Stress experienced by EFL novice teachers occurs because of internal or external factors. Stress which cannot be regulated will result in teacher burnout that can lead them to leave the profession. This qualitative study intended to investigate EFL novice teachers’ stress factors and coping strategies which influence their professional identity construction. The data was obtained by conducting an in-depth interview with three EFL novice teachers. The findings showed that EFL novice teachers experienced stress because of three factors, namely, personal, interpersonal, and organization factors. Despite feeling stress, EFL novice teachers demonstrated their abilities to cope with the circumstances. The participants elaborated how they cope with the situations as well as how stress factors influenced their identity as teachers. That 44 startups were categorized as Unicorn in 2020. Rather than just referring to the analysis of EdTech's functions that help schools conventionally, this study also looks at the theory of economic-based interaction between education-based organizations that threaten schools' meaning and function that shift during this pandemic to online. Based on this premise, we can identify the features of EdTech, which overlap with conventional schools. Our method is conducting Descriptive Analysis based on observed data derived from validated formal research and put them into three dimensional business model patterns to get evidence of the organization’s strategic or tactical operations. This research aims to address whether the emerging of EdTech firms becomes a threat to traditional schools. This work also finds the core value, which drives student's motivation toward learning outcomes in Indonesia. Based on the research, superior ICT technology adaptation plays an essential key in educational activities. It means that EdTech can provide dependence on schools which not yet comply with these features so that when they had cooperation, EdTech can direct or even changing the school’s original values. However, assessment programs of various international institutions and the Ministry of Education & Culture show that students in Indonesia are still low in their reading ability, in this case reading comprehension skills. For this reason, through this literature study, the problems and solutions are examined based on various library sources. The results of the literature study show that there are different standards between the teaching of reading in education in Indonesia and the standards used by various international institutions in measuring students' reading skills. This study uses ADDIE model, there are 5 stages namely analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation. The instrument was validated by material expert, instructional materials expert, and linguists. Then the revised worksheet was tested on the subject as a trial to find out the attractiveness and effectiveness. The validation result from the material expert was 90.67% in valid criteria, from the teaching material expert was 73.33% in criteria, and from the linguists were 93.33% in valid criteria. The attractiveness results 91.71% from students in interesting criteria and 85.71% from teachers. The aim of this study was to determine the impact of the time token learning model on improving students' learning outcomes. The method used in this study is an experimental method using a research design called One Group Pretest-Postets Design, which uses one class as an experimental class with data collection techniques in the form of test questions. The data analysis used is a simple test of linear regression analysis. Innovation and creativity are needed to update and develop existing products or those that want to be developed according to changing times. Picture books that emphasize character values in accordance with the vision and mission of one Kindergarten located in Central Jakarta are very urgent to develop because, at the school , there is no character education book with the value of servite et amate. This was revealed by the teacher through an interview. Based on observations, it was also found that there was indeed no character education book that was in accordance with the school's vision and mission. Picture storybooks are interrelated books between images and text which are the unity of a story. This study uses the research and development method, with the ADDIE model. The data collection techniques used were instrument validation sheets and feedback tests for children. Through the 4 stages of evaluation from experts, the results of the final validation from design experts, linguists and content experts/material get a value of 100% with a very feasible category. From the results of the trials conducted on 2 different classes of treatment, it was shown that this story book illustrated with Layanilah and Cintailah has benefits for kindergarten children. This is evidenced by the mean obtained from the class without the product, namely four questions that get the highest mean value. The other three questions get a low mean. Ideally, the attitude domain assessment uses attitude measurement instruments, which include components of cognition, affection, and conation. Cognition is related to beliefs (beliefs, ideas, and concepts). The affection component concerns a person's emotional life, while the conation component is a tendency to behave. The three components of attitude do not stand alone, but interact with one another in a complex way. To overcome this problem, direction needs to be prepared for the correct attitude assessment instrument, especially containing the nature of attitudes and their differences with behavior, how to measure attitudes, and how to arrange the attitude scale of the Likert model. This research was included in pre- experimental research with one group pre-test post-test design research. The research was conducted in SMP IT Masjid Syuhada Yogyakarta and the subjects were 20 students who lacked self-control. The data were obtained from the result of the scale used to measure the self control of internet usage. The instrument validity was determined by expert judgment. The instrument reliability was determined by Alpha Cronbach's results. The data analysis technique used t-test. The results of data analysis showed a significant change in 20 students of SMP IT Masjid Syuhada. The result of pre-test  was 142.1, and the post-test  was 159.6. The t-test was 9.447. There is a difference if p sig <0.05 and t arithmetic> t table (N 20 = 2.093). This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The research subjects were 47 elementary school student teachers of FKIP Satya Wacana Christian University, who took realistic mathematics courses. The data collection techniques in this study were tests of college students' critical thinking skills in groups. Critical thinking test results are analyzed by describing college students' thinking abilities. A descriptive qualitative research were designed through survey method which involved the 6th grade students as the population from elementary schools in Ruteng.   Simple random sampling was employed to determine four elementary schools as samples;  those schools were SDK Ruteng 1, SDK Ruteng 3, SDI Wae Ri'i, and SDI Karot. The data were collected through a questionnaire while the data analysis technique was based on Miles and Huberman models which covers reduction, data display, and conclusion / verification. The data were validated in triangulation test, namely: theory triangulation, data triangulation, and expert triangulation. The results of the study showed that the average score of environmental care attitudes of the 6th students’ in Ruteng was 77.81 in a good category. Meanwhile, the average of attitude score components covering the cognition component was 80.3 in the excellent  category,  affection component was 80.05 in the excellent category, and the conation component was 73.1 in the good category. Based on four elementary school samples, those results were consistently found and  the environmental care score on the conation component was lower than the other two components. This indicates that cognitive and affective factors do not necessarily affect on students' conations.
