The population on this study are property, real estate and building construction sector that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2009-2018. The number of samples used were 28 companies with a purposive sampling method. The data studied was obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Methods of data analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results showed that financial flexibility has not significant negative effect on capital structure. Asset structure and firm size have a significant positive effect on capital structure. The profitability and business risk have a significant negative effect on capital structure. Further research is needed to use another proxies such as ROE for profitability variables or standard deviations from ROE for business risk on capital structure and add another sectors or the number of observation periods. The population used in this study are all large subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2009-2018 study period. The sampling technique in this study uses a purposive sampling technique that uses criteria that have been determined by researches in order to obtain a sample of 13 companies. The testing tool used is Partial Least Square (PLS) version 2.0. The result of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence of intellectual capital on the company’s financial performance and intellectual capital also has a positive and significant on the company’s market value.The suggestion in this research is companie wish to consider the use of intellectual capital to improve financial performance and market value of the company. The population in this study was 117 MSME managers. The variables in this study were Knowledge Management, Organizational Performance, Organizational Trust. The method of data analysis used descriptive analysis and path analysis using SPSS version 21 software. The results showed that Knowledge Management and Organizational trust had an effect on Organizational Performance. Knowledge Management affects Organizational Trust. Furthermore ,. Organizational Trust is able to mediate the influence of Knowledge Management on organizational performance. Suggestions for future research are expected to test knowledge management variables with different dimensions such as knowledge sharing and organizational support. From the results of this research, it is hoped that the managerial Umkm will pay more attention to knowledge management and organizational trust in order to achieve optimal organizational goals. To improve knowledge management skills, management needs to attend training and seminars held by the government and other private parties. For most people, an intentional or unintentional mistake by a service company is a service company’s service failure. If there is a service failure, the hotel cannot avoid it. On the other hand, the hotel has to carry out proper service recovery to customers who have been disappointed. The purpose of this study is to find out the impact of customer satisfaction, customer trust, and customer commitment on service recovery for four-star hotels in Semarang City. The sample in this study amounted to 57 respondents or customers. This study was analyzed using multiple linear regression includes the T-test, F test, and the coefficient of determination. Based on the results of the research and discussions, it can conclude that there is an effect of customer satisfaction on service recovery, there is an effect of customer trust on service recovery also there is an effect of customer commitment on service recovery. Service Recovery has an impact on customer satisfaction, customer trust, customer commitment. Therefore, managers must pay attention to every employee to provide the best services to avoid the slightest failure because when the service recovery felt by consumers, so customer satisfaction, customer trust, and customer commitment to four-star hotels in Semarang. The type and design of the research used in this study is quantitative research. Sampling in this study using a saturated sampling system and obtained the sample size that must be used is 70 employees. The analytical method used is the test instrument (validity and reliability), classic assumption test, and hypothesis testing with IBM SPSS Verse 23 and mediation testing with Sobel test. Application methods of data collection using interviews, quetionnares, and literature studies. The result of this study show that all of seven hypotheses were accepted. Therefore could be known that spiritual leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Quality of work life has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Spiritual leadership has a positive and significant effect on performance. Quality of work life has a positive dan significant effect on performance. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on performance. Organizational commitment is able to mediate the relationship between spiritual leadership and performance. And organizational commitment is able to mediate the relationship between quality of work life and performance. The type and design of research used in this study is quantitative research. Sampling in this study using proportional sampling sampling technique and Obtained sample size that must be used is 118 female nurses who are married, the analytical method used is the instrument test (validity and reliability), classic assumption test, and hypothesis testing with the application of SPSS 23. Data collection methods using interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies. The results of this study indicate that five hypotheses were accepted, and two hypotheses were rejected. So it can be seen that work family conflict has a negative and not significant effect on life satisfaction. Work engagement has a positive and significant effect on life satisfaction. Work family conflict has a negative and significant effect on work life balance. Work engagement has a positive and significant effect on work life balance. Whereas the work life balance is only Able to mediate the relationship between work engagement and life satisfaction. Suggestions for future research are to develop other variables that can mediate the relationship of work family conflict in the life satisfaction of female nurses, for example social support. While the advice for the hospital is to reduce the activities that make-female nurses so tired, and provide time off when it is Necessary to reduce conflicts that occur. The study population was manufacturing sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2015 to 2018. There were 61 companies sampled using purposive sampling techniques. The analytical method uses multiple linear analysis and moderated Regression analysis. The results showed the Firm Size variable had a significant positive effect and the DER variable had no significant positive effect while the ROE and PER variables had no significant negative effect on return defensive stocks. The MRA test states that the Dividend Payout Ratio variable strengthens the effect of Firm Size on return defensive stocks while the ROE, DER and PER variables are weakened by the effect on return defensive stocks by dividend policy. Future studies are expected to use other variables that might increase or decrease stock returns. There are two models that can be used to predict bankruptcy of companies, that is Altman model (Z-score) and Ohlson model. This study aims to determine the accuracy of the Altman model (Z-Score) and Ohlson’s model in predicting bankruptcy of delisting companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2015-2019 period.The population in this study were all of delisting companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2015-2019 period, totaled 17 companies. The number of samples used in this study were 8 companies, by using purposive sampling method. Data analysis used data processing application SPSS version 25. The results showed that accuracy of the Altman model is 58.3%, while the Ohlson model is 79.2%. The conclusion of this research Ohlson model has the highest accuracy that compared to Altman model in predicting bankruptcy at delisting companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2015-2019 period, with accuracy values of Ohlson model is 79.2% and 58.3% for the Altman model. For further researchers, it is expected to increase the number of samples of companies studied and extend the research periods in order to provides more accurate results, and combining the Altman and Ohlson models with other bankruptcy prediction models that can be applied in companies in Indonesia. In industrial level, the concept of industry 4.0 has been introduced and applied by most developed countries. Meanwhile, the developing countries are preparing themselves to adopt this new concept and increase their competitiveness in the global market. Indonesia is not excluded from this euphoria. However a lack of regional economic study becomes barrier, especially the readiness of Indonesia to adopt industry 4.0 remains a big question. This study aims to provide a descriptive analysis of Indonesia readiness for industry 4.0 based on its economic and information communication and technology (ICT) development at provincial level. Data visualization and regional economic portfolio matrix analysis method were employed to analyze secondary data from various valid and reliable sources. Jakarta, East Java, West Java, Central Java, Riau, Banten, South Sulawesi and East Kalimantan becomes the most promising provinces with gross regional domestic product and ICT development index above average. Meanwhile, North Sumatra has gross regional domestic product above the average but ICT development index below the average. Reversely, provinces like West Sumatra, South Kalimantan, North Sulawesi, West Papua, Bali, Riau Islands, Yogyakarta and North Kalimantan have ICT development index above the average but gross regional domestic product below the average. The other provinces out of those that are already mentioned still need to spend more effort to increase its economic performance and ICT development within their region. Industry has to cooperate with government in developing economic from the existing market penetration and create more innovative product that meets the new era of industrial revolution. Then it will attract more investors to come and develop ICT infrastructures, which will eventually change the consumer’s behavior into more digitalized society. The sample for this study consisted of 235 employees of PT. Djarum Brak Sekarjati Jepara calculated using the purposive random sampling method. Data collection methods using the questionnaire method which is measured using a Likert scale. Regression analysis showed that there is a positive influence between adaptive behavior with employee productivity, there is a posisitif influence between the working environment and employee productivity, and a positive influence between training and employee productivity. Based on these results meal can be interpreted that the employees of PT. Djarum Brak Sekarjati has good adaptive behavior. This is supported by the environment and good training provided by the company to employees.
