The purpose of this study was to reveal the validity and reliability of the contents of the physics problem solving ability test instrument that had previously been compiled. The research method used is a quantitative description by 5 expert judgments. The instrument developed in the form of an expert observation sheet with 3 aspects of assessment, namely aspects of content feasibility, aspects of construction and aspects of language. Analysis of the content validity of the observation sheet using the V coefficient by Aiken and the reliability of the instrument content using the Inter-class Correlation Coefficient (ICC) analysis with the help of SPSS version 16.0. Based on the results of the study, it shows valid results with all item items valued> 0.3, those are with the lowest index 0.6 and the highest 1.0. Inter-rater reliability test using ICC obtained a value of 0.630, which means that all aspects of the instrument for assessing the ability of physics problem solving that have been assessed have a level of consistency. During this COVID-19 pandemic, it should go in line with online learning so the learners’ skills would be upgraded. This research aims to analyze and evaluate the critical thinking skill improvement of the learners taught by e-learning integrated into the discovery learning model. This research is classroom action research. The subjects consisted of the fifth graders of SD Negeri 2 Wonodoyo. There were 36 learners. The applied materials in this research consisted of heat-content science learning. The data were taken by observation and critical thinking skill test of the learners. The technique of analyzing data was N-gain. The obtained results were the learners’ critical thinking skill improvement with the N-gain score, 0.485, categorized as moderate. The improvement occurred due to the discovery using blended learning approach made learners interact in a small group in online learning. Then, teachers could also interact during the learning.","PeriodicalId":30816,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Research and Educational Research Evaluation","volume":"10 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-08-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"82439166","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In fluency category, there were five students or 16.67% got 5 score. It meant the student’s fluency and their volume is better. It was smooth and fluid speech. There were few or no hesitations and also there were not attempts to search for words. In pronunciation and accent category, the students who got 5 score was only two students or 7% which their pronunciation is excellent. They had good effort at accent like native. In vocabulary category, the students who got 5 score was 11 students or 37%. It meant their language control was excellent and there was a wide range of well-chosen vocabulary. In grammar category, there were only one student or 3.33% got 5 score. His/her grammatical structures are accuracy and variety. The last category was details which 16 students 53.33% got 5 score. It allows students to have more flexibility in learning since it can be done whenever and wherever they want it to be. They could interact with the lecturer through applications like e-classroom, video conference, zoom or even chat in whatsapp group. Online learning is also an innovation in education to imprve the literacy competence of students and encourages students to be able to do three critical analysis such as conducting interview, examining the environment, writing report, and doing observation well.This study aims at analyzing the proses of online learning conducted for the PGSD Unnes students and analyzing the influence of the learning on the improvement of their literacy competence throughout the pandemic crisis. The method implemented is mixed method that is conducting both parametric and non-parametric statistic analysis. It is started from quantitative data that is processed and tested using statistics test, continued by analyzing the data using descriptive qualitative method to portray the process and influence of online learning on the improvement of literacy competence of PGSD students during the pandemic. Based on the observation and questionnaire, it could be analyzed how much the students participate in the online larning process and literary activity during the pandemic. The purpose of this study was to determine the validity and reliability of the content of the students' independence assessment instruments in basic beauty subjects at SMK that had previously been compiled. The instruments developed were observation sheets for teachers and self-assessments for students. Analysis of the content validity of the instrument used the Aiken V coefficient and the reliability of the instrument content was determined by the ICC In this validity and reliability test, it involves 3 expert judgments to assess the instrument. The three expert judgments are development and research experts, beauticians, and beauty practitioners. Based on the results of this research, it shows that the observation sheet and self-assessment are proven valid with the Aiken'V coefficient of 0.69 where the score is> 0.3 and reliable with the Alpha Reliability coefficient > 0.874 and ICC = 0.698, because rxx > 0.6 thus the character assessment instrument for vocational school students can be said to be reliable.
