One problem here is that sign language words would exhibit diversified expression while embedded in different context. Including all kinds of expression for all sign language words is infeasible due to the difficulty in capturing, reserving and retrieving. Based on formatted sign language description and nonlinear magnification, this paper proposes a novel diversified gesture generation method for sign language expression in different context. To address this issue, in this paper we propose an online algorithm by combining Incremental Learning (IL) and Multiple Instance Learning (MIL) based on local sparse representation for tracking an object in a video system. First, the target location is estimated using the online updated IL. Then, to decrease the visual drift due to the accumulation of errors while updating IL subspace with the first step results, a two-step object tracking method combining a static IL model with a dynamical MIL model is proposed. We utilize information of the static IL model involving the singular values, the Eigen template to avoid visual drift if there is no significant appearance change in the tracked objects. Otherwise, we use the dynamical MIL model to discriminate the target from the background when there is significant appearance change in the tracked objects. We observe that the hidden information, the information hidden in the cover images, of stegoimages are clustered in some plane while all other information of cover-images are scattered more evenly in this space and have no other clusters. Based on this fact, we develop a steganalysis scheme to discriminate stego-images from innocent images. A 3D facial model is constructed from a static or captured image from video camera, by procedures like face region detection, feature points detection, blink detection, feature points matching and 3D facial texture mapping. In order to improve performance of reconstruction, a pattern-based blink detection method is proposed in this paper. During the reconstruction, once blink is detected, further computing will be skipped. CANDIDE-3 model, which is just a parameterization grid, lacks ability to determine blink, blink detection is significant. Compared with blink detection base on Otsu, the blink detection method in this paper has higher performance and stronger flexibility toward various illumination conditions. By predicting the next downlink inter-packet arrival time, a novel efficient power saving mechanism (PSCI-ED) is proposed in this paper to improve both energy efficiency and packet delay. By connecting people, we want to transform the film industry into a low-investment, low-risk industry and thus bringing film-making accessible to everyone. The shape is discretized as regular equilateral triangles mesh. User places handles on triangle vertices and manipulates the shape by dragging the handles to the desired positions. Meanwhile the concept of mesh-step is proposed to control mesh density. At last, based on the algorithm of Igarashi et al. [1], a better approach of shape deformation is provided because of the equilateral triangle attributes. Our algorithm could provide a better user experience when placing handles and a more reasonable result of 2D shape manipulation will be obtained especially when the shape contains regular factors. It is critical to design a secure and efficient user authentication protocol for WSNs. Considering that sensor nods have extraordinary number and asymmetric resources compared with the number of users waiting for authentication, we propose user dispersed authentication scheme based on two-tiered WSN. In the proposed scheme, relative-powerful master node confirms user identify firstly, sensor nodes then perform user authentication collaboratively. Our scheme can avoid forgery and replay attack effectively, and it still works well in spite of partial impaired sensor nods in WSN.
