect on work engagement, organizational justice and organizational trust have no significant effect on work engagement. In addition, organizational trust did not succeed in mediating the relationship between work environment ethics and organizational justice on work engagement.
