The Smart PLS structural equation model is used to analyze the data. The results of the analysis show that servant leadership and organizational culture had positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior,  servant leadership has an indirect relationship in increasing innovative work behavior, organizational culture and organizational citizenship behavior had positive effect to increase innovative work behavior in consumer goods industry employees. 摘要

本研究旨在通过组织公民行为来识别仆人领导与组织文化与创新工作行为之间的关系。这项研究是通过2021年11月对印度尼西亚贝卡西一家消费品工业公司的179名员工进行的调查进行的,他们通过电子方式分发问题,从员工到管理岗位工作了一年多。使用Smart PLS结构方程模型对数据进行分析。分析结果表明,仆人领导和组织文化对组织公民行为有正向影响,仆人领导在增加创新工作行为方面有间接关系,组织文化和组织公民行为对增加消费品行业员工创新工作行为有正向作用。希望本研究可作为进一步研究仆人领导和组织文化通过组织公民行为增加创新工作行为的影响的参考,并可作为实施有效人力资源的考虑因素。
