It is so important that Holy Qur’an praised Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH) as the bearer of good ethics. Unethical activities in economic matters put a very bad impression on society. We should be very much realistic to confess the fact that unethical activities are very common in trade in our society. In this article, guidance is provided to the people who are involved in business activities. Moreover, the duties of a state regarding trade ethics are elaborated. Fairness in business is so important that the development of a society depends on it. Golden principles were given by Holy Prophet (PBUH) about trade and commerce but these are forgotten by the Muslims. The significant feature of Shariah is to provide non-Muslims the freedom to exercise their religion in an Islamic state. The paper discusses non-Muslim’s worship places that are established in an Islamic society.  The objective of this research is to remove misunderstandings created by International media on current issues against Islamic teachings, Muslim jurists debate on Shariah perspective regarding the status of construction or erection of worship places. This present paper divided the debate on three major issues which are addressed by the Muslim jurist in today’s conflicting scenario. Firstly, Religious freedom to exercise non-Muslim’s faith in an Islamic state, secondly rulings for non-Muslim’s worship places on Islamic Lands, and lastly rebuilding and construction of non-Muslim’s worship places in a multi-faith society. A descriptive and analytical approach has been adopted for juristic opinions. The paper examines these debates by Muslim jurists of the Sunni school of thought and concludes that Shariah has granted non-Muslim’s right to construct or upright their worship places in their majority ruler area. It is the principle of the Islamic system that if there is no clear text in the Quran and Hadith in any issue related to the individual or the society, the country, or the nation, then consultation is the most essential element of its solution. Shariah has directed that in all cases where there is no clear text in the Quran and Hadith, instead of deciding on one's own and relying on one's intellect, one should seek the opinion of experts in the relevant field. If the heart is inclined to adopt it while trusting in Allah then adopt it, it is interpreted as Shura. His name was Amer Bin Jashm bin Malik, and it was said Al Harith, and as for Al Aslat, it was his father’s title. He was a great poet from the poets of Al-Auos Jahiliyyah, as Ibn Salam Al Jamhi considered him one of the stallions of poetry Al-Madinah Al-Five. He was wise and of good opinion and led his people in the war. He thought that who ran away from Moses, and the Lord of perfect servants, who is like that? So, he said: \"The Lord of the servants is the God of Moses. This poetry indicates uniformity in four aspects because the expression Lord, the servants, the god of Moses, and to avoid the difficult, etc.”. Each of them denotes monotheism and its detail. This is because the Lord is the self who grows and raises everything and increases it day by day until he reaches him to his intended home. In short, that monotheism was an ignorant poetic topic. Abu Qais bin Al Aslat Al Auosi was from Al Hanafi. His knowledge of religious issues was wide and wide. The remainder of himself, his qualities, and the belongings of his qualities were transmitted in the Jahili Arabs. Muslims believe that the Qur'ān is safe from any kind of tampering. It is preserved in the form of a book and memorized. Along with the revelation of the Quran, its writing was arranged. Its arrangement is the same as that ordered by Almighty Allah. But orientalists have emphasized the need to bring the Qur'ān into line with their books to prove that the Qur'anic text has no credibility. Arthur Jeffrey, who is one of the most prominent figures in contemporary literature, has access to the Qur’ān and its related sciences. Jeffrey's main point of view regarding the Qur'ān is that its text was not fixed. According to Arthur Jeffrey, when the Prophet (PBUH) died, the nation had no revelation in the form of book. The Prophet (PBUH) failed to present the Qur'ān in its compiled and complete form. After his death, his successors compiled it. The main purpose of this paper is to critically review Arthur Jeffrey's objections and to clarify what the purpose and background of his objections are. Those are Ḥadd, Qiṣāṣ, Diyat and Taʿzīr. The Ḥadd, in principle being a right of ALLĀH, no compromise, settlement, forgive or waiver is possible. The homicide with deliberate intent entails Qiṣāṣ, but the heirs of the deceased who have a right to demand Qiṣāṣ may waive it. Punishments for crimes other than dealt with as Ḥadūd or Qiṣāṣ are included in Taʿzīr. One or more punishments are awarded as deemed proper and necessary by Qāḍī, looking to the nature of the crime and its circumstance. Islamic punishment, in its nature, is a deterrent as well as a formative. In this research paper, the criminal law of Islam and its objectives are brought under discussion. The source of Islamic jurisprudence is known as “Adilatil ahkam (ادلۃ الاحکام). According to Mulana Taqi Ameeni these sources are twelve in number. There are three kinds of these sources. One kind of these sources is that on which all Muslims and their Mujtahedeens are agreed. These sources are Quran and Sunnah. The second kind of these sources is that on which majority of Muslim Imams are agreed. These are Ijma and Qias. The third kind of these sources is that on which religious scholars are different. According to some Islamic scholars Istehsan, masalah mursala, urf,Taamul e Madina are independent sources of Islamic jurisprudence. But some religious scholars did not consider them as a source of Islamic Jurisprudence.
