The objective of the article is to identify problems, opportunities and priorities for the development of green areas of Ukrainian cities.\u0000\u0000Methods. The results of scientific research are obtained using a set of general and special research methods, namely: theoretical generalization (to study the essence of the definition of «green zone of the city»), factor analysis, systems analysis and synthesis (to determine the functions of green zones of cities and ways to measure economic value of green areas), statistical method (for processing and analysis of information on the structure of green areas of Ukraine, landscape-urbanization structure of green areas of cities and processing of statistical data on compliance with sanitary norms on green areas) abstract-logical method (in determining the main problems, opportunities and priorities for the development of urban green areas), abstract-theoretical method (for theoretical generalization and formation of conclusions).\u0000\u0000Results. The study finds that the green zone of the city should be considered as a set of various greenery, which are a functional component of the spatial organization of the city and suburban area, and determines that the main functions of urban green areas are economic, environmental and social, which are implemented in such areas: economic development, protection and rehabilitation of the urban environment, recreation and tourism, architectural planning, protection and preservation of landscapes. According to the results of processing and analysis of statistical data on the structure of green areas of Ukraine and landscape-urbanization structure of green areas of cities, it is established that in the structure of green areas of Ukrainian cities the area is 45 %, limited use and special purpose are 30 % and 25 % respectively, the ratio of green areas of public use shows that the area of parks of culture and recreation, urban parks and squares is almost 41 %, embankments and boulevards — 20 %, water parks, meadows, forest parks — 13 % and other facilities — 33 %. Based on the analysis, it is determined that only 16.7 % of cities adhere to sanitary norms on the area of green plantations in cities, and 25 % of cities have an indicator lower than the average in Ukraine. According to the results of the study, the absence of a national policy for the development of green areas of the city is established and ways to form effective green and recreational spaces of Ukrainian cities are proposed.

Determination of the vectors of influence of social infrastructure on the state of the labor sphere and the level of development of the labor potential, development of measures to increase its role in the reproduction of the workforce.\u0000\u0000Methods. General scientific methods were used as research methods: comparison, analysis and synthesis, generalization, analytical, descriptive, typification, grouping.\u0000\u0000Results. The concept and role of social infrastructure in the national economy is defined, the author's definition is given. It was determined that the satisfaction of vital needs of the population largely depends on the efficiency of functioning and development of social infrastructure. This makes it possible to improve the quality of life of citizens by ensuring proper conditions for work, recreation, and cultural and educational level. The key goal of the functioning of the social infrastructure is the creation of a complex of life benefits necessary for the expanded reproduction of the labor force. It was established that the social infrastructure is part of the economic complex of each administrative-territorial unit, and therefore is a component of its functional and territorial structures. The functional structure reflects the composition and ratio of groups of objects that perform certain functions in the economic complex, and the territorial structure reflects various forms of spatial concentration of objects and their territorial associations. All elements of social infrastructure are considered from the point of view of their classification according to various characteristics (purpose, sources of formation, location, accessibility for the population, specifics of financing, form of ownership, organizational and legal form). The tasks that the development of social infrastructure is aimed at solving, and the main functions in terms of its influence on the labor sphere, have been established. Two aspects of the development of social infrastructure are indicated: the first shows the effectiveness of using material opportunities to improve the quality of life of the population and reflects the level of socio-economic development of the state, and the second shows the reverse side of the role of social infrastructure in the development of a certain territory from the point of view of providing it with labor resources. The state of development of social infrastructure in Ukraine is assessed.

The objective of the study is to develop and implement a business model of environmental marketing in the motor transport enterprise.\u0000\u0000Methods. A set of known scientific methods is applied to achieve the goal of the study. The method of logical synthesis is used to study scientific thought on the environmentalization of society and the use of environmental marketing. The method of constructing schemes and models is used to visualize the results of the study and their schematic representation. The study also uses data from two marketing studies to identify and link between real problems in environmental marketing.\u0000\u0000Results. The article examines the current state of the ecological state of Ukraine and identifies the main air pollutants - industry and vehicles. The analysis of scientific works shows that the problem of using environmental marketing by motor transport enterprise is insufficiently disclosed and needs further study. Based on marketing research data, priority measures to improve air quality in Ukraine are identified. Environmental issues are increasingly worrying consumers of road transport services and require rethinking of the business model of modern marketing, which today is the philosophy of any business organization. The main goal of environmental marketing is to prevent or reduce environmental pollution through methods of promoting and selling environmentally friendly products or services. This will help to strengthen the competitive position of motor transport enterprise and increase profits by greening production.\u0000\u0000The article offers a modern business model of environmental marketing. The model is formed of seven basic elements that will help motor transport enterprise in running a modern business. To implement each of the proposed elements of the business model, the mechanism and components of implementation are improved. The developed business model of ecological marketing will lead to the improvement of the ecological condition of the state and help motor transport enterprises to enter the new ecological market of goods and services.

The objective of the article is the determination of trends and forecasting the impact of globalization trends on the innovative development of national economies.\u0000\u0000Methods. In the process of the research, the following general scientific methods are applied: comparison, generalization, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, concretization, systematization.\u0000\u0000Results. It is determined that innovation and creativity are becoming the main success factors of national economic systems. And the strategic management of innovations is the most important task of the company's anti-crisis policy. The reasons for the low level of innovative activity are the shortcomings of the regulatory and legal framework, the high cost of attracting credit funds, the lack of a strategic vision of the future development of the company's activities by the managers of the enterprises. The problem is also the low level of budgetary financing of innovative developments, the lack of incentives from the state for enterprises. Investments in new technologies are providing higher returns than the industry average, and the structure of the economy is also changing. Legal, ethical, aesthetic and moral standards are dynamically changing. The level of education and health care is increasing. Also, the spread of innovations connects various socio-economic subjects into a single entity. One of the factors of increasing the competitiveness and efficiency of the economy at all its levels is the introduction of innovations. The innovation policy of a state should provide for the stimulation of innovation at the state and regional levels, involvement in global innovation networks, investment in research and development, improvement of the regulatory and legal environment, determination of priorities for innovation development at the state and regional levels etc. Globalization opens up opportunities to overcome the technological gap and introduce innovations to increase the competitiveness of the national economy. The main trends of the impact of globalization aspects of development on the innovative development of national economies are determined. The asymmetry of the innovative development of national economies in the conditions of globalization is studied. The reasons for the low level of innovation activity of national economies are established. The important tasks of the state innovation policy and the effective mechanisms and promising trends of the development of the innovative economies of the world are determined. According to the results of the study, it is substantiated that the most representative and authoritative among the indicators that allow to assess the level of development of e-government is the indicator of EGDI; this indicator is calculated on the basis of three complex indicators: the volume and quality of online services, the development of online services (OSI), the state of development of telecommunications infrastructure (TII), human capital (HCI); the EGDI value varies from 0 to 1, where 0 is the minimum value, and 1 is the maximum one. Countries of the world are differentiated according to the value of EGDI into four groups: countries with a very high and high level of e-government development, countries with medium and low level of e-government development. It is established that in 2010-2020: the level of development of e-government in the world increased (if in 2010 the average EGDI in the world was 0,45, in 2020 it was 0,6); there were significant country and macro-regional asymmetries and disparities in the development of e-government. It is substantiated that the undisputed leader among macro-regions in terms of development and speed of transformations aimed at the development of e-government was Europe, the outsider was Africa; the most significant success in the development of e-government in the world was achieved in ensuring the development of human capital, the least — in ensuring the development of telecommunications infrastructure, although the most dynamic transformations in macro-regions were in this direction.
