Muthalib","doi":"10.32520/judek.v10i1.1969","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.32520/judek.v10i1.1969","url":null,"abstract":"Abah Lukmanul Hakim (Abah) ketika mudanya pernah mengenyam pendidikan di Mekkah, sekembalinya ke tanah air Abah mengajar agama kepada masyarakat di sekitarnya, disamping mengajar, dia juga bertani kelapa. Ketika semua jenis pertanian masayarakat di tempat tinggal Abah (Seberang Pasar Enok Inhil) sering dimangsa oleh gerombolan (babi-babi hutan), sehingga hasil pertanian mereka otomatis menurun. Abah melihat kondisi yang sangat merugikan tersebut, dia berinisiatif memelihara anjing dengan tujuan, agar semua jenis tanam-tanaman di kebun mereka bisa “aman.” Namun langkah Abah itu sepontan mendapat respon dari masyarakat, dengan kata-kata yang “tidak layak” terhadap Abah, tetapi di antara mereka itu tidak ada yang berani berhadapan langsung dengan Abah, mereka beranggapan bahwa Abah Lukman “salah dalam mengambil langkah,” kenapa memelihara anjing ? sementara dia sendiri nota-bene alumni Mekkah ?! \u0000Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari jawaban dari apa yang dipersoalkan di tengah masyarakat Inhil tersebut di atas. Dalam penelitian ini menemukan jawaban bahwa seorang muslim ternyata boleh hukumnya memelihara anjing, selama ada hajat tertentu. Misalnya, pelihara anjing untuk kepentingan berburu, menjaga hewan ternak, dan menjaga tanam-tanaman (kebun). Berdasarkan temuan ini, umat Islam tidak dilarang memelihara anjing.Justru hukum Islam itu flexibel, ketika kondisi normal (tanpa ada alasan tertentu) memelihara anjing hukumnya haram, akan tetapi ketika kondisi tidak normal, maka hukum pelihara anjing boleh. Jadi apa yang dilakukan Abah tersebut secara tidak langsung dia ingin memberikan pencerahan kepada masyarakat dengan cara halus, bahwa dalam menyikapi setiap fenomena itu jangan selalu berfikir dalam kondisi normal, tetapi kita juga harus melihat kondisi tidak normal, bagaimana hukum Islam itu memberikan alternatif. Sebagaimana diketahui masyarakat kita banyak yang bekerja di sektor perkebunan. Arus globalisasi tentuk membawa dampak positif dan  negatif bagi masyarakat dunia. Untuk mengantisipasi dari dampak tersebut, dituntut peran Pendidikan Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPS), karena Pendidikan IPS  sangat erat kaitannya dengan isu-isu sosial yang terjadi di tengah-tengah masyarakat. Disamping itu, materi pembelajaran  Pendidikan IPS  sangat erat kaitannya  dengan nilai-nilai sosial dan nilai-nilai budaya bangsa. Dalam memecahkan masalah sosial, Pendidikan IPS harus ikut berperan aktif. Salah satu pendekatan yang dapat digunakan untuk memecahkan masalah sosial ini melalui pendekatan reflective inquiry. Melalui  pendekatan  reflective inquiry, para siswa diajarkan bagaimana menggunakan keterampilan sosial untuk memecahkan masalah-masalah faktual yang terjadi dalam kehidupan sehari-hari di tengah-tengah masyarakat. Pendidikan IPS harus dapat membantu siswa mengontrol diri dalam kehidupan dan menerapkan tata nilai tersebut dalam berperilaku di tengah-tengah masyarakat. Pendidikan IPS harus mampu  mengembangkan masyarakat menjadi warga negara yang baik, akrab dengan semua unsur lingkungan, bersifat arif dan bijaksana  dalam membina hubungan, mengeksplorasi, dan mengembangkan berbagai bentuk unsur lingkungan budaya yang ada. Pendidikan IPS tidak hanya menekankan pada pengembangan aspek kognitif seperti kemampuan penguasaan konsep atau teori ilmu-ilmu sosial, kemampuan berfikir kritis dan analitis, atau menguasai keterampilan sosial saja, melainkan juga dapat mengembangkan aspek afektif siswa yang meliputi pengembangan sikap, nilai dan moral siswa.  Pendekatan reflective inquiry akan mendorong siswa menggunakan pemikiran yang lebih kritis dan kreatif untuk memecahkan masalah-masalah sosial dan berpartisipasi secara lebih aktif di tengah-tengah  masyarakat. (2) To find out the factors that influence the development of moral intelligence of students in schools at 33 Halmahera Selatan State Junior High School. The subjects of this study were the Principals, Teachers and Students of SMP Negeri 33 Halmahera Selatan. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and documentation study. The results of this study: the efforts of the teacher in developing the moral intelligence of students are important to note because it is a method used to find out how the moral intelligence of students is when interacting in the school, family, and community environment in the teaching and learning process in the classroom. able to understand the material being taught and be able to apply it in everyday life. As a form of effort in developing students' moral intelligence, it can be seen from the attitude of piety, discipline, obedience, responsibility, and honesty of students. Basically, the awareness of students is needed, because awareness of the importance of moral intelligence will bring students to good things. If students are aware of the importance of moral values, students will be aware of the laws they get if they violate school rules, students as students can certainly distinguish between good or bad things, and actions that are allowed or prohibited. There are two variables in this study, namely the independent variable is the Reading Questioning And Answering (RQA) Learning Model and the dependent variable is Metacognitive Skills and Cognitive Learning Outcomes. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The form of research used is a quasi-experimental research design with pretest posttest control group design. Data collection techniques using the Metacognitive Awareness Inventory (MCAI) Questionnaire, Cognitive Learning Outcomes Test and Documentation. This research is a research development or Research and Development (R&D). The sample of this study consisted of two classes, namely XI IPA-1 as an experimental class and Class XI IPA-2 as a control class with 36 students. The instrument used was an essay test for science process skills and for cognitive learning outcomes in the form of a multiple choice test (PG). ). Analysis of the data using data analysis of the feasibility of learning devices and normality test, homogeneity assisted by SPSS while hypothesis testing using the Anacova test. The research methodology used is a survey with lane analytical techniques in testing the thesis. This study used samples of about 96 state high school teachers to take simple random samples (simple random samples). This research was conducted in the North Jakarta area. Based on the details of the thesis test, the research results can be broken down as follows: (1) there is a direct positive impact of rewards on job understanding; (2) there is a direct positive impact of rewards on organizational loyalty; and (3) there is a direct impact of positive job understanding on organizational loyalty. The purpose of this study was to find out how the live survival strategy for street children and to find out the efforts to assist street children by the Setara Foundation in Semarang City. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research. The data sources in this study were four street children who lived on the streets for more than 2 years and a manager of the Semarang City Setara Foundation. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Validity checking technique using source triangulation. The research located at the Tugu Muda area of Semarang City and the Setara Foundation office. The results of this study are a form of the subject's survival strategy by applying active survival strategies by working on the streets from an early age independently, such as selling newspapers and tissues, passive survival strategies by saving food or eating with potluck dishes, and network survival strategies by maintaining relationships with other street children. The handling carried out by the Setara Foundation involves children that considered at risk of streets life and children that is already involving at streets in various activities, such as preventing children who are at risk of taking to the streets and becoming victims of CSEC, involving children in alternative education, developing children's forums, developing child protection networks, and legal assistance to street children, especially those who are exploited, children in conflict with the law, and sexual violence. In this study obtained results including Student learning motivation in following the learning process consists of intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation, overall learning motivation Students have less good motivation in carrying out the learning process and learning activities.  So, there needs to be increased motivation from inside and outside himself.
