So, certain rules and disciplines are fixed which secure the public property. A person alone cannot fulfill his requirements. Therefore, Shari’ah adopts the way of sale. In which with their compromise one can use the good or property of the other and can get it in his custody. The matter of sale should be unconditional, but various narrations of Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH) mention buying and selling with a condition. There are different opinions of jurists (Fuqaha) due to different Narrations. They have divided the conditions into several types and briefly explained each of them. The most important of these are those which are customary in society but against the requirements of the contract. This study seeks to answer the question as to which jurist's opinion on the issue is based on convenience and how to adopt it. Therefore, after a thorough investigation of the issue, the views of the jurists have been analyzed in the contemporary situation so that an effective solution can be reached. The purpose of this study is to select a better solution keeping in view the contemporary economy. It is also helpful in the formation of Contemporary Jurisprudence. The research concludes that such a condition should be allowed in view of the modern economy. However, the consent of the parties is required for this. For better comprehension of imitation, it is necessary to have perception. Intellect is helpful for imitation to interpret comprehensively. There is no dissension in imitation but for Intellect having a difference in way of thinking and intelligence quotient, there might be dissension. In Islamic Jurisprudence, there are five schools of Fiqh (Ḥanafī, Mālḳī, Shafi՚ī, Ḥanblī, and Ẓāhirī). Each one has its principles of interpretation. There is a dire need for comparison among these schools of Fiqh. In this article, it has been tried to compare the principles of interpretation between the Hanafi and Zaheri schools of Fiqh. Islamic law regulates the practical affairs of life such as virtual laws, family matters, financial matters, banking laws, judicial proceeding affairs, inheritance, and criminal laws. In this article, an introduction of both jurisprudential scholars, Imam AbŪ Ḥanīfa and Imam AbŪ Dawud Ẓāhirī including their famous students who have a great contribution, has been discussed. A valuable discussion has also been done on their principles of interpretation. These two schools of Fiqh have two different origins and places, but both follow Qu՚rān, Sunnah/Ḥadith, and Ijmā՚ as the primary sources of interpretation while other sources such as Qiyās, Istiḥsan, Shara՚ mā Qabl, Urf are quite different. Psychosocial nurturing of adolescents is correlated with parenting and personality development speculations. While examining psychology, it comes with the idea of spirit, heart, and intelligence. Islam itself is involved in human psychology as it examines these parts of human character and their role in life. Islam enlightens the significance of carrying out good acts and staying away from committing sins. Endeavors to reestablish the ethics of adolescents and guide them to the right path dependent on the guidance from the Quran should begin from birth until they develop into adulthood. The Quran used various manners to guide people from direct and circuitous talk, dialogue, speech, story-telling, and so forth. Story-telling is among the unique styles utilized in the Quran that can be found in an assortment of ways, for example, by utilization of emotional exchange or characterization. Moreover, the Quran presents messages and qualities as examples and suggestions to its readers that immensely attract adolescents. This article attempts to discuss and examine how the Quran utilizes stories in imparting ethical lessons. A welfare state recognizes the security of its citizens as a priority and takes solid steps for it. In the olden days, the states were limited to the interests of the rulers; gradually there were born enlightened human beings who introduced new ideas to the state which improved human life. A new concept was introduced in the state system called the welfare state. For a welfare state, as far as the individuals are important to control all the systems in a state, in which the rules and regulations/principles also have far rich importance in any state. So, the selection of proper/eligible individuals for such a regulatory welfare state is necessary. If any state set aside the basic eligibility criteria while appointing any responsible administrative slot then it will cause the destruction of that state gradually as well society at the end. The aggregate supplication of every one of the Muslims in the Mosque is viewed as an image of reliability. Meeting over and over is a watchman deed of general and uncommon relations. One of the significant errands of the Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) was to fortify the pride and regard of a lady as a gender orientation through improving and reinforcing social considerations and qualities. The ladies assume a significant and indispensable part in the arrangement of Islamic culture. It is an exercise conveying the source that assuming it is remedied, an efficient and absolutely society can be framed. The Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) energized the ladies separated from partaking the aggregate petition with every one of the Muslims in a mosque to take part in the aggregate strict, instructive and social exercises. The ladies were offered the freedom to assume a dynamic part in different social exercises. The Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) in his several sayings permitted to go to the mosque for congregational prayers. But along with this, there are some other sayings of the Prophet (ﷺ), which show that women are more likely to pray in some corner of their home. In present circumstances, the relationship of women has been completely diminished with the mosque. Women are an important part of society and it is very hazardous to isolate them from taking part in religious activities of the society. It is also urgent to strengthen women's role in the relationship with educational institutions like mosques and schools. When for the cause of getting an education the woman is coming out of the house and it is encouraged them to achieve education, but it looks unreasonable that they are discouraged to go to the mosque to say a prayer in congregation. When the state and society have made arrangements for their protection everywhere, then why it is not possible to manage women's protection in mosques to the prayer in congregation. Children's literature can be meant in building Islamic character. Discussion focuses on how literature can be brought into the curriculum in helping to develop character traits in a meaningful manner. Children's literature gradually forms character traits and attitudes that everyone is proud to acknowledge. There is considerable disagreement about what children’s literature is, in particular, “good children’s literature” very little appears to have been written about the problems that can be associated with character-building literature. Children's literature is also used by health professionals for therapeutic purposes (bibliotherapy) to prevent unhealthy habits and addictions, or address psychosomatic disorders. Finally, storybooks and web-based/digital literature can be an effective vehicle for health content, to encourage the adoption of healthy lifestyles among Muslim children.
