According to some Islamic scholars Istehsan, masalah mursala, urf,Taamul e Madina are independent sources of Islamic jurisprudence. But some religious scholars did not consider them as a source of Islamic Jurisprudence. Abstract

According to the principles of Islamic jurisprudence "Argument" is the source with which we reach the Islamic command after valid thinking and consideration.
